Born in Duluth, Minn., Mr. Hankins came to Manatee County from Clintonville, Wis., in 1994. He attended Trinity Lutheran Church. He was a member of the Lions Club, and the Rotary Club, and he was a Sea Scout leader with the Boy Scouts, all in Clintonville.
Survivors include his wife, Susan; two daughters, Katy Helstern of Race Lake, Wis., and Mary, of LaVerne, Calif.; two sons, Michael, of Clintonville, and Paul, of Plymouth, Wis.; his stepmother, Jewel, of Duluth; six sisters, Margaret, of Ely, Minn., Jane Haglund of Minneapolis, Shirley Hoggatt of Los Angeles, Elizabeth, of Duluth, Lois Anderson of White Bear Lake, Minn., and Kate, of Key West; a brother, Wallace Jr., of Severna Park, Md.; and nine grandchildren.

Born in Fort Wayne, Ind., Mr. Lambert came to Manatee County from there in 1980. He was Methodist.
Survivors include his wife, Bitsy; a daughter, Kate M., of Bradenton; two sons, Charles V. Jr., of Fort Wayne, and Eric P., of Bradenton; his mother, Joann, of Sarasota; two sisters, Vickie Michaels of Alabama and Cindy Kehoe of Winter Haven; a brother, Paul, of North Carolina; his paternal grandmother, Gertrude, of Bradenton; and two grandchildren.

Christine Ann Marble, 44, of Palmetto, died Nov. 8, 2001, in Palmetto.

Born in Quincy, Ill., Mrs. Marble came to Manatee County from there in 1977. She was a licensed practical nurse. She attended First United Methodist Church of Palmetto.
Survivors include her husband, James B.; a daughter, Annetta, of Sarasota; a son, Nathan, of Savannah, Ga.; her mother, Rita Mae Fritzmeier of Ellenton; a sister, Cathy J. Gaccioni of West Fork, Ark.; and a brother, William T. Fritzmeier of Sarasota.

Chan L. Riegle, 72, of Parrish, died Nov. 11, 2001, in Manatee Memorial Hospital.

Service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Saint Francis Cabrini Catholic Church, 12001 69th St. E., Parrish, with the Rev. Janusz Jancarz officiating. Born in Three Rivers, Mich., Mr. Riegle came to Manatee County from Lansing, Mich., in 1992. He was a retired state trooper from the Michigan State Police Department after 26 years of service and sergeant-at-arms with the Michigan State House of Representatives. He attended Saint Francis Cabrini Catholic Church. He was a member of the Michigan State Trooper Association, and Elks Lodge No. 2449 of Palmetto. He was acting grove caretaker of Falkner Farms in Myakka City.
Survivors include his wife, Mary "Beth"; two daughters, Chana Sue Martin and Ronda Lou Sears, both of Paw Paw, Mich.; three stepdaughters, Linda Wright of Bradenton, and Kathy Cerven and Lecia Falkner, both of Decatur, Mich.; a son, Rick, of Paw Paw; three stepsons, John Falkner III of Myakka City, Chris Falkner of Parrish, and Tom Falkner of Bradenton; 23 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

Born in Medina, N.Y., Mrs. Wells came to Manatee County from Akron, Ohio, in 1964. She was a licensed practical nurse. She attended First United Methodist Church. She was a member and past president of the Bradenton Garden Club and the LPN Association.
Survivors include four daughters, Patricia Szwakop of Tucson, Ariz., Nancy K. Boehm of Miami Lakes, Linda S. Johnson of Ellenton, and Cheryl A. White of Heath, Ohio; three sons, Donald, of Louisville, Ky., Robert, of Fairfax, Va., and Gary Johnson of Bradenton; 12 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.

William E. "Bill" Frick, 82, of Lapel, Ind., formerly of Bradenton, died Nov. 11, 2001, in the Extended Care Unit of Community Hospital in Anderson, Ind.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Scott E. Hersberger Funeral Home, 1010 N. Main St. in Lapel.
