He was born in Conshohocken, Pa., and moved to this area 14 years ago from Plymouth Meeting, Pa. He was a retired traffic control manager and attended Spring Hill Baptist Church.

She was born in Stonybrook, N.Y., and moved to this area 21 years ago from Smithtown, N.Y. She worked for Macy's Department Store, Smithtown, and was a member of Knights of Columbus, Sons of Italy, and Assembly of God, Spring Hill.

Gabriel F. Martins, 57, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2002 at Wal-Mart, 13300 Cortez Blvd., Spring Hill.
He was born in St. Michael, Portugal, and moved to this area 13 years ago from Framingham, Mass. He was a landscaper for many years for the Weeki Wachee Springs attraction and most recently worked for Wal-Mart, Spring Hill. He was an Air Force veteran of Portugal Military Police Force.

William A. "Bill" King, 73, of Brookridge, Brooksville, died Wednesday, Sept. 4, 2002 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Brooksville.
He was born in Southbridge, Mass., and moved to Florida 30 years ago from Holland, Mass. He has resided in Spring Hill and Brooksville for the past 10 years. He worked for Trader Publishing of Clearwater as a short haul truck driver for 17 years, was a U.S. Marine Corp veteran, and attended St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, Spring Hill. In Massachusetts, he was involved in Scouting and Little League, was assistant fire chief of the Holland Volunteer Fire Department, and a member of the Holland Rod and Gun Club, and in St. Petersburg, a member of the Over 50 Half Century Softball Club, and life member of Rod and Gun Club of Lake Maggorie.
