Personal Notes
Mr. and Mrs. L. Edward Ennis and Mrs. John N. Dickinson, of this town, Miss Gail Ennis, Michael B. Ennis, Miss Debbie Devine and David and John Devine, all of Wilmington, were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. L. Clark Ennis, of Wilmington, on Thanksgiving Day.
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph M. Armstrong were recently guests of their cousin, Ms. Ada Land, in Richmond, Va., where concurrently the Armstrongs attended the wedding of Meurial Claire Webb, of Richmond, and William Tome McLain, of Newark, Delaware. The wedding celebration and worship took place in Montrose Baptist Church in Richmond on November 20. The participating clergy were the host pastor, the Rev. Dr. Sherrill G. Stevens and the Rev. Dr. R. Jervis Cooke, president, Wesley College, Dover.
Mrs. James Wilson and her granddaughter, Miss Rochelle Biddle, were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Deputy and family in East Berlin, Pa.
Rep. And Mrs. William H. Brady, II, and son, trip, along with Mr. Charles Rausch spent the Thanksgiving holiday with their daughter and granddaughter, Miss Deborah Brady, in Virginia Beach, Va.
Mrs. Arnold Wedemeyer, of Staten Island, N.Y., is the guest of Mrs. George Hardy this week.
Mrs. Maude Ely, of Newark, spent thanksgiving and the weekend here with her sister, Mrs. Fred Austin.
Michael and Peter Rutkowski, of Charlottesville, Va., and Miss Mary Rutkowski, of Newark, spent the thanksgiving holiday with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Rutkowski and family.
Sgt. and Mrs. William McCullough and family of Fort Story, Va., were weekend guests of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson H. Wilcox.
