He was born in Brooksville and was a lifelong resident. He was a member and a deacon of Mt. Pilgrim Free Will Baptist Church.

Wilbur E. Frome, 65, of Weeki Wachee, died Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2005, at his home.
He moved to this area five years ago from his native Baltimore, Md. He was a vending supervisor for Canteen Inc., Baltimore, Md., a U.S. Marine Corp veteran, and a member of American Legion Post 186, Moose Lodge 521 and St. Mary Star of the Sea Catholic Church, Baltimore.

He was born in Table Grove, Ill., and moved to this area 25 years ago from Green Bay, Wis. He was a retired Chief Petty Officer in the U.S. Navy for many years. He was the owner of JEREL Bulldogs, Brooksville, and a Christian by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine; a daughter, Karen Lee of Springfield, Ill.; a son, Lawrence Gibboney of Tampa; and three grandchildren.

He was born in Keene, N.H., and moved to this area 11 years ago from Keene. He had owned and operated Cleaningtown Dry Cleaners, Keene. He was a World War II U.S. Air Force veteran, a former Knights of Columbus, former member of the Keene Country Club, and a member of the American Legion and William Marconi Italian Society, Keene.

She moved to this area 32 years ago from Ridgefield, Conn. She worked as a cost accountant in the Research and Development Department at Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and was an active member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church.

He was born in Chicago, Ill., and moved to this area 26 years ago from Mt. Prospect, Ill. He was retired from Motorola Electronics after 40 years of service as a model maker. He was a member of Elks Lodge 2582, Brooksville, and High Point Golf Association.

Anthony H. Maimone, 81, of Spring Hill, died Friday, July 2, 2004 at Oak Hill Hospital.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Maimone came here 20 years ago from Long Island. He was a retired district manager for Playtex Corp. of New York. He was a lieutenant commander and pilot in the U.S. Navy. He was also a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Spring Hill.

William S. Smith, 71, of Brooksville, died Friday, July 2, 2004 at his home.
Smith was born in Mississippi and came here more than 20 years ago from Maryland. He retired from the construction industry, was a self-taught bronze sculptor and acted in local theater. He appeared in the movie, "From the Earth to the Moon."

Evelyn L. Kilgore, 91, died Saturday, July 3, 2004 under the care of hospice.
Mrs. Kilgore was a lifetime Brooksville resident, a homemaker and a member of Gulf Ridge Park Baptist Church where she was active in WMU, taught vacation Bible school, worked in the church nursery and raised several generations of church children.
Survivors include her son, William of Floral City; daughter, Marianne Kilgore of Honolulu; four sisters, Henrietta Kilgore of Tampa, Marie Harrison of Seffner, Mary Harrison of Florida City and Juanita Thomason, Pahrump, Nev.; two grandchildren and one great grandson.

Mary Grace Thomas, 90, of Clearwater died Saturday, July 3, 2004 in Clearwater.
Born in Fontanet, Ind., she moved to Spring Hill in 1972 from Shelborn, Ind. In 1997, she made Clearwater her home.
Thomas was a homemaker and involved with the Spring Hill Women's Club and attended the First Baptist Church of Spring Hill.

Born in Kokrines, Alaska she moved here 40 years ago from Fairbanks.
Rounds was a homemaker, a member of the Women of the Moose 229, former president of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary Post 8713 and St. John's Episcopal Church of Brooksville.
