Betty J. Mayberry
Betty J. Mayberry of Williston died Sept. 30, 2004, at her home. She was 60.
Mrs. Mayberry was born in Raleigh and was a lifelong resident of Williston. She was a waitress.
Survivors include her husband, Fred Mayberry of Williston; daughters Jackie Bruce, Claudia McMichen, Lisa Pickell and Amy Mayberry, all of Williston; a sister, Jean Jerrell of Williston; three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

James R. Henry
James R. Henry of Bronson died Sept. 30, 2004, in Gainesville. He was 95.
Mr. Henry was born in Hawthorne and moved to Bronson from High Springs in 1999. He was a retired U.S. Postal Service carrier.
He worked as a postal carrier for 52 years, and enjoyed farming. He was a member of Hawthorne Methodist Church and American Legion Post No. 230.
Survivors include his wife, Joyce Henry of Bronson; stepsons Danny Griggs and Douglas Griggs, both of Gainesville, and Jack Torrey of Interlachen; a stepdaughter, Dianna Brock of Gainesville; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

William Lawrence Totin
William Lawrence Totin of Cedar Key died Sept. 30, 2004, at the E.T. York Hospice Care Center in Gainesville. He was 60.
Mr. Totin was born in Bridgeport, Conn., and moved to Cedar Key from Mendocino, Calif., in 1990.
He was a carpenter and an electrician.
He was a member of the Eagles FEO No. 4194 in Cedar Key. He was a Protestant.
Survivors include his son, Wayne Totin of St. Petersburg.

William Richard Meeks
William Richard Meeks of Archer died Sept. 29, 2004, at Shands at AGH. He was 57.
Mr. Meeks was born in Raleigh, N.C., and was a Presbyterian.
He was a painter for the University of Florida Division of Housing, where he worked for more than 23 years. He was an avid Gators and Newberry High School Panthers fan, and enjoyed bowling and spending time with his children.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Grace Tallman Meeks of Archer; daughters Elizabeth Meeks of Archer and Michele Joines of Gainesville; sons Richard Meeks of Pensacola and Maurice Bingham of Archer; a sister, Cathy Massey of Raleigh; and three grandchildren.

Willie Mae Schibley
Willie Mae Schibley of Otter Creek died Sept. 29, 2004, at her home. She was 91.
Mrs. Schibley was born in Rocky Hammock and was a longtime resident of Otter Creek. She was retired from the retail clothing industry.
She had been the oldest living member of Otter Creek Baptist Church, and was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Adrian "Bud" Schibley.
Survivors include a daughter, Arlen Waites of Otter Creek; a brother, Gordon A. Yearty of Fort Smith; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
