She was born in Charleston, W.Va., and moved to this area 36 years ago from Sweetwater, Texas. She was a housewife and a Baptist by faith.
Survivors include three sons, Joseph of Seffner, John of Gainesville and Gerald of Spring Hill; four brothers, Burnis Belcher of Spring Hill, Danny Belcher of Stark, and Charles and Tra 'Buddy', both of Tampa; two sisters, Genevieve Kost of Tampa and Juanita Browder of Spring Hill; and five grandchildren.

He was born in St. Joseph, Mo., and moved to this area 10 years ago from Pinellas Park. He was the retired owner of an automotive service and repair business, World War II U.S. Army veteran, life member of the VFW and American Legion, St. Joseph, and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church.
Survivors include his son, Daniel of Spring Hill; and a granddaughter, Danielle P. of Spring Hill.

Arthur T. 'Tom' Carlsen
Arthur T. 'Tom' Carlsen, 50, of Brooksville, died Sunday, May 27, 2002 at Brooksville Regional Hospital.
He was born in Nanticoke, Pa., and moved to this area 13 years ago from Hallstead, Pa. He was a mechanical engineer at Sparton Electronics, U.S. Navy veteran, and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, Donna; a son, Jeffrey of Brooksville; a daughter, Melissa of Brooksville; his mother, Helen T. of Hallstead; two brothers, James of Hallstead and Mark of Lafayette, Ind.; two sisters, Ann Marie of Marysville, Tenn., and Mary Lou Zurn of Conklin, N.Y.

Walter E. Satter, Sr.
Walter E. Satter, Sr., 86, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, May 27, 2002 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Brooksville.
He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area 16 years ago from Stuart, Fla. He was a retired payroll supervisor with Bell Laboratories and a member of Knights of Columbus Council 11877, Knights of Columbus 4th Degree, and Father Dougherty Assembly 1721 and St. Theresa Catholic Church, both of Spring Hill.
Survivors include his wife, Mary; a son, Walter E., Jr. of Spring Hill; two daughters, Rosemary Myers of Niceville, Fla., and Joan O'Sullivan of Toms River, N.J.; three brothers, Harold of Franklin Square, N.Y., Arthur of Stillwater, N.J. and Vincent of Jupiter, Fla.; a sister, Ann Corrigan of Spring Hill; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Edna German, 92, of Spring Hill, died Sunday, May 27, 2002 at Oak Hill Hospital.
She was a native of Connecticut and moved to this area recently from Prospect, Conn. She was a homemaker and a member of The Order of Eastern Star, Connecticut.
Survivors include a daughter, Claudia Curtis of Spring Hill; two sons, A. Lincoln, Jr. of Clifton, Va. and David of Wilcott, Conn.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Eggers and Irene Kelley, both of Spring Hill; and two sisters, Irene Kuznicki of Ingelside, Ill., and Helen Conklin of Chicago, Ill.

Peter Balasko, 76, of Melbourne, formerly of Spring Hill, died Monday, May 28, 2002 at Indian River Center, Melbourne.
He was a material analyst with Grumman Aerospace, World War II U.S. Army veteran, past commander and member of VFW Post 9236, Hernando Beach, and American Legion and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include two daughters, Susan Schulz of Melbourne and Janet Powell of Florida; a sister, Helen Rendziak of New York; five grandchildren, Christopher Breitkopf, Michelle Breitkopf, Jason Powell, Deidra Powell and Courtney Powell; and a great-grandchild.

Survivors include his wife, Josephine; a daughter, Gloria Davidson of Brooksville; three sons, Ronald M. of Madison, Ind., Gary M. of Bushnell and Larry M. of Brooksville; a brother, Walter of Clear Lake, Calif.; a sister, Rebecca Devore of Franklin, Ky.; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Lillian; a son, Thomas of Michigan; two daughters, Sharon Holtz of Illinois and Caroline Isbell of Michigan; a sister, Helen Dembrowski of Ocala; three grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He is survived by his brother, Edward of Spring Hill.

Survivors include his wife, Maggie; two sons, David J. of Niles, Ill., and Steve of Avon Park, Fla.; a daughter, Kathleen Zubor of Trevor, Wis.; a brother, James of California; and two grandchildren.

He was born in Riverside, Calif., and moved to this area five years ago from Cold Spring, N.Y. He was a retired captain for Department of Corrections, New York, a member of the Elks Lodge and Council 82 Corrections Union, both of Beacon, N.Y., and a Catholic by faith.

Survivors include two sons, William and Robert, both of New Durham, N.H.; a daughter, Elizabeth of Spring Hill; two sisters, Victorine Boudreau of Spring Hill and Theresa Miller of Holliston, Mass.; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Rosemary Therese Klein
Rosemary Therese Klein, 82, of High Point, Brooksville, died Tuesday, May 29, 2002 at Oak Hill Hospital.
She was a native of Chicago, Ill., and moved to this area 21 years ago from Glenview, Ill. She was a graduate of the University of Illinois, department head of the stenographic division for NBC Radio, where she also worked in news and special events for the Chicago Division. She was secretary to the managing editor of the Chicago Sun Times and a substitute teacher for Glenview Public Schools, where she became English instructor at Glenbrook High School, Northbrook, Ill., and executive secretary to the Superintendent of Schools for Glenbrook High School System for 15 years. She was a member of the High Point Golf Club and past editor of the High Point Newsletter.
Survivors include her husband, Ret. Sgt. U.S.M.C. Charles F.; a son, Charles Michael of Acworth, Ga.; and a daughter, Mary Kathleen of Brisbane, Australia.

Raymond 'Ray' Lee Jennings III, 33, of Spring Hill, died Monday, May 28, 2002 at Spring Hill Regional Hospital.
He moved to this area eight years ago from his native Streator, Ill. He was a sheet metal specialist for Jennings Kitchen Specialists, a member of PGA Partners Club, and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his father, Raymond L., Jr. of Spring Hill; his mother, Victoria M. Ganiere of Ottawa, Ill.; a brother, Michael of Spring Hill; three sisters, Krista Sangston of Monett, Mo., Ashley of Spring Hill and Jennifer Burgwald of Ottawa; three stepbrothers, Anthony, Tyler Coleman and Jeremy Roach, all of Spring Hill; paternal grandmother, Bess Harlan of Streator; and his stepmothers, Carol and Katheryn, both of Spring Hill.

Local #1249, Syracuse, N.Y.; a U.S. Navy Seabees veteran of World War II; a member of VFW and the American Legion in Tupper Lake, N.Y.; and a member of St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church, Spring Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; a son, James Rovito of Ballston Spa, N.Y.; a daughter, Katherine A. Cochrane of Rochester, N.Y.; two sisters, Sophie Ziegler of Newark, N.Y. and Helen Decker of Baldwinsville, N.Y.; and four grandchildren.
