Mary P. Sheppard, 72, of Ruskin, formerly of Manatee County, died Dec. 18, 2001, in Sun City Center.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Ruskin Assembly of God Church. Service will be 10 a.m. Friday at the church, with Pastor Bobby Jones officiating. Lewers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Braden River Cemetery, Bradenton.
Born in Oneco, Mrs. Sheppard was a retired housekeeper for South Bay Hospital. She attended Ruskin Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Susan Jahns and Donna, both of Ruskin; four sons, Jerry Jr. and Davy, both of Ruskin, Raymond, of Lithia, and Stanley, of Wimauma; a sister, Betty Affolter of Bradenton; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Alvera M. Snow, 84, of Palmetto, died Dec. 16, 2001, in Manatee Memorial Hospital.
No service is scheduled. National Cremation Society, Sarasota chapter, is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Born in Punxsutawney, Pa., Mrs. Snow came to Manatee County from Honolulu in 1980. She was a licensed practical nurse. She was Protestant.
Survivors include two daughters, Patty D. Ellis and Donna J. Walker, both of Palmetto; one grandchild; and nine great-grandchildren.

Alphonso Ingram, 44, of Bradenton, died Dec. 12, 2001, in Manatee Memorial Hospital.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Friday at Greater Mount Pilgrim Primitive Baptist Church, 126 Ninth Ave. W., Bradenton. Service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Bradenton Municipal Auditorium, 1005 Barcarrota Blvd., with Elder Carl Rhodes Jr. officiating. Westside Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Skyway Memorial Gardens.
Born in Bradenton, Mr. Ingram was self-employed in masonry. He was Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Victoria; a daughter, Brandy, of St. Petersburg; a stepson, Willie Lewis Eleazer of Columbia, S.C.; a sister, Irene, of Bradenton; five brothers, Josh Jr., John, Theotis, Ernest and Larry, all of Bradenton; and two grandchildren.

Carl Samuel Walden Sr., 27, of Bradenton, died Dec. 13, 2001, at home.

Born in Rochester, N.Y., Mr. Walden moved to Manatee County from New York in 1993. He worked in electronic sales. He was Baptist. He served in the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include four daughters, Lexus and Kartiera, both of Bradenton, Karchye and Kelaiah, both of Rochester; a son, Carl Jr., of Bradenton; six sisters, Patricia Stroughter and Gwen Bryant, both of Bradenton, and Linda Charles, Twanda Overton, Susan Goff, and Palmira Rolle, all of Rochester; three brothers, Andra Bryant of Louisville, Ky., Tony, of Coral Springs, and Reginald Walton of Bradenton; his mother, Ruthie M., of Rochester; and his grandmother, Laura B. Lewis of Bradenton.

Mrs. Pate was born in Bradenton. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Church of Christ.
Survivors include two sons, Charles Maddox and Clint Cobert, both of Bradenton; a brother, Sylvester Lundy of Petersburg, Va.; and her parents, Mary Ware of Palmetto and Eddie Myricks of Valdosta, Ga.

Born in Miami, Mrs. Washington moved to Manatee County from there many years ago. She was a residential aide at Palmetto Guest Home.
Survivors include her daughter, Orlisha Lucas; two sons, Orlando and Ordell, both of Miami; three sisters, Jowanna, Tiffany and Erica, all of Miami; three brothers, Correy, Casey and Stacey; and her parents, Jimmie and Julia, of Palmetto.

Born in Gallaway, W.Va., Mr. Barwick came to Manatee County from Punta Gorda in 1955. He attended Stetson Law School. He was a retired drywall contractor. He was a member of the Elks and the Disabled American Veterans.
Survivors include his wife, Myrtle "Sissy"; a daughter, Patricia Tarrant of Bradenton; two sisters, Suzanne Honnert of Cincinnati, and Etheleen Nelson of Tavares; a brother, Ron, of Warrenton, Va.; and five grandchildren.

Born in Wilton, Maine, Mr. Dakin came to Manatee County in 1964 from Livemore, Maine. He was the owner and operator of Dakin & Sons Dairy in Parrish. He attended Parrish United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
Survivors include a companion, Genny Miller; four sons, Cameron and Farren, both of Myakka City, Rodney, of Duette and Jerry, of Parrish; a sister, Elaine Romano of Parrish; three brothers, Sherburn, of Palmetto, Leman, of Arizona and Manley, of Maine; and seven grandchildren.
