FRANKFORD - Kenton Algarria Williams Sr. of Frankford died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003, in Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital. He was 44.
Mr. Williams was born Sept. 19, 1958, in Frankford, son of Calvin L. Logan of Lakewood, N.J. and Racella Williams of Seaford.
He attended church and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Winford E. Williams, in 1987.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Williams of Frankford; a daughter, Takisha M. Williams of Dagsboro; two sons, Vontrell Sturgis of Millsboro and Kenton Williams Jr. of Frankford; two stepdaughters, Patrice and Takia Mumford; a stepson, Theodore Mumford of Frankford; two sisters, Denise Waples of Ellendale and Stephanie Smith of Sarasota, Fla.; a grandmother, Lettie Williams of Frankford, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.
Services will be 1 p.m. today in Calvary Pentecostal Church, Bishop, Md., where friends may call two hours earlier.

Marjorie E. Alberts, 82
LEWES - Marjorie E. Alberts, of Lewes, died Saturday, Feb. 22, 2003, in Beebe Medical Center, Lewes. She was 82.
Mrs. Alberts was born June 1, 1920, in Woburn, Mass., daughter of the late Everett and Leona (Charron) Harrold.
She graduated from the former Williamstown (Mass.) High School in 1938.
She worked at General Cable in North Pownal, Vt., before moving to Laurence Harbor, N.J., in 1971. She was employed at Freehold Lumber Co. as accounts receivable bookkeeper until her retirement in 1986. When her husband retired in 1987, they moved to Lewes.
Mrs. Alberts was a former member of St. Patrick's Church in Williamstown.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years, Leonard H. Alberts, in 2000.
She is survived by a stepdaughter, Sally Ann Stemp, of Bennington, Vt.; and three cousins, Francis Chapman of Williamstown, Mass., Mary Elizabeth Fernandez of Tampa, Fla., and Frank Harrold of Pinehurst, Mass.
Memorial services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Sherman Burbank Memorial Chapel at Eastlawn Cemetery, Williamstown.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or to a charity of one's choice, in care of the George M. Hopkins Funeral Home, 61-67 Spring St., Williamstown, MA 01267-2839.

Elmer A. Carlson, 84
MILTON - Elmer A. Carlson, of Milton, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2003, in Harrison House. He was 84.
Mr. Carlson was born in Cambridge, Mass., son of the late Charles E. and Alma (Hall) Carlson.
He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army.
He volunteered as a mentor for the YWCA in Harrisburg, Pa., and Millersville University in Millersville, Pa.
Mr. Carlson was a member of the Lewes Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Tita Carlson; children, Del Dimmerling, of Royersford, Pa., Leslie Carlson, of West Chester, Pa., Linnea Weaver, of Weston, Mass., and Matthew Carlson, of Lancaster, Pa.; a stepson, Mark Davis, of Harrington; a stepdaughter, Kimberly Davis of Manteo, N.C.; two sisters, Alice Regnell, of Brockton, Mass., and Lillian Cook of Lexington, Mass.; a brother, Edward E. Carlson, of Catonsville, Md.; and seven grandchildren, Casey Morrow, Evan Dimmerling, Thomas Dimmerling, Maggie Davis, Jessica Davis, Olivia Davis and Josiah Davis.
Memorial services will be 3 p.m. Sunday in Lewes Presbyterian Church, 133 Kings Highway, Lewes.
Instead of flowers, contributions may be made to Lewes Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 612, Lewes, DE 19958.

Frances Olive Davis, 86
FELTON - Frances Olive Davis, of Felton, died Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2003, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover. She was 86.
Mrs. Davis was born Jan. 10, 1917, in Greensboro, Md., daughter of the late Frank Hobbs and Olive M. Hobbs.
She attended school in Greensboro.
She worked for the Kent County SPCA as an assistant manager. She had a love for animals and occasionally took one home overnight that needed a little extra TLC.
Mrs. Davis always had a smile and was a very kind and gentle person. She loved her family very much and enjoyed their visits, especially with her grandchildren, whom she spoiled very much.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Nikki A. Davis, in 1993; three sisters, Ruth Hobbs Shulties, Dorothy Baynard and Isabelle Bunnell; and a brother, Frank Hobbs.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Phillip and Mary Ann Shultie, of Felton, and David D. and Bonnie Davis, of Lincoln; a daughter, Annice M. Keller, of Harrington; a son-in-law, Charles Keller of Dover; a brother, G. Edward Hobbs, of Lynch Heights, Milford; a sister, Tillie Schreiber, of Greensboro; five grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday in Melvin Funeral Home, 15522 South DuPont Highway, Harrington, where friends may call one hour earlier. Pastor Bruce Tribbit will officiate.
Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday in the Delaware Veterans Cemetery, Bear.

Emily Spangler Lanning, 86
GREENSBORO, Md. - Emily Spangler Lanning, of Greensboro, died of natural causes Monday, Feb. 17, 2003, in Country Rest Home, Greenwood, Del. She was 86.
Mrs. Lanning was born Aug. 18, 1916, in Baltimore, daughter of the late Charles and Edna Spangler.
She graduated from Southern High School. She moved from Pasadena to Ingleside in 1973 and then to Greensboro in 1975.
She was employed by the Social Security Administration as a disability claims examiner.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Alan Lanning.
She is survived by her husband, William Lanning of Greensboro; a son, Stuart Lanning of Ellicott City; a sister, Edna Wagner of Baltimore; and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Greensboro Cemetery, Greensboro.

Adeline (Testa) Lanzalotti, 84
HARRINGTON - Adeline (Testa) Lanzalotti, of Harrington, formerly of Williamstown, N.J., died Tuesday, Feb 25, 2003, in her home. She was 84.
Mrs. Lanzalotti was born in Glassboro, N.J., and was a resident of Williamstown for more than 50 years. She resided in Ocean City, N.J., before moving to Delaware.
She and her late husband, Samuel Lanzalotti, owned and operated Penn Jersey Auto in Williamstown for 31 years.
Mrs. Lanzalotti was a former member of the Williamstown Women's Club and of St. Mary's Church in Williamstown.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, James S. and Patricia Lanzalotti of Harrington; a granddaughter, Dawn Lanzalotti of Baltimore; two sisters and two brothers-in-law, Eleanor and Charles Lanzalotti of Wildwood, N.J., and Violet and Oscar Benedetti of Portland, Ore.; and a brother and sister-in-law, Albert and Dorothy Testa of Virginia.
Mass of Christian burial will be at noon Saturday in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Main Street and Carroll Avenue, Williamstown, where friends may call one hour earlier.
Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Williamstown.
Arrangements by Bell-Hennessy Funeral Home, Wllliamstown.

Melissa Levite, 41
DOVER - Melissa Levite, of Dover, died Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2003, in her home. She was 41.
Mrs. Levite was born Sept. 12, 1961 in Reynoldsburg, Ohio, daughter of the late Ed Wahlfelt and Joan Drews Wahlfelt.
She worked as a secretary for Owens Reality for seven years.
She enjoyed doing crafts.
Mrs. Levite was a member of the F.A.S.T. (Family and School Together) program in the Capital School District.
She is survived by her husband of 18 years, Lewis Levite, of Dover; two daughters, Patricia and Bethany Levite, both of Dover; and a brother, Mark Wahlfelt of Danville, Ill.
Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in Dover Church of Christ, 1156 S. Governors Ave., Dover.
Burial will be Monday in Sharon Hills Memorial Park, Dover.
Instead of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Educational Trust Fund for Patricia and Bethany Levite at WSFS Bank, 838 Market St., c/o Dover Branch, Wilmington, DE 19801, Attention; Savings, or at Landmark Credit Union, 506 W. Fairchild St., Danville, IL 61833.

A'niya For'chon Manuel, infant
BERLIN, Md. - A'niya For'chon Manuel of Berlin died suddenly Friday, Feb. 21, 2003. She was an infant.
A'niya was born Jan. 2, 2003, in Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Salisbury, daughter of Ronisha Handy and Adrian Manuel of Berlin.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Laymon and Irma Johnson; and an uncle, Forrest Manuel Jr.
In addition to her parents she is survived by a brother, Zion Handy, of Berlin; her maternal grandparents, Ronald and Felica Johnson, of Bishopville; her paternal grandparents, Forrest and Beverly Manuel, of Ocean Pines; her maternal great-grandparents, Clarence and Margaret Savage of Bishopville; her paternal great-grandparents, Leonard and Harriet Drummond, of Berlin; an uncle, Rasheem Handy, of Bishopville; two aunts, Shytina Drummond, of Berlin, and Erica Sample, of Laurel; her godparents, Lashanda Hall, Leikia Hallett and Trumayne Smith; several great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins; and a host of other relitives and friends.
Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in Calvary Pentecostal Church in Bishopville, where friends may call one hour earlier.
Burial will be in Curtis Cemetery.
