Born in Toledo, Ohio, Mr. Schindler came to Manatee County from there in 1994. He was Protestant. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II. He was a member of the American Legion Kirby Stewart Post No. 24, Bradenton, and the Ohio Laborers Local 500 of Toledo.
Survivors include his wife, Marsha "Marty"; a stepson, Randall Holton of Kenosa, Wis.; and a sister, Rosemary Imre of Toledo.

Faris Charles Wilson, 99, of Bradenton, died June 30, 2001, in Blake Medical Center.

Born in St. Louis, Mr. Wilson came to Manatee County from there in 1971. He was a retired life insurance agent. He was Presbyterian. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during World War II. He was a member of American Legion Rock Memorial Post No. 283, Imperial, Mo.; Freedom Lodge No. 636, F.&A.M., St. Louis; and Bradenton High Twelve Club No. 386.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy.

Ramona M. Wizner, 72, of Bradenton, died July 2, 2001, at home.

Born in Michigan, Mrs. Wizner came to Manatee County from Davison, Mich., in 1979. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bradenton.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie R. Hawley of Clio, Mich.; three sisters, Linda Noll of Flushing, Mich., Delores Morgan of Seattle, and Rose Marie Hickey of Swartz Creek, Mich.; two brothers, Edward Owens of Goodrich, Mich., and Larry Galerneau of Flint, Mich.; and two grandsons.

Frederick K. Braunschweiger, 73, of Bradenton, died July 3, 2001, in Blake Medical Center.

Born in Detroit, Mr. Braunschweiger came to Manatee County from Utica, Mich., in 1986. He was a graphic illustrator at General Motors for 36 years in Michigan. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Faith United Methodist Church in Bradenton. He was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla No. 81, Elks Club No. 1511, and American Legion Post No. 24, all in Bradenton.
Survivors include his wife, Frances; two daughters, Sharon Eye of West Virginia, and Christine Hall, of DeLand; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Clarence Morgan Jr., 75, of Ellenton, died July 3, 2001, at home.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, 1400 36th Ave. E., Ellenton. Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Buddy Pope officiating. Born in Anderson, Ind., Mr. Morgan came to Manatee County from there in 1985. He was a boiler worker for General Motors in Anderson for 33 years. He attended Ellenton First Baptist Church, where he was a deacon. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of Masonic Solar Lodge No. 737 in Anderson.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth; a daughter, Carla E. Somerlott of South Haven, Mich.; a son, Paul, of Anderson; six sisters, Bernice Miller of Hemit, Calif., Judy Roberts of Louisville, Ky., Sue Prichard of Pendleton, Ind., and Betty Banks, Janice Alsobrook and Joan Ryder, all of Anderson; four brothers, Richard, of Anderson, James, of Indianapolis, Larry, of Middletown, Ind., and Jack, of Alachua; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Geri Harris, of Bradenton, died June 27, 2001, in the Cancer Treatment Center of America in Tulsa, Okla.
Memorial mass will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Saints Peter and Paul The Apostles, 2850 75th St. W.
Born in Philadelphia, Ms. Harris came to Manatee County from Los Angeles in 1999.
Survivors include two sisters, Mary Fisher and Emma Foreman, both of Bradenton; and a brother, Clifford Fisher, of Bradenton.

Curtis G. Jackson, 39, of Chicago, formerly of Parrish, died June 30, 2001, in Manatee Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at Riggins and Daughter Funeral Home, 105 21st Ave. W. Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at New Life Baptist Church, 609 Ninth St. W., Palmetto, with the Rev. Fletcher Lawson, Jr., officiating. Burial will be in Parrish Cemetery.
Mr. Jackson was born in Bradenton. He worked in construction. He was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Tracey Yon; four daughters, Tamika Brown, Tiffany Tolson, Takiera and Lakesha, all of Palmetto; three sisters, Vera, of Parrish, Linda Greene of Palmetto, and April Brown of St. Petersburg; seven brothers, Eugene, of St. Petersburg, Tommie, of Palmetto, Horace, of Fort Lauderdale, and Izell, Ronnie, Kenny and Jimmie, all of Bradenton; and one grandchild.

Andrew Taylor, 79, of Palmetto, died June 29, 2001, in Palmetto.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday at Westside Funeral Home, 704 11th St. W., Palmetto. Service will be noon Saturday at St. John Missionary Baptist Church, 1701 First St. E., Palmetto, with the Rev. T.J. Spikes officiating. Burial will be at Skyway Memorial Gardens.
Born in Palmetto, Mr. Taylor worked for Ben Hill Griffin Inc. for 30 years. He was Baptist.
Survivors include four daughters, Carolyn Welch, Joyce Williams and Diane Hicks, all of Tampa, and Felisa Cooper of Tallahassee; four sons, Henry Cecil Waters of Trenton, N.J., Lee Andrew Waters of Palmetto, Robert, of Palmetto and Jerry Gavin of Bradenton; a sister, Ethel Hart of Palmetto; 30 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Charles Herman Mohler

Charles Herman Mohler, 84, of Bradenton, died July 4, 2001, at home.
Service will be 2 p.m. Friday at Shannon Funeral Home, 5610 Manatee Ave. W., with the Rev. George Fisher officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southwest Florida, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, Fla. 34238.
Born in Logansport, Ind., Mr. Mohler came to Manatee County from there in 1953. He was a retired supervisor for the U.S. Postal Service. He owned and operated Cedar Hammock Market, Nat-u-rol Water Co., Water Boy Bottled Water Co., Bradenton Bible Book Store and the Bible Printing Co. He attended Westside Christian Church. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II, earning two bronze stars, the Purple Heart, and the China War Memorial Medal from the government of the Republic of China.
He was past president and founding member of the Cedar Hammock Volunteer Fire Department, co-founder of Cedar Hammock Refuse Disposal Corp., and a member of Manatee County Zoning Board.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Jane; two sons, Thomas Lee of St. Petersburg and Gary O., of Jacksonville; a brother, Earl Mohler of Long Beach, Miss.; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and two step great-grandchildren.
