Nina M. Marteney, 83, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2007 at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in Bronx, N.Y., and moved to this area five years ago from Wellington.
Mrs. Marteney was a bookkeeper in retail.

Hugh B. Finch, 72, of Spring Hill, died Friday, March 25, 2005 at his home under the care of hospice.
He was a resident of this area for the past five years, coming from his native Birmingham, Ala. He retired after 35 years with the U.S. Government, was a colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, staff administrator for the U.S. Army Reserve and a member of the 87th Maneuver Area Command. He served as an officer for the Federal Employees Credit Union and was a member of the Officers Association.

He was a Navy pilot and instructor during World War II. He enjoyed fishing, photography, and was an aircraft enthusiast and Lutheran by faith.

She was an office manager for Exxon/Mobile Oil Corp. for 42 years. She was a member of the Timber Pines Country Club. She enjoyed playing golf, shopping and going to the beach. She also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by her loving husband of 48 years, Albert P. of Timber Pines; one sister, Helen E. Haverstick of Manasquan, N.J.; 11 nieces and nephews, Nancy, Candy, John, Patrick, Mike, Richie, Jill and Chrissy, all of New Jersey, Gale of Georgia and Susan and Carol, both of Arizona; one brother-in-law, Robert of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sister-in-laws, Josephine and Helen, both of Phoenix, Ariz.
