He moved to this area 23 years ago from his native Erie, Pa. He was a retired general sales manager for American Sterilizer Corp., past president of Brooksville Golf & Country Club and Lake Shore Country Club, Erie, and a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Brooksville.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he moved to this area 28 years ago from Long Island, N.Y. He was a 34-year employee with Pitney Bowes Inc. Business Machines Co. where he started in New York and transferred to Tampa.
He was a volunteer fireman in Long Island, N.Y.; a volunteer chief fireman for High Point in Brooksville for a year; was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, Hudson; and attended St. Theresa Catholic Church in Spring Hill.
He is survived by his wife, Michaeline V.; and a sister, Jeanette Lukosevic of Spotswood, N.J.

Jason Shawn Lewis, 16, of Brooksville, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2002 as a result of a boating accident. He was born in Brooksville and was a Christian by faith. He was a junior at Hernando High School, where he served as a goalkeeper on the school's varsity soccer team. He enjoyed BMX trick bike riding, fishing on the Withlacoochee River and spending time with his friends.
He is survived by his mother and father, Julie and Chad Lewis of Brooksville; a brother, Jesse; his paternal grandparents, Walter and Georgia Lewis of Brooksville; two uncles, Robin Lewis of Brooksville and James Cicero of Manteca, Calif.; and an aunt, Ellen Burnette of LaRue, Texas, and many cousins.

Esther Rice, 85, of Spring Hill, died Friday, Dec. 13, 2002 at the Philadelphia House Assisted Living Facility in Spring Hill. She was born in Harrisburg, Ill. and came here six hears ago from Bradenton. She was retired from General Motors Corp.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Smith of Spring Hill; a son, Louis of Pontiac, Mich.; a sister, Ruth Featherman of Pontiac; a brother, Earl Hicks of Harrisburg; 13 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Charles "Chuck" Antenucci, 83, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2002 at Oak Hill Hospital.

Arlouine Zimoski, 62, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2002 at The Forest Oaks Care Center.
She was born in Punxsutawney, Penn., and moved to the area 26 years ago from Erie, Penn.
She was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church and worked at the Forest Oaks Care Center as the facility's office manager for the past 15 years.
She was a member of the Ladies of the Moose, Lodge 521.

He was retired as owner and operator of a general store in LaRose and received a Bachelor's Degree from LSU, LaRose. He was a World War II U.S. Navy veteran, a charter member and past president of VFW Post 8538, LaRose, a member of the Knights of Columbus, LaRose-Cut Off Fire Department, and was a regional planning commissioner, all in LaRose. He was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, Brooksville.

Raymond A. Whyte, 79, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, April 9, 2003 at Spring Hill Regional Hospital.
He was born in Kenmore, Canada, and moved to this area 16 years ago from Fayson Lakes, N.J. He served in the U.S. Signal Corps and Royal Canadian Air Force as Navigator during World War II. He was an internationally recognized artist who had exhibited in prestigious venues throughout the world including New York City, San Francisco, London, Paris and Florence. His artwork is included in various museums and noted individual collections; namely, Malcolm Forbes, J.P. Getty, Gerald B. Cantor and others. He is listed in Who's Who in American Art, International Who's Who in Art and Antiques, and Dictionary of International Biographers.
