Wilhelmina Anna Hume, 88, of Bradenton, died Dec. 11, 2001, in SunBridge Care and Rehabilitation of Bradenton.
Service will be held privately for the family at a later date. Covell Cremation and Funeral Center, Bradenton, is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Geneva, N.Y., Mrs. Hume came to Manatee County from Sanford, N.C., in 1999. She was a laboratory technician and retired in 1975 from Bristol-Myers after 25 years of service. She attended Jonesborough United Methodist Church of Sanford, N.C.
Survivors include a son, William H., of Bradenton; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Genevieve J. Olsen, 85, of Bradenton, died Dec. 12, 2001, in Bradenton.
Service will be held privately for the family. Brown and Sons Funeral Homes, 26th Street Chapel, Bradenton, is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Chicago, Mrs. Olsen came to Manatee County from there in 1948.
Survivors include two daughters, Andrea C. Parks of Bradenton, and Nancy Rister of Okeechobee; a son, Tom, of Harrison, Mich.; 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Harry Presha Jr., 63, of Palmetto, died Dec. 9, 2001, in Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. today at Saint John Missionary Baptist Church, 1701 First Ave. W., Palmetto. Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. T.J. Spikes officiating. Burial will be in Skyway Memorial Gardens in Palmetto. Westside Funeral Home, Palmetto, is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Presha was born in Ellenton. He was a brick mason at Brinson and Allen Co. in Jacksonville. He was Baptist.
Survivors include two daughters, Harolea-sha, and Asia, both of Palmetto; a son, Harry "Tiger," of Jacksonville; his parents, Harry and Mary, of Palmetto; six sisters, Clemmie, Mildred and Dot, all of Bradenton, Loretta, of New Jersey, and Jean, and Sherrye, both of Palmetto; and three brothers, Mickey, and James, both of Palmetto, and Billy, of Altamonte Springs.

Born in Church Hill, Mrs. Swallow came to Manatee County from Hamilton, Ohio, in 1958. She was manager of the Shoe Box of St. Armands Circle in Sarasota. She was Methodist.
Survivors include her husband, Stephen R.; a stepdaughter, Suzette Emily, of Orlando; a stepson, Gregory Scott, of Apopka; four sisters, Joyce Carr and Reda Yankee, both of Surgoinsville, Stella Crees of Melbourne, and Edna Cupp of Mt. Carmel, Tenn.; two brothers, George Ward and Frank Ward, both of Los Angeles; and two grandchildren.

Born in Lawrence, Mass., Mrs. Ward came to Manatee County from there in 1960. She was a paper sorter. She attended Holy Cross Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Joyce W. Clamp of Palmetto; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Clara Eileen Matthews Carter, 27, of Lee, formerly of Bradenton, died Dec. 6, 2001, in Suwannee County.
Services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Monday at Beggs Funeral Home Madison Chapel, 301 N. Orange St., Madison. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Madison. Family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Beggs Funeral Home Madison Chapel.
Born in Fort Walton Beach, Mrs. Carter had lived most of her life in Bradenton before moving to Lee. She was a bookeeper for Food Lion and also was employed with Murphy's USA Petroleum in Live Oak.
She is survived by her husband, David; mother and stepfather, Lena and Thomas Samuels of Bradenton; stepfather, Donald Rowell of Bradenton; a sister, Brandy Rowell of Bradenton; and three stepsisters, Angela M. Samuels and Amy M. Nowitzke of Georgia, and Alicia W. Samuels of Bradenton.

Born in Alley Spring, Ill., Mrs. Graham came to Manatee County from Granite City, Ill., to live here part-time since 1997. She was a member of Trinity Assembly of God Church in Bradenton and Eminence Assembly of God Church in Eminence, Mo.
She is survived by a daughter, Lucile E. Graham; and a sister, Audrey Seaman of Mesa, Ariz.

Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mrs. Huff moved to Manatee County from Delhi, N.Y., in 1968. She was a retail salesperson with Coro Jewelers in New York City and served as the theater director of a playhouse in New Jersey, where she directed several plays and musicals. Mrs. Huff was the former owner and operator of a ceramics company in New Jersey. During World War II she worked in the newspaper business and the packing and steel plants in Bergen County, N.J. Mrs. Huff was a member of First Baptist Church of Bradenton and taught ceramics there. She attended the Theater for Dramatic Arts School in New York City.
She is survived by two daughters, Lisa J. Huff-Beanes and Linda L. Elfering, both of Bradenon; a son,
Leslie R., of Bradenton; a sister, Doris Riley of Fountain Hills, Ariz.; and seven grandchildren.

Born in Tuckerman Ark., Mrs. Scott came to Manatee County from Atlanta in the late 1980s. She was a bookkeeper at a car dealership in Michigan for many years. She was Baptist, and a member of the Women's Club of San Remo Shores.
Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband, Eugene B.; a daughter, Suzanne Bender of Dunwoody, Ga.; a sister, Ina Ruth Spades of Arkansas; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
