He was a Korean conflict U.S. Army veteran, a member of Our Lady of Fatima Church, Inverness, St. Mary's Church, Annapolis, Holy Name Society, Allison Park, Pa., and Perpetual Adoration Society of St. Mary's Church, Annapolis, and was a Catholic by faith.
