Fredricka S. "Ricki" Parker, 58, of Brooksville, died Sunday, July 11, 2004, at Heron Pointe Health and Rehab Center.
She was born in Ashland, Ky., and moved to this area eight years ago from Lexington, Ky. She was a graduate of Appalachian School of Nursing, Lexington, worked as an LPN for medical doctors and was a Christian by faith.
Survivors include her son, Brian Parker of Sarasota; five sisters, Paula Kottke of Illinois, Terri Page of Mississippi, Jackie Self of Florida, Leslie Martindale of Ohio and Ramona Meek of Ohio; a brother, Ronnie Kazee of Ohio; three grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Survivors include two daughters, Jamie Newton and Heather Newton, both of Spring Hill; her father, Dwight Rosson of Clearwater; her mother, Jessie Hendricks of Jacksonville; two brothers, Gary Rosson of Jacksonville and James Rosson of Clearwater; two sisters, Wendy Barrett of Spring Hill and Faye Nault of Pinellas Park; and two grandchildren.

John C. Cullinane, 83, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2005, at Oak Hill Hospital.
He was born in Tipperary, Ireland, and moved to this area 24 years ago from Belle Harbor, N.Y. He was an Air Force veteran and was a POW during World War II. He was the former regional director of the U.S. Census Bureau and a member of POW Chapter 1, Pasco-Hernando County, VFW Post 10209, Irish American Club, and St. Theresa Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Beatrice; eight sons, Michael Cullinane of New Jersey, John Otton of Massachusetts, James Otton, Joseph Otton, Dennis Otton, Daniel Otton, and Michael Otton, all of New York, and Richard Otton of Arizona; six daughters, Barbara Regan, Kathleen Hochheim, Patricia Trainor, and Michele Ocasio, all of New York, Margaret Kennedy of New Jersey, and Tracy Carroll of Florida; a brother, James Cullinane of New Jersey; 35 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Prudence M. DeWitt, 91, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Feb. 28, 2005, at Oak Hill Hospital.

Survivors include two sons, Ronald DeWitt of Spring Hill and David DeWitt of Connecticut; a daughter, Barbara DeWitt; four grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and two great-great- grandchildren.

Eddy Ruth Capizola, 78, of Brooksville, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2005.
She was born in Brooksville, lived in New Jersey for part of her life, and later returned to Florida. She taught school in both states and attended Istachatta Church of Christ.
Survivors include three daughters, Joanne Knight, Karen Eisenhardt and Christa Harbig; a son, Paul Capizola Jr.; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Genevieve (Mountain) Carr, 87, of Sheboygan, Wis., formerly of Brooksville, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2005, at Sunny Ridge Nursing Home, Sheboygan.
She was born in Dunnellon, lived in Brooksville, and moved to Sheboygan 69 years ago. She was a homemaker, a 1935 graduate of Hernando High School and an active member of the Methodist Church in Sheboygan.
Survivors include her husband, Arthur S.; two daughters, Sharon VanHaveren of Sheboygan and Mary Ann Kusler of Wisconsin; two brothers, Adrian Mountain of Kansas City, Mo., and Frazier Mountain of Brooksville; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Majoria G. Stevenson, 79, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Hudson.
She moved to Florida 20 years ago from her native Granite City, Ill. She was a retired real estate secretary and a Presbyterian by faith.
Survivors include her husband, Warren; a son, Gary W. of St. Louis, Mo.; three sisters, Mayola Brewer of Houston, Texas, Evalyne Yencho of Granite City and Carolyn McEvers of Orlando; and a grandchild.

Gordon Lewis Alred, 83, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, March 2, 2005, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Cortez Boulevard, Brooksville.
He was born in Haralson County, Ga., and moved to this area 59 years ago from Moultrie, Ga. He was a pit foreman for Florida Mining & Materials, Brooksville, a World War II U.S. Army veteran, and a member of Eden Baptist Church, Brooksville.
Survivors include his wife, Louise; a son, Gordon Jr. of Atlanta, Ga.; three daughters, Janet Kown of Vero Beach, and Shirley Aiken and Carol Tracy, both of Brooksville; a brother, Chalmus Alred of Albany, Ga.; two sisters, Thelma Woodard and Beatrice Cummings, both of Albany; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Miriam Doscher, 86, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2007 at her residence. Mrs. Doscher was born in New York, N.Y., and moved to this area 20 years ago from West Islip, N.Y. She was a homemaker, enjoyed reading and bingo and was of Jewish faith. Survivors include her two sons, Barry and Frank; a daughter, Robin Tvrdik; a brother, Martin Cantor; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Charlotte L. Gilbert, 82, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Nov. 12, 2004 at Hernando Pasco Care Unit in Brooksville.
She was born in Mt. Morris, N.Y. and came here 22 years ago from Dansville, N.Y. She was Protestant by faith. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and crafts. She was a church volunteer and fundraiser. She was a member of the Sparta Fire Company Auxiliary in Sparta, N.Y. and also a past member of the REBEKAHS. She was a member of the White Sabers Drum and Bugle Corp., Parents Organization in Dansville, N.Y. She also was a member of the N.Y. Club in Spring Hill and she was a charter member of the HCA Oak Hill Hospital volunteers.
Survivors include her husband, Jasper of Spring Hill; a daughter, Sharron Gilbert of Walworth, N.Y.; a son, James Gilbert of Dalton, N.Y.; a sister, Carolyn Hark of Dalton N.Y.; two brothers, Maurice Piper of Shortsville, N.Y. and Lawrence Piper of Bristol, Conn.; and several nieces and nephews.

Jeff D. O'Neal, 46, of Weeki Wachee, died Friday, Nov. 12, 2004 at his home.
He was born and raised in Lakeland and moved here three years ago from Inverness. He worked at Polk County Transportation and Maintenance. He was a member of the AA and was a Florida Gators fan. He loved caring for his dogs Kiwi and Tojo and loved spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include his wife, Gayle of Weeki Wachee; a daughter, Jessica Brin of Lakeland; his parents, Lavone and Jerry of Weeki Wachee; a brother, Dale of Lakeland; three sisters, Sherrie Jones of Lakeland, Tammie Scifo of Winter Haven and Kelly of Weeki Wachee; and two granddaughters.

Survivors include her husband, Norman D. of Largo; a son, Michael Jury of Spring Hill; a daughter, Susan Blevins of Clearwater; a brother, Leonard Henry of York, Pa.; and six grandchildren.

He was born in Chicago, Ill., and moved to this area 10 years ago. He worked for the Civil Service. He was Christian by faith and a member of Forest Oaks Lutheran Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include a son, Kenneth of Raleigh, N.C.; three daughters, Marla Edwards of Weeki Wachee, Debra Thompson of Pendleton, Ind., and Sandra Stavanak of Golden, Colo.; a stepson, Paul Day of Speedway, Ind.; Karen of Indianapolis, Ind.; a half-brother, Robert Jarchow; and 16 grandchildren.

Nancy Farchone, 78, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Nov. 22, 2004, at her home.
She was born in Detroit, Mich., moved to Florida 23 years ago and moved to Spring Hill 21 years ago from Boca Raton. She was a homemaker and worked at St. Vincent DePaul, Alzheimer's organizations, and other charitable organizations. She was a member of the bocce, garden and Happy Singles clubs in Timber Pines, Spring Hill, and St. Theresa Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons, Don Farchone of Colorado and David Farchone of Port Richey; two sisters, Mary Nikta of Timber Pines, Spring Hill, and Joan Luzak of Detroit; two brothers, John Massucci and Tony Massucci, both of Las Vegas; two grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.

William E. "Billy" Moran, 84, of Sun City Center, formerly of Spring Hill, died Monday, Nov. 22, 2004, at Arizona Heart Hospital, Phoenix, Ariz.
He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and was a nine-year resident of Spring Hill before moving to Sun City Center six years ago. He was a welder and retired after 30 years of service for the City of New York. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran and a member of VFW Post 10209, Spring Hill, VFW Post, Sun City Center, Prince of Place, Sun City Center, and St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
Survivors include a son, William E. Jr. of Spring Hill; a daughter, Patricia McAloney of Middletown, N.Y.; a brother, Edward of Staten Island, N.Y.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

She was born in New York, N.Y., and moved to this area 15 years ago from Hallandale, Fla., where she was the owner of C.D. Patterson Plumbing for 35 years.

He was born in New Haven, Conn., and moved to this area 14 years ago from Amherst, N.H. He was a retired engineer for CBS/Westinghouse, Boston, Mass., with 40 years of service, and attended Congregational Church, Amherst.
Survivors include his wife, Cornelia; a son, Stephen Craine of Boston; a daughter, Linda Laros of Lebanon, N.H.; two stepsons, Mark Kenyon of Los Angeles, Calif., and Jeffrey Kenyon of Boxboro, Mass.; two stepdaughters, Linda Lane of Fayetteville, Ga., and Kimberly Eggleston of Billricker, Mass.; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to this area 29 years ago from Columbus, Ohio. She was a retired supervisor for the State of Ohio with 33 years of service. She was a former writer for the Columbus Dispatch and a Presbyterian by faith.
She is survived by her sister, Miriam C. Hawkins of Rock Bridge, Ohio.

He was born in Silverville, Pa., and moved to this area 18 years ago from Bethel Park, Pa. He was a retired coal quality specialist, a World War II U.S. Army Air Force veteran, and a former member of the Pennsylvania Club.
Survivors include his wife, Myrna; a son, Robert Welsh Jr. of Arvada, Colo.; a stepdaughter, Caroline Sue Ruhle of Fairfax, Va.; a brother, John Welsh of McLean, Va.; four sisters, Kathleen Stepp of Pittsburgh, Pa., Helen Ward of Sarver, Pa., Martha Albig of West Newton, Pa., and Mary Myers of Freeport, Pa.; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Servello was a financial screener, an auxiliary member of Knights of Columbus at St. Michael Catholic Church and a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Frank; a daughter, Cathilyn Sarnecki of Brooksville; a son, Dominic Servello of Brooksville; four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Fleer was a secretary and a member of Fellowship Community Church of Weeki Wachee.
Survivors include a son, James Fleer of Brooksville; a daughter, Elizabeth Natelson of Missoula, Mont.; two brothers, Robert Hugg of Spring Hill and Walter Hugg of Belvidere, N.J.; a sister, Eleanor Casagrand of Wayne, N.J.; and three grandchildren.
