Thomas Lamar Crocker
Thomas Lamar Crocker, of Archer, died June 3, 2003 at E.T. York Hospice Care Center in Gainesville. He was 51.
Mr. Crocker was born in Gainesville and moved to Archer from Hawthorne in 1990. He was a unit clerk for Nature Coast Hospital in Williston and formerly at Shands at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
He was a volunteer with the Share Program as a private sitter for the elderly. He also formerly worked for Coca-Cola and Village Park Apartments in Gainesville. He attended Windsor Baptist Church.
Survivors include his companion, Ned Edwards of Archer; his mother, Grace Crocker of Hawthorne; sisters Joyce C. Lewis of Hawthorne, Jerri Watkins of Keystone Heights and Judy Dickerson of Gainesville; and brothers Rocky Crocker of Hawthorne and Frank Crocker of Gainesville.W

Mrs.Irma Griffin McNatt of Ocala died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004 at the Legacy House in Ocala. She was 74 years of age.
Maverne "Mae" Williams Martin
Maverne "Mae" Williams Martin, of Morriston, died June 8, 2003, in Gainesville. She was 79.
Mrs. Martin was born in Shelbyville, Ind. She was a retired food service worker.
She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Shelbyville, American Legion Auxiliary No. 500 in Speedway, Ind., Greenfield Moose Auxiliary, Capital City Campers, Kentucky Colonels Camping Club and Rolling Wheels Camping Club.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Williams.
Survivors include her husband, Theodore Martin Jr. of Morriston; sons Robert Williams of Shelbyville, Gary Williams of Indianapolis and Richard Williams of Speedway; a daughter, Janice Curry of Shelbyville; stepdaughters Jean Teague of Adrian, Mich., and Sally Ann Crouch of West Virginia; stepsons Ralph Martin of West Virginia, Randall Martin and Theodore Martin of Florida; a sister, Deloris Goodwin of Shelbyville; brothers Frank Marks of Illinois and Donald Marks of Florida; 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Mr. Benjamin Holmes Morris of Chiefland died Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004. He was 64 years old.
James Lee Martin
James Lee Martin, of Morriston, died June 7, 2003, at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. He was 66.
Mr. Martin was born in Kalamazoo, Mich., and moved to Morriston from Fort Lauderdale in 1993. He was a retired plasterer. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was a Protestant.
He enjoyed making handmade wooden cedar-lined chests.
Survivors include daughters Elizabeth Martin and Patricia Martinez, both of Fort Lauderdale; a son, James Lee Martin III of Interlachen; a brother, Ted Martin of Texas; a sister, Carol Smith of Illinois; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
