Joseph Michael Kopec, 86, of Bradenton, died Dec. 23, 2001, at home.
There will be no service. National Cremation Society, Sarasota Chapter, is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Born in Fulton, N.Y., Mr. Kopec came to Manatee County from Utica, N.Y., in 1979. He was a retired steel worker.
Survivors include his wife, Edythe; two daughters, Sandra Scwarlo of Framington, Mass., and Candace Fleming of Lakeside, Calif.; a son, Michael, of Waterville, N.Y.; and eight grandchildren.
Harold Lee Magnuson

Harold Lee Magnuson, 71, of Bradenton, died Dec. 24, 2001, in Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton.
There will be no service. National Cremation Society, Sarasota Chapter, is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Born in Winnebago County, Ill., Mr. Magnuson came to Manatee County from Stuart in 1999. He owned and operated a lawn business.
Survivors include four daughters, Teddi, of Bradenton, Roseann Dewey of Rochelle, Ill., and Jane Thompson and Renee Salmon, both of Sarasota; three sons, Harold Lee Jr., of Stuart, Richard, of Bryon, Ill., and Randy, of Rockford, Ill.; and 13 grandchildren.
Kathryn Miller

Kathryn Miller, 73, of Bradenton, died Dec. 22, 2001, in Daytona Beach.
Graveside service will be 1 p.m. today at Mansion Memorial Park, 1400 36th Ave. W., Ellenton, with the Rev. Joseph Amory Jr. officiating. Burial will be in Mansion Memorial Park. Shannon Funeral Home, Town Chapel, Bradenton, is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Florida, Mrs. Miller was a lifelong resident of Manatee County. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Edward "Sky Lungston," of Bradenton.
Dale E. Reichenbach

Dale E. Reichenbach, 82, of Bradenton, died Dec. 26, 2001, at home.
Service will be held privately for the family. Brown and Sons Funeral Homes, 26th Street Chapel, Bradenton, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to The Salvation Army, P.O. Box 1179, Bradenton, Fla. 34206.
Born in Bluffton, Ohio, Mr. Reichenbach came to Manatee County from Elyria, Ohio, in 1979. He was Protestant. He served as a chief petty officer in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a recipient of the 1959 Boys Basketball AP Coach of the Year Award in Ohio, and was inducted into the High School Coach Hall of Fame in Elyria.
Survivors include his wife, Elsie; three sons, Randy, of Worthington, Ohio, Gary, of Bradenton, and Tim, of Gainesville; a sister, Vera Garrett of Dayton, Ohio; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Vivian Hope Bengry

Vivian Hope Bengry, 87, of Parrish, died Dec. 10, 2001, in Parrish.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. today at Sunset Funeral Home, 3940 N. Vermilion St., Danville, Ill. Service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Raymie Gordon officiating. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Kicliter Funeral Home, Palmetto, is in charge of local arrangements.
Born in Detroit, Mrs. Bengry came to Manatee County from Danville. She was employed at Depke Welding Supplies Inc. in Danville. She was an active member of Saint James Methodist Church in Danville. She was a former member of the Vermilion Hills Country Club, and the Elks Country Club, both in Danville.
Survivors include two daughters, Susan E. Mohr of Danville, and Bonnie L. Cary of Palmetto; a sister, Maxine Schroder of Atlanta; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Lita De Rivera, 94, of New York City, and winter resident of Anna Maria, died Dec. 11, 2001, in Surrey Place Convalescent Center in Bradenton.
There will be no service. National Cremation Society, Sarasota Chapter, is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Born in Tampa, Ms. De Rivera came to Manatee County from New York City 40 years ago. She was a hat maker in New York.
Survivors include a sister, Connie Barral of Queens, N.Y.

Bernard Pierre Duval, 74, of Bradenton, died Dec. 12, 2001, in Blake Medical Center in Bradenton.
Memorial service will be 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church, 3100 26th St. W., Bradenton. National Cremation Society, Sarasota Chapter, is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Born in Manchester, N.H., Mr. Duval came to Manatee County from there in 1993. He was a maintenance supervisor in Derry, N.H. He attended Saint Joseph's Catholic Church. He was a member of the Senior Friends in Bradenton.
Survivors include his wife, Lorraine; three daughters, Susan Gookin of Merrimack, N.H., Christine Lang of Wauchula, and Tracey Austin of Richmond, Va.; six sons, Brian, of Fairbanks, Alaska, Duane, of Orlando, Ronald Field of Manchester, Daniel Field of Sarasota, Shawn, of Bradenton, and Jonathan, of Palmetto; a sister, Pierrette Stricklin of Albuquerque, N.M.; a brother, Claude, of Palmetto; and 15 grandchildren.

Born in Kalamazoo, Mich., Mr. Ervin came to Manatee County from Lansing, Mich., in 1986. He was retired from Michigan Bell Telephone Co. He was Protestant. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley; a daughter, Gail Hedrick of Bradenton; a son, Dean, of Coeur D'Alene, Idaho; two brothers, Joe, of Michigan, and Gary, of Florida; and four grandchildren.

Dorothy B. Fieseler, 69, of Palmetto, died Dec. 12, 2001, in University Community Hospital in Tampa.
There will be no service. Griffith-Cline Funeral Homes, Manasota Chapel, Bradenton, is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Rochester, N.Y., Mrs. Fieseler came to Manatee County from California in 1990. She was a nurse's aide. She was Lutheran.
Survivors include a nephew, James Barra of Temple Terrace.
Montez J. Genton

Montez J. Genton, 98, of Inverness, formerly of Bradenton, died Dec. 12, 2001, in Inverness.
Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Sunday at Inverness Chapel of Hooper Funeral Homes, 501 W. Main St., Inverness. Service of Remembrance will be 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Marc Genton and Haskell Williams officiating. Interment will be in Braden River Cemetery in Oneco, following the service.
Born in Louisville, Ky., Mr. Genton was a former resident of Manatee County for 42 years. He was the owner and operator of Genton U Pick Blueberry Farm in Inverness, the former owner and operator of a truck farm in Bradenton, and a mechanic, an inventor and a builder. He was a member of the Hernando Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ila; seven daughters, Juanita Rosier and Lola, both of Inverness, Emily Austin of DeBary, Alice Wery of Athens, Ala., Mary Scheibe of Zephyrhills, Dena Wery of Phenix City, Ala., and Marlene Young of Apopka; a son, Marc E., of Dade City; a brother, B.A., of Madison; 22 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
