Survivors include two sons, Robert of Brooksville and Thomas of Walnut Hill, Fla.; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.

James R. Hundley, Sr., 82, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, May 31, 2001 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Brooksville.
He was born in McKee, Ky., and moved to this area 17 years ago from Dayton, Ohio. He was a retired job setter for the Dayton Press, World War II U.S. Army veteran, and founding Deacon and member of Christian Life Assembly of God.
Survivors include his wife, Daphne; three sons, James R., Jr. of Dayton, John W. of New Lebanon, Ohio, and Joel Stephen of Xenia, Ohio; two daughters, Daphne Jean Allison of Port St. Lucie and Joy L. Cagle of Dayton; a brother, Gene of Cleburne, Texas; two sisters, Phina Bright of Monterey, Tenn., and Betty Lou of Arcanum, Ohio; 17 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was born in Glenridge, N.J., and moved to this area nine years ago from Pompton Plains, N.J. She was a retired postal clerk and attended St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include a son, Joseph W. of Spring Hill; a daughter, Ann Kenny of Spring Hill; two brothers, Richard Knibiehly of Keystone Heights, Fla., and William Knibiehly of Boones Mill, Va.; and a granddaughter.

Anthony M. Moses, Sr., 70, of Fort Payne, Ala., formerly of Brooksville, died Sunday, May 27, 2001 in Birmingham, Ala.
He was born in Deland, Fla. and moved to Fort Payne, Ala. eight years ago from Brooksville. He retired after 20 years as Air Force Master Sergeant in the Korean War and was a Hernando County school bus driver for 13 years.
Survivors include his wife, Laura; two sons, Jeffrey of Fort Payne and Anthony, Jr. of Gutherie, Okla.; five daughters, Teresa Martin and Jessica, both of Fort Payne, Tina Moses Roush and Connie Waller, both of Brooksville, and Sandra Norfolk of Avondale, Ariz.; a brother, George P. of Brooksville; a sister, Eva Jones of Edmund, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was born in Bronx, N.Y., and moved to this area three years ago from Long Island, N.Y. He was a retired repairman for a telephone company and attended St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include his wife, Ann; a son, Michael of Long Island; a daughter, Eileen of Long Island; three brothers, James of Rockland County, N.Y., Joseph of New Jersey and John of Levittown, N.Y.; and a sister, Eileen Donahue of Brewster, N.Y.

Otis Thomas Rice, 75, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Feb. 27, 2004, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville.
He was an active member of DaySpring Presbyterian Church where he taught Sunday School and was bestowed the title of Deacon Emeritus in 2001. He was conferred the Pilgrim degree, the highest level of recognition within the Loyal Order of the Moose. He was a member of Austin Lodge No. 12 of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons and held degrees in the Scottish Rite.
Survivors include two sons, Tom Rice of Larkspur, Colo., and Jim Rice of Round Rock, Texas; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

He was born in Rahway, N.J., and moved to this area seven years ago from Sarasota. He worked as a police officer for the Linden, N.J. Police Department and also for the Sarasota Police Department, totaling 17 years of service. He was a certified reconstruction accident investigator, a master scuba diver, certified dive master and a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.
