William J. Park Jr., 84, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, April 6, 2006 at his home. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to this area 19 years ago from Pennsylvania.
Mr. Park was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, a member of the VFW, Jenkintown, Pa., and Sellersville Hunting and Fishing Club, Pennsylvania, and was a Protestant by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Edna; three sons, William of Marlton, N.J., Robert of Dowingtown, Pa., and David of Corona, Calif.; a daughter, Sandra Polsley of Milwaukee, Wis.; and eight grandchildren.

Thelma Eliza Garner, 90, of Ohio, formerly of Spring Hill, died Sunday, April 2, 2006 at Arlington Court Nursing Home, Upper Arlington, Ohio. She was born in Columbus, Ohio, and had resided in Florida for 33 years prior to returning to Ohio three years ago.
Mrs. Garner established and ran the business office at Dodd Hall at the Ohio State University College of Medicine.
Survivors include a son, Dr. W. Richard Garner of Columbus; a daughter, Lorelei Reppas of Daytona Beach; a sister, Lois Fonseca of Deland; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

Maria L. Petrucci, 86, of Brooksville, died Thursday, April 6, 2006 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville. She was born in Cambridge, Mass., and moved to this area 33 years ago from Hyde Park, Mass.
Mrs. Petrucci was a retired bronze sprayer for a bronze plating company and was a member of the Red Hat Society, Classy Scarlet Ladies Chapter, Thursday Night Brookridge Uno Club, and St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
Survivors include a son, Frank E. of Weymouth, Mass.; two daughters, Joanne Rampino of Brooksville and Beverly Bonani of Vero Beach; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Richard F. Peskar Sr., 73, of Spring Hill, died on Saturday, Nov. 27, 2004 at Brooksville Regional Hospital.
He was born in Cleveland, Ohio and moved to this area five years ago from Maple Heights, Ohio. He was a sales representative for Coyne Textiles of Cleveland, Ohio, manufacturing uniforms and industry textiles and retired after 30 years of service. He loved woodworking, CNN and debating politics. He was a past member of the American Legion, Catholic by faith and was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Korean conflict.

Eugene Schiavone, 80, of Brooksville, died Friday, Nov. 26, 2004 under the care of Hospice in Brooksville.
He was born in the Bronx, N.Y. and came to this area 13 years ago from Yonkers, N.Y. During the 1920's and 1930's, his family owned Mayflower Bus Company in the Bronx. He was a Catholic by faith, a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and a U.S. Navy veteran. He retired as a bus driver with the Westchester Schools Transit. He was also the owner of three Crown/Blackrock Service Stations in the Bronx, N.Y. He enjoyed driving buses, boating, motorcycles, dining out and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Rachel of Brooksville; two sons, Eugene Jr. of Peachtree City, Ga., and Robert of Stamford, Conn.; a sister, Lorraine Azzarite of Lagrangeville, N.Y.; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
