Born in Niantic, Ill., Mr. Dragstrem came to Manatee County from Douglas, Ariz., in 1988. He was the owner and operator of a farm in Macon County, Ill. He attended Niantic Christian Church. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity and the Farm Bureau.
Survivors include a daughter, Alice Craig of Bradenton; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Born in Kalamazoo, Mich., Mr. Little came to Manatee County from Schoolcraft, Mich., in 1972. He was the former owner of Little's House of Cards and Gifts and he was a Realtor at Iron Gate Realty in Bradenton.
Survivors include a daughter, Terry D. Short of Bradenton; a son, Kim A., of Bradenton; his caregiver, Virginia M. Corbin of Bradenton; and a grandchild.

Mary Gallagher Nolan, 81, of Falls Church, Va., formerly of Bradenton, died May 29, 2001, in Falls Church.
Memorial Mass for family and friends will be celebrated July 6 at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Brant Beach, N.J. Everly-Wheatley Funeral Home, Alexandria, Va., is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Scranton, Pa., Mrs. Nolan was a former resident of Manatee County. She taught French in the Pennsbury, Pa., school district for many years before retiring. She attended St. Francis of Assisi Church. She was a volunteer at Blake Medical Center and at Southern Ocean County Hospital in Manahawkin, N.J. She was active in the AAUW, the Tri-Deltas, the Academic Olympics and various other community activities.
Survivors include two daughters, Marilyn Baker of Falls Church, and Sally Nolan Schwarz of New York City; two sons, Joseph, of New Cannan, Conn., and Richard John, of Cazenovia, N.Y.; and six grandchildren.

Born in Bradenton, Mr. Norskov was a lifelong resident of Manatee County. He was a railroad conductor with CSX Railroad for 47 years. He was Methodist. He served as a staff sergeant in the U.S. Air Force during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Aletha J.; a daughter, Sandra L. Lahay of Bradenton; a sister, Alice Bates of Sunny View, Calif.; a brother, Richard, of Lake Placid; a grandchild; and three great-grandchildren.

Born in Rock Island, Ill., Mrs. Westra came to Manatee County from Waupun in 1991. She was a homemaker. She attended the Christian Reformed church.
Survivors include two daughters, Jean Westra Oldham of Madison, Wis., and Mae Westra Sterk of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a son, Donald Sr., of Bradenton; 17 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

Born in Buffalo, N.Y., Mr. Boehringer came to Manatee County from there in 1979. He was a beverage salesman for Gohr Distributor. He attended Trinity Lutheran Church in Bradenton. He was a member of North Bailey Exempt Firemans Association Inc. in Eggertsville, N.Y., and a charter member of the Firemans Association in Getzville, N.Y.
Survivors include his wife, Betty; two sons, Arnold W., of El Segundo, Calif., and Kenneth, of Bradenton; a brother, Bill, of Homosassa; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Born in Port Huron, Mich., Mr. Huff came to Manatee County from Michigan 21 years ago. He was a retired private club manager. He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Bradenton. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of the Michigan State Alumni Association; Elks No. 1511 in Bradenton and the American Legion in Essexville, Mich.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Jane; eight daughters, Mary Katherine Pacholka of Essexville, Molly, of Bradenton, Susan Stilts of Antiack, Tenn., Anne Betzold and Stacey, both of Bay City, Mich., Amy Hall of Denver, Nancy Pelton of Saginaw, Mich., and Diane Newlon of Nashville, Tenn.; two sons, John, of Essexville, and Peter, of Bay City; 14 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Mr. McKinney was born in Bradenton. He was retired from GTE. He was Christian. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include his wife, Carrie; two daughters, Erika and Jamala, both of Bradenton; his stepmother, Lucille, of Bradenton; three sisters, Irene Johnson of St. Petersburg, Mae Francis Patterson of Bradenton, and Gayle Jones of Palmetto; two brothers, Broderick, of Atlanta, and Johnny, of Palmetto; and two grandchildren.
