He was in the U.S. Navy for 23 years, including tours in Korea and Vietnam.
Mr. Bull retired from the Navy in 1978 and later worked at Bethlehem Steel, Sparrows Point, Md.
He moved to Camden in 1996.
Mr. Bull loved working in the yard and would always help someone out with a project they had.
He is survived by his companion, Connie Willis of Camden; her children, Elaine Merchant, Robin Willis and Roger Willis and his wife Kim; nine grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
Cremation is being handled by Trader Funeral Home, Dover.

Loretta ‘Becky’ Lahman Cornwell
Funeral services for Loretta ‘Becky’ Lahman Cornwell, 34, of Harrington, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, in the Price Funeral Home, 6 Dorman St., Harrington, where friends may call from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23. Mrs. Cornwell died of cancer Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, at Bayhealth-Milford Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Cornwell was born in Newark, daughter of Douglas E. Lahman, now of Harrington, and the late Louise Lahman.
She had worked as a cashier at several convenience stores, including the Royal Farms and Mobil Convenience Store, both in Milford.
Mrs. Cornwell was very outgoing and enjoyed her friends and family. She was known for putting others before herself.
She had a beloved pet, her dog, Tippy.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Cornwell was preceded in death by a brother, Cristopher Lahman.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband of 13 years, Timothy J. Cornwell; three daughters, Ashley L. Lahman of Harrington, and Shannon Lee Weather and Cristina Joe Cornwell, both at home; and a stepdaughter, Shannon L. Hamilton of West Virginia.
Mrs. Cornwell also is survived by her mother- and father-in-law, Margaret and Everett Cornwell; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Ricky Lahman of Milford and Leroy and Cheryl Lahman of Harrington; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Diane L. and Anthony Devine of Bear and Debbie Lahman of Weimer, Texas; and several nieces and nephews.

Dale Lee Davis
A memorial service for Dale Lee Davis, 38, of Smyrna, was held Saturday, Jan. 19, in the Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming. Mr. Davis died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008, in Bayhealth-Kent General Hospital, Dover.
Mr. Davis was born Sept. 28, 1969, in Dover, son of Mary F. Allen Davis, now of Hartly, and the late George F. Davis Jr.
He lived most of his life in Smyrna.
Mr. Davis had worked for Bleachers International while living in Strasburg, Colo., from 1995 to 2006. He most recently had been employed as a welder with Metal Masters in Clayton.
He loved playing the keyboard, going fishing, camping and boating with his friends.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Davis is survived by a sister, Barbara Demmons and her partner, William Miller of Hartly; two brothers and their wives, George F. III and Lisa Davis of Smyrna and Robert and Cindy Jones of Dover; three nieces, Kristi, Kimmy and Amy; two nephews, Christopher and Brett; and a special companion, Denise Grant of Strasburg, Colo.

Robert T. Eskridge
Funeral services for Robert T. Eskridge, 53, of Dover, were held Friday, Jan. 18, at Calvary Baptist Church, Dover. Mr. Eskridge died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2008.
Mr. Eskridge was born July 3, 1954, in Duckhill, Miss., son of Daisy Willis, now of Milwaukee, and the late Theoda Eskridge.
He moved to Delaware in 1982, and had worked for Custom Decorative Moldings and Red Lobster.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Eskridge is survived by his daughters, Marsheena Doman and Candace Hughes; four brothers, James, Howard and Isaac Eskridge, all of Milwaukee, and Dwayne Eskridge of Phoenix; three sisters, Alice Eskridge of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., and Shirley and Betty Eskridge, both of Milwaukee; three grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews; and an honorary family member, Wanda Clark of Dover.
Funeral services for Patricia E. Fahey, 65, of Smyrna, will be held at noon Thursday, Jan. 24, in the First Presbyterian Church, 118 W. Commerce St., Smyrna, where friends may call beginning at 10:30 a.m. Ms. Fahey died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008, at home.
Ms. Fahey was born in Claymont, daughter of the late Frank and Eleanor Finnegan Welsh.
She worked for 42 years in advertising, a majority of which was with the Wilmington News Journal as national advertising manager, and a short period of time with the Delaware State News. She retired in 2002.
Ms. Fahey was a member of the Rotary Club while working for the Salem (N.J.) Sampler; a charter member of the Duck Creek Horticulture Society; and had served as secretary of the Delaware Antique Truck Club.
She loved gardening, collecting antiques and going to auctions with her companion.
In addition to her parents, Ms. Fahey was preceded in death by a brother, John Welsh.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, John and Anna Costello of San Diego, Calif.; her longtime friend and companion, Lewis Colmery of Smyrna; and two brothers and their wives, Frank and Barbara Welsh of Baltimore, Md., and Steven and Nancy Welsh of Wilmington.
She also is survived by two nieces, Susanne Welsh and Joanna Cox; and three nephews, Jaime Welsh, Frank “Tug” Welsh and John Welsh.
Interment will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 29 at Cathedral Cemetery, 2400 Lancaster Ave., Wilmington.

Mildred E. Foulk-Hand
Remembrance services for Mildred E. Foulk-Hand, 65, of Milford, will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, in the Trader Funeral Home, 12 Lotus St., Dover, where friends may call beginning one hour earlier. Mrs. Foulk-Hand died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008, at home.
Mrs. Foulk-Hand was born Oct. 27, 1942, in Philadelphia, daughter of the late John and Adelaide Boyd Reed.
She was an assistant manager at Mills Bros. Market. She loved her customers and the people she worked with, especially her friends, Cheryl, Greg, Carol, Deborah and Debbie, with whom she worked with at ClientLogic.
Mrs. Foulk-Hand enjoyed dancing, puzzles, watching old movies and game shows, as well as listening to the rain and watching birds and rabbits in her backyard.
She and her life companion, Bill “Neffy” Neff, traveled any chance they got, including going to the Black Hills in South Dakota. They also enjoyed going to the Saturday night dance at the Moose Lodge. She loved her children dearly and spoiled them and her grandchildren.
Mrs. Foulk-Hand was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Hand, in 2001.
In addition to Mr. Neff, she is survived by her first husband, Howard Foulk of Philadelphia; two sons, Sonny Foulk and Richard Foulk, both of Dover; and three daughters, Cindy McGuire of Dover, Jennifer Padilla of Felton and Lisa Damon of Magnolia.
Mrs. Foulk-Hand also is survived by a brother, Chuck Palmatainy of Elkton, Md.; a sister, Eleanor Stevenson of Marydel; 10 grandchildren, Leland Damon IV, Tyler Damon, Kelsey Damon, Megan Masset, Morgan Masset, Kristin Slaughter, David McGuire, Shannon Foulk, Teresa Foulk and Brandon Foulk; a great-granddaughter, Sierra Whiteley; and a grandson born 10 days ago, Victor Padilla, whom she was expectantly waiting for.
Interment will be at the convenience of the family.

William A. ‘Sonny’ Grieco
William A. “Sonny” Grieco, 73, of Dover, formerly of Aston, Pa., Ocean City, N.J., and Kennett Square, Pa., died Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008, in his home.
Mr. Grieco was born Oct. 3, 1934, in Philadelphia, son of the late Lawrence and Caroline Morrone Grieco.
In 1947, he moved to Delaware County, Pa., and graduated from Eddystone High School in 1952. In 1954 and 1955, he played Class B semipro football for the Feltonville Fire Co., which won the championship in 1955.
Mr. Grieco was a two-year veteran of the U.S. Army, and served one year in Italy, where he played fast-pitch softball and won the All Service Championship in 1955.
In the 1970s, he played for and managed Bridgewater Farm in the Aston Residential League, where he won two championships and was the president of the league for three years. He also managed and played for hardball and softball teams, and again playing softball in over 55 and over 60 leagues. Until his retirement at age 65, he played in leagues for Italian Village.
Mr. Grieco also worked for Scott Paper, Franklin Mint and CIGNA. He loved pinochle and softball and touring the Southwestern U.S. He also enjoyed attending auto racing, Phillies games and watching football.
He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Anne L. Grieco; a son and daughter-in-law, William J. and Julia Grieco; a sister, Marie Mauro; and two grandchildren, Anna R. Miron and Victoria L. Grieco.
