Linda Sue Smith, 56
Mrs. Linda Sue Smith died on Monday, Feb. 23, 2004, at Nature Coast Regional Hospital, Williston, She was 56 years old.
Mrs. Smith was born in Clearwater, Fl. and moved to the Williston area over 40 years ago from Clearwater. She enjoyed crafts, reading and flower arranging.
Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Smith.
Survivors include a daughter, Tameray Brazeal of Reddick; sister, Mary Ann Tucker of Williston; 1 grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Knauff Funeral Home, Williston, was in charge of arrangements.
Lester Thomas Dorenkamper, 86
Mr. Lester Thomas Dorenkamper of Cordele, GA, died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2004 at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele. He was 86.
Mr. Dorenkamper was born in 1917 in Kelliher, Minn. and was the son of the late Freddrick John Dorenkamper and Mary Alice Dorenkamper.
He was a farmer, retired, and a U.S. Air Force veteran, having served during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Hilda Gehlert Dorenkamper of Cordele; two daughters, Jan Dorenkamper Kvilhaug of Arabi, Ga., and Catherine Barata of Buford, Ga.; two sisters, Adelaide Johnson of Hoyt Lakes, Minn. and Pearl Schmidt of Kelliher; six grandchildren, Ronald and Raymond Barata, both of Atlanta, Ann Carter of Cumming, GA, Jeffery Kvilhaug of Big Lake, Minn., Kim Weldon of Hanceville, ALA and Michelle Brazel of Arabi, Ga.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond Dorenkamper and a sister, Rita Lundin.
Arrangements were by Rainey Family Funeral Services, Inc., of Cordele, GA.

Davida Shirley Theorgood, 13
Davida Shirley Theorgood of Chiefland died on Feb.9, 2004, of an unexpected illness. She was 13.
She was born in Delaware and was a student at Chiefland Middle School.
She is survived by her mother, Shirley Theorgood of Chiefland; grandfather Clinton Beverly of Jacksonville; grandmother Sandy of Chiefland; and several aunts and uncles.
Her funeral was on Feb. 14 at St. John Missionary Baptist Church.
Carnegie Funeral Home of Chiefland was in charge of arrangements.
Willis White, 83
Mr. Willis White of Trenton died Monday morning, March 1, 2004 at North Florida Regional Hospital. He was 83.
Mr. White was born on Feb. 29, 1920, in Trenton to the late Ed and Betha White and was a lifelong resident of Trenton.
Mr. White was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Bethel AME Church of Trenton where he served as Steward and Sunday School teacher. He worked many years at Lancaster Farms.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Alice White of Trenton; one daughter, Mary Alice Marshall (James) of Chiefland; sisters, Carrie M. Mosley and Ruth Murray of Gainesville; one brother, John Ralph White of Trenton; granddaughters, Jeannette "Candy" Doakes of Corona, CA, Alice Monyei of Chiefland and Jacqueline Bryant of Morriston; grandsons, Eddie Baker (Betty) of Trenton; Ronald Bryant (Linnea) of Brea, CA, 10 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren
