He began his nursing profession in England as Head Nurse, then two years at Methodist Hospital, Brooklyn, N.Y., and after 26 years of service, he retired as Nursing Administrator for Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center, Brooklyn. He was a Catholic by faith.
