Fred Wolfe of Lakewood, an engineer, died July 5. He was 82.
Memorial services were Monday at Christ Congregational Church. Interment was in Fort Logan National Cemetery.
He was born Jan. 15, 1918, in Brighton. On July 19, 1947, he married Marian Kommedahl in Denver.
He served in the Navy. He was an engineer for the city of Denver.
His interests included golf, square dancing and sports.
He is survived by his wife; three daughters, Christine, Charlotte and Ellen; two sons, Fred and Sam; and three grandchildren.

Stephen W. Womack of Denver, a chef, died June 18. He was 45.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Fort Logan National Cemetery, 3698 S. Sheridan Blvd., staging area C.
He was born May 17, 1955, in Wisconsin.
He served in the Navy from 1977-81.
He was a chef at the Lodge Casino, Black Hawk. He had previously worked for Ramada Inn.
His wife, Karen, preceded him in death.
He is survived by a cousin.

Mabel Wong of Englewood, a dental assistant, died Oct. 3 in Boulder. She was 86.
Services were Oct. 9 at Olinger Magnolia Chapel. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery.
She was born Dec. 12, 1912, in Canton, China. In 1942, she married Johnny Wong. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of the 23rd Avenue Presbyterian Church.
Her interests included cooking, gardening, drawing, ceramics and reading.
She is survived by three daughters, Gladys Look, Englewood, Annie Qutub, Fanwood, N.J., and Gloria Hisamoto, Arvada; five sons, Richard Low, Atlanta, Victor, Oklahoma City, Marshall, Scottsdale, Ariz., Edwin Low and John Jr., both of Boulder; 19 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Doris M. Woodward of Shoshoni, Wyo., a motel owner, died Sept. 30. She was 78.
Services were Oct. 5 at Bullock Mortuary. Interment was in Littleton Cemetery.
She was born July 6, 1921, in Elkhart, Kan. In 1939 she married Raymond E. Woodward in Englewood. He preceded her in death.
She was a member of the Shoshoni Senior Citizens Center.
She is survived by two daughters, Claudia Bea Hubka, and Carolyn Kay Howard, both of Englewood; two sons, Raymond Earl, Denver, and Ronald Everett, Cheyenne; and nine grandchildren.

Frank E. Woodard Jr.
Mining engineer, 80
Frank E. Woodard Jr. of Grand Junction, a retired mining engineer, died Dec. 11 of cancer in Grand Junction. He was 80.
Services were Dec. 16 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Grand Junction. There was cremation.
He was born Dec. 9, 1919, in Frederick. He graduated from West High School in 1937 and the Colorado School of Mines in 1942 with a metallurgical engineering degree. In 1958, he married Ruth Ray in Grand Junction. She preceded him in death. He served in the Army Signal Corps and later mined at Telluride, Ouray and White Pine. He also traveled overseas for the publication "David Skillings Mine Review." He was a member of the Ute Chapter of Professional Engineers of Colorado, SME, AIME and the Geology Club.
He is survived by a brother, Charles, Grand Junction; and two nephews.

He was born July 18, 1923, in Malvern, Iowa. He was a corporal in the Army Air Forces during World War II. He worked in the Golden Post Office.

Raymond E. "Hon" Wittig of Henderson, a lead fueler for United Airlines, died Aug. 6 in Brighton. He was 70.
Services were Wednesday at Zion Congregational Church, Brighton. There was cremation.
He was born Nov. 26, 1929, in Burdett, Kan. He attended school in Greeley. He served in the Army during the Korean War.
On Aug. 10, 1952, he married Elsie M. Hilderbrand in Greeley.
He had lived in Henderson and worked for United for 38 years.
His interests included fishing, restoring old cars and motorcycles, gardening and raising flowers.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Jerry E. and Tom L., both of Westminster; two daughters, Susan Eurich, Longmont, and Jeanette Jones, Brighton; a sister, Lena Zeimer, Cheyenne; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
