Memorial services for Mrs. Donalea Coy Bush, 82, will be held at 2:00PM Thursday, December 8, 2011 in Lakewood Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Terence A. Lucarelli officiating. Born February 3, 1929, in Gainesville, Florida, Mrs. Bush died Friday, December 2, 2011, in Jacksonville. She was a member of Lakewood Presbyterian Church. Survivors include her husband, Thomas Lee Bush, Sr.; three sons, Thomas Lee (Mary) Bush, Jr., Vance Laney Bush all of Jacksonville and Randall Keith (Brenda) Bush of Billings, Montana; three grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Community Hospice of NE Florida. Arrangements are under the direction of George H. Hewell and Son Funeral Home, 4140 University Boulevard, South.
Samuel Nelson Green
Died: Wednesday, June 08, 2005
Age: 57
Family members include his daughter, Heather Green (Chancey) Fugate of S.C.; granddaughter, Makenna Fugate; and special friends, Sharon and Bob Bowers, Peggy Smith and Barbara Jones. His parents, Nelson E. and Katherine Green, predeceased him.
A memorial service was held June 12 in the Chapel of Quinn-Shalz Funeral Home.

Larry Patrick Bradford
Died: Wednesday, June 08, 2005
He was born June 10, 1979, in Nashville and recently relocated to Jacksonville. He worked in the hospitality industry as a chef and loved to fish.
Family members include his father, Larry (Cheryl Lynn) Bradford; mother, Rebecca Parker; sister, Rachel Rose Bradford of Jacksonville; and many other family members.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, June 18, in the Ponte Vedra United Methodist Church with the Reverend Jeff Bennett officiating. Interment will be held in Crestlawn cemetery of Marriottsville, Md.

Bill J. Dendy
Died: Sunday, May 15, 2005
Age: 70
He was born Jan. 10, 1935, in Ralls Texas. He served in the U.S. Navy for four years and had been a Real Estate Broker/Developer in San Diego County, Calif., for 30 years, in the past 15 years developing projects in the Temecula/Murrieta area, and also in Mammoth Lakes, Calif.
He was married
to his wife Pat for the past 49 years, also leaving a son, Greg, of Valley Center, a daughter, Tami Roick, of Atlantic Beach, and 10 grandchildren with whom he enjoyed attending sports events and boating on his boat in the Florida waters.
Services were held May 20, 2005, at Stout Family Funeral Home, Temecula. His ashes will be scattered at sea at a later date.
Jean Elizabeth Thomas
Died: Thursday, July 14, 2005
Born in Chicago, Ill., May 7, 1919, she was a graduate of San Diego State University. She lived in Neptune and Jacksonville beaches for more than 50 years.
She is survived by two sons, and numerous grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
Doris Perkins Loadholtz
Memorial service for Doris Perkins Loadholtz, 92, will be held at 11AM on October 15, 2011 at the Taylor Home; 3937 Spring Park Road Jacksonville, FL with Chaplain Harold Smith officiating. Mrs. Loadholtz died peacefully on October 8, 2011. She was a member of First Christian Church of Jax. She was the daughter of the late Samuel and Loula Perkins, Sr. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband Mr. William E. Loadholtz and her brother Bill Perkins. She is survived by; her daughter Shirley S. Miller and grandchildren; Suzanne (Skip) Sprinkle, Ted (Cindy) Sprinkle and Geoffrey Sprinkle; and great grandchildren; Juliette and Harrison Sprinkle; Five nieces: Janet Barnes, Sharon (Dino) Ephrem, Jean and Mitzi Monday and Lindsay Perkins; seven nephews: Fred Perkins (Terry), Zach Perkins, Tracy Ephrem (Kaleb), Wayne Monday (Sophia), Jonathan, James and Jacob and a sister-in-law Clara Perkins. Mrs. Loadholtz was a graduate of St. Luke’s Nursing School. She was an Army officer during WWII. She retired from Alton Boxboard Company as a nurse. She volunteered at Baptist Hospital. Luz Santos Olmeda
Died: Tuesday, July 12, 2005
Age: 90
She was born on July 2, 1915 in Puerto Rico and resided there until moving to the Beaches area two years ago.
Family members include her daughter, Hilda Sosa; son-in-law, Domingo Vazquez; daughter, Andrea Sosa; son, Carlos Sosa; grandchildren, Harry Vazquez, Marcos Vazquez, Veronica Vazquez, and Carlos Sosa, Jr.; great grandchildren, Valeria Vazquez and Esteban Vazquez; brothers, William Santos and Paco Santos; sisters, Matilde Santos and Lidia Santos; numerous other family members and friends.
Visitation was held Thursday and will be held from today, Friday, from 9 a.m. until service time at Quinn-Shalz, A Family Funeral Home. Services will be held at noon today at the funeral home with Reverend Miguel Rosada of the Cathedral Church of the Messiah officiating. Interment will follow in Beaches Memorial Park of Atlantic Beach.

Kenneth F. Millam
Died: Monday, July 11, 2005
Age: 85
He was born in New Florence, MO, October 5, 1919, eldest of three sons of Floyd and Virginia (Prior) Millam. He served in the US Army during WWII and retired with a total of 21 and a half years with the rank of Chief Warrant Officer W4.
A 32nd degree Mason, he also was a member of the Scottish Rite and member of the Morrocco Temple Shrine. After retirement he worked in the insurance industry for several years. He was an avid bowler, and participated in the Spina Bifida bowling tournament fund raiser for several years as one of the oldest participants age 80 . He was a member of "The Widow and Widowers Club", played the Baritone Ukulele with the beaches "Sassy Strings Ukulele Band", and was a member of the American Legion and Moose Club. He was an active dancer at the senior citizens dance groups, where he loved to dance the Polka. He was also an active member of Calvin Presbyterian Church for 43 years. Known as "The Classic Mr. Fix-it", he was always willing to lend a helping hand and could fix anything, including bikes and mowers.
He was predeceased by his wife, Delphine, granddaughter, Cheryl Ann Sullivan, and brothers, Ralph and Norman.
Surviving are three children, Wilma J. (Bill) Owens of Ramona, CA, Barbara A. (Tommy) Seymour of Tecumseh, MO, Michael J. (Barbara) Millam of Neptune Beach, FL, five grandchildren, Steve (Meshawn) Owens, Marsi (Danny) Gonzales, Gary (Elizabeth) Lowitz Jr., Natalie (Derek) D'Alessandro, Nicholas D'Angelo, and nine great-grandchildren; and his best friend and faithful companion, Virginia (Ginny) Davis.
Visitation was held Thursday at Hardage-Giddens Funeral in Jacksonville Beach. A celebration of his life will be held toady, Friday, at 11 a.m.at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 4050 Barnes Road, Jacksonville.

Susan Jane Hancox Malcolm
Died: Sunday, July 10, 2005
Age: 50
Born in Glasgow, Scotland on April 13, 1955, she lived in Fanwood, New Jersey, then North Waterboro, Maine, before moving to Jacksonville eight years ago.
Malcolm was a graduate of Bauder Fashion College in Miami. She worked for many years as an
Assistant Buyer for Bonwit Teller and then moved on to continue her career in Banking. She also worked as an Office Assistant at the University of North Florida Child Development Center.
She is survived by her husband, James Malcolm; her mother, Marjorie R. Hancox; four sisters, Mary Duelks, Kathleen Alvino, Alison Hancox and Jenifer Conte; one brother, Gregory Hancox; many nieces and nephews and a great-niece and great-nephew.
She was predeceased by her father, Stanley J. Hancox.
Private funeral services will be held at Memorial Funeral Home, 155 South Ave., Fanwood, New Jersey. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, Memphis, TN, www.stjude.org.
Glenn Sheldon Edwards

He is survived by his wife Alvira; children, Fawn (Billy) Gale, Glenn, Nicole, Kala (Matt) Ireland, and Justin; grandchildren; Shannon Gale, Erica Gale, Sean Gale; sister, Lynne Crogan; mother, Nellie Edwards and many friends and extended family.

James Andrew Burnett
Died: Sunday, July 10, 2005
Age: 77
A native of Jacksonville, he attended Fletcher High School and was a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, Class of 1951.
During his service, Capt. Burnett was an attack pilot who commanded and served in numerous squadrons. He was awarded the Silver Star; Legion of Merit Award; Meritorious Service Medal with Star; Republic of Vietnam Armed Forces Meritorious Unit Citation; Gallantry Cross with two stars; Distinguished Flying Cross with two stars; Navy Commendation Medal with two stars; Korean Presidential Unit Citation; and numerous others medals, ribbons, and awards. He was a long time member of Beaches Chapel Church and served as head deacon for many years.
Capt. Burnett was predeceased by his wives, Alice Mary Burnett and Anne Oesterreicher Burnett; and is survived by his children Steve McCoy, Sharon Robbins, James Burnett, Andrew Burnett and Diane Burnett; and his grandchildren, Warren Robbins and Jennifer Ahrendt.
