Robert Lynn Miles, 75, of Dunnellon died Friday, April 14, 2000, in Dunnellon. Born in Paducah, Ky., Mr. Miles was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran. He was a retired boiler maker/welder.
He is survived by his wife, Eunice Miles of Dunnellon; two sons, Steve of Safety Harbor and Paul of Birmingham, Ala.; one daughter, Marty DeZeeuw of Upland, Calif.; and three grandchildren.

Victoria S. Telleck, 86, of Plymouth, Mich., died Tuesday, April 11, 2000. Mrs. Telleck was born in Forest City, Pa. She lived in Beverly Hills for eight years prior to moving to Plymouth, Mich., in 1993. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Kenneth Catholic Church in Plymouth, Mich. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael, in December 1993.

He was a World War II Navy veteran; member of the VFW Post 10087, Beverly Hills; and DAV, Fort Lauderdale. He was Lutheran. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Nola Lumsden Wall, in March 1990.

Ida Mae Fortin, 80, of Lecanto died Wednesday, April 12, 2000, at her home under the loving care of her family and Hospice of Citrus County. She was born to Lillian and John Henderson on Dec. 18, 1919, in Rockland, Maine. She moved here from Ivorytown, Conn., nine years ago. She was a retired factory worker. She was a member of the Shepherd of the Hills Episcopal Church in Lecanto.
She is survived by her husband, Donald C. Fortin of Lecanto; two sons, Theodore Lemelin of Old Saybrook, Conn., and Louis Lemelin of West Brook, Conn.; two sisters, Beryl Curtis of Birmington, Vt., and Clarice Squires of Arlington, Vt.; three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Harold James Burke, 70, of Inverness died at home on April 14, 2000. A native of Kingwood, W.Va., he was born to Edward and Katherine Burke on July 2, 1929. He was a U.S. Air Force career veteran, with 23 years of service. He was a life member and past commander of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 4337, Inverness and Citrus Aerie Lodge No. 3992. He was preceded in death by his wife, Helen, on Sept. 9, 1997.
He is survived by his son, Robert J. Anderson of Sacramento, Calif.; three brothers, John of Kingwood, W.Va., Richard of Portsmith, Ohio, and Bill of Allendale, Calif.; two sisters, Grace and Betty, both of Masontown, W.Va., and several grandchildren.

Geary Martin, 44, of Dunnellon
Geary T. Martin, 44, of Dunnellon died Saturday, April 15, 2000, at Seven Rivers Community Hospital in Crystal River. He was born in Portsmith, Va., and came here nine years ago from Tampa. He was an expert automatic mechanic. He was a verteran of the U.S. Army, a Sgt. 1st Class who served in the Gulf War and in the Army Reserve. He was a graduate of Franklin Roosevelt High School in New Hyde Park, N.Y. He attended many military schools, including the N.C.O. Academy at Camp Blanding. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Plant City. He was preceded in death by his wife, Brenda Martin, in 1993.
He is survived by his companion, JoAnn James of Dunnellon; a daughter, Brandi Martin of Tampa; a sister, Pamela Hanabargh of Staatsburg, N.Y.; his father, Thomas, and stepmother, Frances C. Martin of Chesapeake, Va.; his mother, Dr. Vivian Porter, and stepfather, Ret. Col. George Porter of Orangeburg, S.C.; paternal grandmother, Jodie B. Martin of Portsmith, Va.; two aunts; two uncles; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

Victor Kuhl, 75, of Sugarmill Woods
Victor W. Kuhl, 75, of Sugarmill Woods, died Sunday, April 16, 2000. Born in St. Petersburg, to Harriet Oder Kuhl and Victor W. Kuhl on Sept. 6, 1924, he attended St. Petersburg schools and graduated from St. Petersburg High School Class of '42. He joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served four years in the South Pacific with the 3rd Marine Division, 21st Marines on Guadalcanal, Guam, Bougainville and Iwo Jima. He graduated from University of Florida with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering in 1950. He was recalled to the U.S. Marine Corps in August 1950 and served one year at Quantico, Va.
His professional career included: Florida Power distribution engineer in St. Petersburg; owner of electrical and mechanical engineering firm; principal in Watson & Co. in Tampa; Leo Daly Company in Omaha, Neb.; General Electric Real Estate and Construction in Schenectady, N.Y. and Montgomery, Ala. He retired from General Electric in 1989 and moved to Sugarmill Woods.
He was an active member of the Florida Engineering Society; IEEE of America; Engineering Alumni of the University of Florida; General Electric Retirees and ELFUN Society; Crystal River Rotary; Sugarmill Woods Country Club and the First United Methodist Church of Homosassa.
Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Barbara Dearmin Kuhl of Sugarmill Woods; two sons, Gary W. Kuhl and wife Elicia of Floral City and Kenneth A. Kuhl and wife Penny Anderson Kuhl of Tallahassee; three grandsons, Todd A. Kuhl, Brad W. Kuhl and fiancee Kim Laughlin of Brandon, and Zeb Bishop and wife Crystal of Floral City; as well as numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are under the care of Wilder-Fountains Funeral Home in Homosassa Springs. Burial will be at the National Cemetery in Bushnell. Robert Perry Cook, 70, retired electrical engineer of Citrus Springs, died Thursday, April 13, 2000, at the VA Medical Center, Gainesville. A native of Barnsville, Ga., he moved to Citrus Springs from Florence, Ala., 12 years ago. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He attended the University of Alabama. He was Baptist.

Born in Roanoke, Va., he moved to Florida 46 years ago from Virginia. He was a retired house director for drug and alcohol abuse. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a member of the Church of the Covenant, Sarasota.

Russell Goodwin, 83, of Homosassa Springs
Russell Edwin Goodwin, 83, of Homosassa Springs died Monday, April 17, 2000, at his residence. He was born in Baxter, Iowa, and came here 22 years ago from Tampa. He graduated from COE College, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where he was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity. He was an officer in the U.S. Army, and was awarded the Bronze Star Medal, Combat Infantryman Badge and Presidential Unit Citation for his service during World War II in the Pacific Theater, Guadalcanal. He was a founding member of the Temple Terrace Methodist Church, and past president of the Temple Terrace Golf and Country Club. He was a retired feed broker and president of R.E. Goodwin Company.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Julia; his daughter, Jean Beville and son-in-law, Terry of Temple Terrace; son Reid Goodwin and daughter-in-law Ruth of Safety Harbor; and four grandchildren Suzanne, Sharon, Matthew and Jill; his sister, Louise Goodwin McKlveen and brother-in-law Milton of Lewisville, Texas.

Juanita Anthony Hewitt, 84, of Crystal River died Monday, April 17, 2000, at her residence. Born in Anderson, Ind., she came here 25 years ago from there. She worked for General Motors Corp. She was a member of the First Assembly of God. She was a member of the Suncoast Cloggers.

MaryAnn Jedlovec, 72, of Seminole
MaryAnn Jedlovec, 72, of Seminole died Saturday, April 15, 2000, at home, under the care of Hospice. She was born in Chicago, and moved to Pinellas Point, in St. Petersburg, in 1957. She was an accountant and bookkeeper in Pinellas County. After retirement in 1983, she moved to Dunnellon where she volunteered at Beverly Hills Diagnostic Center and was a member of the West Citrus Elks. She returned to Seminole in 1999 and was a member of St. Anne of Grace Episcopal Church.
She is survived by two sons, Mark V. of Seminole and Richard J. (Rick) of St. Petersburg; a sister, Arlene Hurshka of Donners Grove, Ill.; two granddaughters, Deanna Jedlovec of Gainesville and Leeann Jedlovec of Seminole; and a grandson, Ryan Jedlovec of Seminole.

Grace E. Johnson, 84, of Hernando died Friday, April 14, 2000. She was born in Monroeville, Ind., and was a winter visitor here from Hamilton, Ind. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Butler, Ind.; past president of the Hamilton Garden Club; Hamilton Rebecca Lodge; Hamilton Pythian Sisters Lodge and a school volunteer, room mother and past president of the PTA.

Robert Mangels, 52, of Quechee, Vt.
Robert Lee Mangels, 52, died Sunday, April 16, 2000, at his home. He was born Jan. 9, 1948, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Henry and Elizabeth (Ritch) Mangels. He was raised in Leverett, Mass., graduated from Branford, Conn., High School in 1966 and from New Haven and Hartford Business School in New Haven, Conn. He worked for IBM in Hartford, Conn., and traveled throughout the country as a computer troubleshooter. During the late 1960s, he resided in Vermont. He discovered he loved the trucking industry and the freedom of the open road. His good friend to the end, Harry DeLong, taught him how to drive a big rig and he drove for Wilson's North American Movers in Rutland for 11 years. He was a gifted mechanic and his last position was garage supervisor for Vermont Transit in White River Junction, Vt.
He was married to Lynda Johnston April 20, 1988. He was a devoted son and helped his mother maintain her business, the Country Squire Motel in North Clarendon as long as was physically possible. He loved outdoor activities and was an avid fan of car racing, baseball, football and golf.
He is survived by his son, Matthew Mangels of West Roxbury, Mass.; his wife of Quechee, Vt.; his mother of North Clarendon, Vt.; his father of Homosassa; a brother, James of Lexington, S.C.; a sister, Wendy Barrows of Windsor, Vt.; and two stepsons, Michael Clogston of Lebanon, N.H., and James Clogston of Grand Forks, N.D. A stepson, Jonathan, predeceased him in 1991.

The Rev. John B. Reinheimer, 82, of Inverness died Sunday, April 16, 2000, at his home under the loving care of his family and Hospice of Citrus County. He was born in Dayton, Ohio, and was the son of The Rt. Rev. Bartel and Helen Smith Reinheimer. He was a graduate of Lenox School, Lenox, Mass., and Trinity College, Hartford, Conn. He completed graduate degrees at Episcopal Theological School, Cambridge, Mass.; Northwestern University, Evanston, Ill., and Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. He served as rector of many churches in Wisconsin and Virginia. Additionally, he founded and was headmaster of Episcopal Academy in McLean, Va. Following retirement in 1973, he served as interim rector at Bat Cave, N.C.; Page, Ariz.; Asheville, N.C. and Folly Mills, Va. He was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Episcopal Church, Lecanto; Lakeside Country Club and Point O' Woods Country Club both of Inverness.
Survivors include his wife of 19 years, Sonna Courson Reinheimer of Inverness; son, David Reinheimer of Bowdoinham, Maine; three daughters, Jan Walsh of Victoria, B.C. Canada, Elizabeth Reinheimer of China, Maine, and Peggy Elterman of Ashland, Ore.; stepson, John Thompson of Tampa; stepdaughter, Anne Golden of Midlothian, Va.; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

James Marvin Ware, 90, of Sugarmill Woods, Homosassa, died Monday, April 17, 2000, at his residence. Born in Fishertown, Mo., he came here 38 years ago from Rolla, Mo. He was a real estate broker/former owner of Mar-Gin Inc. J.M. Ware Agency of Homosassa Springs. He was a charter member of Homosassa Lions Club, a former director of Homosassa Springs Bank and a 50-year member of Rolla Masonic Lodge No. 213. He was a member of Grace Bible Church of Homosassa. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Collen Cook.
