Louis C. Hafer, 94, of Brooksville, died Saturday, July 7, 2001 in Tampa.
He was born in Elkhart, Ind., and moved to this area 15 years ago from Knoxville, Tenn. He was the retired owner of a business college and Christian Science by faith.
Survivors include two nieces, Janet Martell of Perrysburg, Ohio and Phyllis Hawk of Matawan, Mich.

Edwin A. Bleich
Edwin A. Bleich, 79, of Brooksville, died Saturday, July 7, 2001 at the Hospice Unit of Brooksville Health Care Center.
He was born in Tampa and moved to this area 39 years ago from Lutz. He was owner of Bleich & Son Builders, Brooksville, was a Jehovah's Witness and an elder in the church and built Kingdom Halls throughout Florida.
Survivors include his wife, Iris; a son, Kirk of Brooksville; his stepmother, Eleanor of Brooksville; eight brothers and sisters; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Mark Alan Landis, 41, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Oct. 11, 2001 at his home.
He was born in San Diego, Calif., and moved to this area a year ago from Pasadena, Calif. He was a musician and a Christian by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Lou; a daughter, Rose Theresa of Spring Hill; his parents, William F. and Kathryn of Irvine, Calif.; two brothers, David and Michael; and a sister, Marie.

Carl J. Duin, 36, of Spring Hill, died Monday, Feb. 23, 2004, at home.
He was born in Fort Stewart, Ga., and moved to this area a year ago from Queens, N.Y. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his mother, Anita T. Nedball of Spring Hill; his stepfather, Craig Nedball of Spring Hill; and a brother, Eric Nedball of New York.

Raymond "Ray" Joseph Geller, 48, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2004, at St. Joseph's Hospital, Tampa.
He was born in Paterson, N.J., and moved to this area 14 years ago from New Jersey. He was a delivery person for Spring Hill Water and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his son, Raymond of Dumont, N.J.; and an aunt, Elizabeth Doerwald of Dover, N.J.

Mildred May Troop, 93, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Feb. 19, 2004, at her home.
She was born in Beverly, Mass., and moved to this area 27 years ago from Beverly. She was a retired bank teller for Beverly Cooperative Bank, Beverly, with 20 years of service and attended United Church of Christ.
Survivors include her daughter, Judith Skog of Vienna, Va.; and a grandson.

Veronica C. Garcen, 58, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville.
She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area three years ago from Long Island, N.Y. She was a retired mortgage clerk and a Catholic by faith.
She is survived by her husband, Walter.

Margaret E. Roeck, 83, of Spring Hill, died Saturday, Feb. 21, 2004, at her home.
She was born in Troy, N.Y., and moved to this area 24 years ago from Hendersonville, N.C. She was a homemaker.

Sherri Ann Poxson, 67, of Brooksville, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2004, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville.
She was born in Akron, Ohio, and moved to this area 24 years ago from Dewitt, Mich. She was a retired owner/operator of the Sail Inn Bar, Brooksville, for 21 years and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include four sons, Michael Poxson of Grass Lake, Mich., Gregory Poxson of Eagle, Mich., Daniel Poxson of Coral Springs and Paul Poxson of Brooksville; a daughter, Teresa Suber of Brooksville; two brothers, Richard Everhart of Novi, Mich., and Harold "Chuck" Everhart of Jackson, Mich.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Bertha H. Martin, 80, of Brooksville, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2004, at Brooksville Health Care Center.
She moved to this area 66 years ago from her native Opp, Ala. She was a homemaker and a member of Eastern Star, Brooksville, and First Presbyterian Church, Brooksville.
Survivors include her husband, Jesse; a son, Jesse A. Martin of Gainesville; a daughter, Shirley A. Zonner Johns of Weeki Wachee; a brother, Eddie K. Hall of Brooksville; four grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Thomas C. Greene, 74, of Brooksville, died Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2004, at his home.

Charles Otis Wells, 86, of Spring Hill, died Monday, April 15, 2002 at his home.
He was born in Petersham, Mass., and moved to this area 18 years ago from Cambridge, Mass. He retired from the U.S. Government Arsenal, Watertown, Mass. He was a member of the YMCA, Boston, Mass., and a Christian by faith.
Survivors include two nephews, William Ellsworth of Petersham and John Ellsworth of Barre, Mass.; and a niece, Mary Lou Condike of Granbury, Texas.

Jonathan Norman Bissonnette, 25, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, April 14, 2002.
He was born in Woonsocket, R.I. He was a pipe layer and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Spring Hill. He was an avid fisherman and woodcarver, specializing in intricate walking sticks.
Survivors include his parents, Joseph and Janice of Spring Hill; a sister, Janna M. of Spring Hill; maternal grandmother, Marion Perron of Spring Hill; and paternal grandmother, Theresa of Spring Hill.

Erie, and Armoloy of New York, Inc., Buffalo, N.Y. He was a World War II U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of Nativity Lutheran Church.
