He was born in Tarrytown, N.Y., and moved to this area four years ago from New York. He was retired from the computer industry and was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Marion; two sons, Kenneth Christiana of Buchanan, N.Y., and Kevin Christiana of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; a daughter, Kimberly Ann Gagne of Peekskill, N.Y.; a brother, James of Inverness; and five grandchildren.

Jimmy Davis Baggett, 68, of Brooksville, died Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2004, at his home.
He was born in Jackson County and moved to this area 32 years ago from Palm Harbor. He was a teacher at Clearwater High School for 15 years and at Hernando Christian Academy for two years, retiring after 16 years at F.W. Springstead High School. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran and a member of Gideons International and Spring Hill Bible Church.
Survivors include his wife, Terry; a son, David of Junction, Texas; a daughter, Shanon Stephens of Brooksville; two brothers, Pat of Bogalusa, La., and Jackie of Bonifay; two sisters, Catty Creel of Gastonia, N.C., and Dot Kornegay of Plymouth, Mich.; and two grandsons.

James Patrick Fay Sr., 67, of Spring Hill, died Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2005, at his home.
He was born in New York, N.Y., and moved to this area two years ago from Largo. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, a member of the Teamsters Union, Holy Name Society, Immaculate Conception Church, Roanoke, Va., Holy Spirit Ecumenical Church Support Group, Alcoholics Anonymous with 35 years sobriety, and Holy Spirit Ecumenical Catholic Church.
Survivors include his life companion, Alan M. Fitzgerald; a son, James Patrick Fay Jr. of New Jersey; a daughter, Jennifer Fay of New Jersey; five brothers, John Fay of Holiday, Lawrence Fay of Wallington, N.J., Bobby Cuminsky of Dunedin, Larry Cuminsky of North Carolina, and Paul Cuminsky of Queens, N.Y.; and five sisters, Rosemary Norris, Agnes Bowman, Patricia Reynolds, and Joan Fay, all of Dunedin, and Elaine McCue of Largo.

Anthony Muzzy, 88, of Hernando County, formerly of Homosassa, died Saturday, Oct. 15, 2005, at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida, Gainesville.
He was born in Massachusetts and moved to Homosassa 35 years ago from Staunton, Va. He was an owner-operator of a window company, a World War II and Korean conflict U.S. Army Air Corp paratrooper veteran, a volunteer with Meals on Wheels, and a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Louis Fred Potts Jr., 81, of Spring Hill, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2005, at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Unit, Chatman Boulevard, Brooksville.
He was born in Louisville, Ky., and moved to this area 12 years ago from Wantagh, N.Y. He was a theatrical technician and a member of Locals No. 4 and No. 52 for 55 years. He was a 60-year member of St. Matthew's Masonic Lodge 906, Kentucky. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran, participating in the Battle of Dunkirk and was awarded the Purple Heart. He was a Christian by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Grace Rodgers Potts; three daughters, Jenne Lou Pelikan of Connecticut, Karen Bavaro of Pennsylvania and Kim Iglehart of Tennessee; a son, L. Gregory Potts of Washington; two stepsons, Danny Rodgers and Thomas Rodgers, both of New York; a sister, Madelyn Sunstrum of California; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and moved to this area 24 years ago from Long Island, N.Y. She was a homemaker after retiring as a cafeteria worker for Kings County School Board in Brooklyn. She was a born-again Christian and attended St. Theresa Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Frank; a son, Michael of Spring Hill; a daughter, Belinda Childs of Franklin, N.C.; and two grandchildren.

Clifford A. "Cliff" Shuman, 97, formerly of Brooksville, died Friday, Sept. 30, 2005 at Carpenter's Home Manor in Lakeland.
He was born in Barnsville, Ohio and was a retired pastor and member of North Royalton Christian Church for 50 years. He was a captain in the U.S. Army, serving as a chaplain during the Italian campaign in World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Twila E. Shuman; a son, David Shuman of Roanoke, Va.; a daughter, Joyce Hale of Israel; four brothers, Lomas Shuman, Fernard Shuman, Archie Shuman and Seward Shuman, all of Ohio; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

He was born in Lloyd Neck, N.Y., and moved to this area 16 years ago from Syosset, N.Y. He retired from Long Island Lighting Company after 35 years of service. He was a 4th Degree Knights of Columbus, a member of the Lions Club and a Catholic by faith.

Survivors include three daughters, Dawn Overholt of Brooksville, Jacqueline Dean of Weeki Wachee and Cindy Collier of Apopka; three brothers, Jack Spreadbury and Roy Spreadbury, both of England, and Robert Spreadbury of Wales, U.K.; two sisters, Molly Lillywhite of England and Betty Bagley of British Columbia, Canada; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Pastor Bernard G. Reinhart Jr., 60, of Brooksville, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2004, at Brooksville Regional Hospital.
He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and moved to Florida three years ago from Pleasantville, N.J. He was a retired carpenter, a member of CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) and participated in many church and community affairs. He attended Hosanna Family Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include his wife, Susan; seven sons, James and Joseph of Bladenboro, N.C., John of Mount Olive, N.C., Jeffrey, Jay and Jack, all of Philadelphia, and William Carney of Mantua, N.J.; a daughter, Jane Sherker of Mantua; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She moved to this area 25 years ago from her native New York, N.Y. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, Spring Hill.
Survivors include her son, James of Spring Hill; four brothers, Robert Butterfield and William Skrzypiec, both of Spring Hill, John Butterfield of Tampa and Frederick Butterfield of Asheville, N.C.; and three grandchildren.

She was born in Newark, N.J., and moved to this area 30 years ago from Point Pleasant, N.J. She worked in the beauty industry for many years in Florida, was the owner and manager of two full-service hair salons in Brooksville, and was a member of Fanwood Presbyterian Church, Fanwood, N.J.
Survivors include her husband, Eugene S.; two daughters, Laura Rasmussen of South Lake Tahoe, Calif., and Devony Butler of Spring Hill; three sons, Brendan C. Lockamy of Cocoa, Daniel F. Lockamy of Houston, Texas, and Earl Lockamy of Ocean Grove, N.J.; three stepdaughters, Belynnda Rhodes of Orlando, Kymberly Clark of Largo and Robyn Canton of Largo; and 14 grandchildren.

Gertrude "Goldie" Mangialardi, 78, of New Port Richey, formerly of Spring Hill, died Monday, Nov. 8, 2004, at Mease Countryside Hospital.
She was born in Bronx, N.Y., and moved to Florida 16 years ago. She retired as a receptionist, switchboard operator with ULLICO Insurance Company, New York, and also worked in retail fashion. She was an accomplished seamstress and knitter.
She is survived by her daughter, Charlene Mangialardi of New Port Richey.

She was born in Tracadie, New Brunswick, Canada, and moved to this area 14 years ago from Stratford, Conn. She retired from Remington Shaver Products with over 22 years of service. She was a past member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Stratford, and a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church.
Survivors include her son, William H. of Spring Hill; a sister, Lena Losier of Losier Settlement, New Brunswick, Canada; two grandsons; a granddaughter; and two great-grandsons.

Janet Marie (Hicks) Preston, 69, of Spring Hill, died Monday, April 17, 2006 at Oak Hill Hospital. She was born in Nebraska and moved to this area 13 years ago from Greenfield, Wis.
Ms. Preston was a sales associate for Prudential Life Insurance Company and attended First Baptist Church, Weeki Wachee Acres.

Mr. Milliken was a self-employed lifelong carpenter, a U.S. Army National Guard veteran, having served as a medic, and was a Christian by faith.

Mr. Stump graduated with a master’s degree in education from St. Joseph University, Philadelphia, Pa., and taught mathematics at Haverford School District and Honors Mathematics at Lower Merion High School of Ardmore, Pa. for 36 years. He was a Knights of Columbus Third Degree, Quakertown, a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served in the 306 Periodic SAC and received the National Defense Service Medal, a life member of the Pennsylvania State Education Association and the National Education Association, a member of the Alumni Association of Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, and was a Catholic by faith.
Survivors include his wife, Florence Vanim Stump; a son, Gregory of Media, Pa.; a daughter, Karen White of Newton, N.J.; a brother, Jeffery of Quakertown; three sisters, Gerry Earwood of Carlisle, Pa., and Jane Minnick and Judy Stump, both of Orlando; and six grandchildren.

Mr. Helms was a retired bus driver for Broward County, a World War II U.S. Army veteran, and a member of the Weeki Wachee Crime Watch and Christian Life Assembly of God Church, where he was a past Deacon.
Survivors include his wife, Michelina; two sons, Joseph T. of Brooksville and James A. of Holiday; a daughter, Ellida Zahumensky of Holiday; two sisters, Atha Layton and Ella Collins, both of Charlotte, N.C.; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
