Clementina J. Collura, 86, of Bradenton, died Dec. 1, 2002, in Casa Mora in Bradenton.
Graveside service will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Rotunda at Manasota Memorial Park, 1221 53rd Ave. E., with the Rev. Al Hribsek officiating. Griffith-Cline Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Born in New York City, Mrs. Collura came to Manatee County from Bronx, N.Y., in 1968. She was a seamstress in the garment industry in New York City. She was a member of St. Bernard's Catholic Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Matilda Dama and Carol Weissman, both of Bradenton; a sister, Julia DiRocco of Bradenton; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Ryuichi "Sam" Sato, Holmes Beach
Ryuichi "Sam" Sato, 52, of Holmes Beach, died Nov. 30, 2002, at home.
Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bernard's Catholic Church, 248 S. Harbor Drive, Holmes Beach, with the Rev. Bernard Evanofski officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Cancer Association, 1234 Sherman Ave., Suite 203, Evanston, Ill. 60202-1375.
Born in Ibaragi, Japan, Mr. Sato came to Manatee County from Japan in 1980. He was an auto mechanic. He attended St. Bernard's Catholic Church. He was a member of the Pigeon Club. He also was active with Anna Maria Community Center.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara; five sons, Jason, of Gainesville, and Michael, Benjamin, Joshua and Nicholas, all of Holmes Beach; two sisters, Yoko, of Tokyo, and Chizuko Onubu of Tokyo; and his mother, Fuchino, of Tokyo.
Gasper Amoruso, Sarasota
Gasper Amoruso, 85, of Sarasota, died Nov. 27, 2002, in Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

Born in Newport, R.I., Mr. Amoruso came to Manatee County from San Diego, Calif., in 1994. He was a carpenter. He was Catholic. He served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
Survivors include his wife, Gilda; and a sister, Jennie, of Newport.
Michael Dennis, Carico II, Bradenton
Michael Dennis Carico II, 39, of Bradenton, died Nov. 27, 2002, in Bayfront Medical Center.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Dec. 15 at Griffith-Cline Furneral Home Manasota Chapel, 1221 53rd Ave. E., with the Rev. Sammy Gillis officiating.
Born in Dayton, Ohio, Mr. Carico came to Manatee County from Varona, Ohio, in 1973. He was a supervisor at Pierce Manufacturing Co., and formerly a fireman with the Samoset Fire Department from 1983 to 1986.
Survivors include his wife, Angie; two daughters, Michelle and Heather, of Bradenton; a son, Michael, of Bradenton; two sisters, Pamela Apple of Bradenton, and Shannon Worley of Shawnee, Kan.; a brother, Timothy, of Bradenton; and his parents, Michael and Carol, of Bradenton.
Benjamin T. Fisher, Bradenton
Benjamin T. Fisher, 66, of Bradenton, died Nov. 27, 2002, at James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa.
Service will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, with full military honors by the USMC Honors and Ceremony Team. Veterans Cremation and Burial Society, Clearwater, is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Columbus, Ohio, Mr. Fisher came to Manatee County in 1960. He was a television repair man and a member of the auxiliary police in Bradenton. He was Baptist. He served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Eagles, and the Disabled American Veterans of Bradenton. He played the guitar and banjo in the local "Mountain Fever Band."
Survivors include his daughter, Melissa Monge of Tampa.
Nancy Jean Gambacorta, Bradenton
Nancy Jean Gambacorta, 74, of Bradenton, died Nov. 28, 2002, in Blake Medical Center.

Born in Camden, N.J., Mrs. Gambacorta came to Manatee County from Leasure Town, N. J., in 1988. She retired as the owner and operator of Rocky and His Friends Doll Shop in Medford, N.J. She was a member of Saints Peter and Paul The Apostles Catholic Church. She was a member of the Mount Vernon Garden Club.
Survivors include her husband, Rocco J.; a daughter, Roxanne J. Lewis of Delran, N.J.; a son, Bari J., of Mount Laurel, N.J.; a brother, Wayne R. Ferren of Leasure Town; and four grandchildren.
Ted William Juergens, Cortez, Colo.
Ted William Juergens, 38, of Cortez, Colo., and formerly of Bradenton, died Nov. 27, 2002, at home.
Services will be at a later date. Ertel Funeral Home, Cortez, Colo., is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Juergens was born in Bradenton. He was a tree pruner.
Survivors include two sisters, Alice Margaret Johnson of Clinton, Tenn., and Charlene Gross of Sarasota; a brother, Gary Polk of Bayfield, Colo.; and his parents, Arthur William and Shirley Ann (Barrett) Foutch.

George F. Lehn, 73, of Bradenton, died Nov. 26, 2002.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Moloney Funeral Home, Inc.,130 Carleton Ave., Central Islip, N.Y. Mass will be 9:45 a.m. Tuesday at Saint John of God Roman Catholic Church, Central Islip. Burial will be in Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, N.Y.
Mr. Lehn lived in Bradenton, and was formerly from Central Islip.
Survivors include five daughters, Rosemary Kunz, Anne Reiss, Margaret Koos, Kathleen and Therese; six sons, George, Peter, Joseph, William, Mathew and Michael; three sisters, Lillian Carmen, Dorothy and Marguerite; and 19 grandchildren.

Mary F. Sheets, 69, of Convoy, Ohio, and formerly of Bradenton, died Nov. 28, 2002, in Lima Manor, Ohio.
Visitation will be noon-6 p.m. Sunday at Haggard and Sefton Funeral Home, 225 W. Adams St., Decatur, Ind., and 10-11 a.m. Monday at Saint Paul's United Church in Christ, Van Wert, Ohio. Service will be 11 a.m. Monday at the church, with the Rev. Jerry Flueckiger officiating. An Eastern Star service will be 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Born in Champaign County, Ohio, Mrs. Sheets lived in Manatee County before moving to Convoy. She retired as a choral director after more than 32 years at Crestview High School, Convoy. She was also the church choir director at St. Paul's United Church in Christ for more than 30 years. She attended the Oneco United Methodist Church, Bradenton. She was president of Women's Fellowship; a member and past Worthy Matron and Grand Deputy of the Order of Eastern Star No. 68 in Ohio. She was an assistant director of Sweet Adelines in Fort Wayne, Ind., a member of the Convoy Garden Club and Wren Ohio Historical Society and music director of Harmony Notes in Bradenton.
Survivors include a daughter, Marilyn Frueh of Lima, Ohio; a son, D'Wight E., of Willshire, Ohio; and six grandchildren.
Roland F. Valley, Bradenton
Roland F. Valley, 79, of Bradenton, died Nov. 25, 2002.

Born in Ogdensburg, N.Y., Mr. Valley came to Manatee County from San Jose, Calif., in 1997. He was recongnized as Volunteer of the Decade in 1997 by Milpitas Food Pantry of San Jose for his many years of dedicated service. He served in the U.S. Army, in the 574th Anti-Aircraft Artillery Automatic Weapons Battalion. He was a prisonor of war.
Survivors include a son, Stephen, of Wilmington, N.Y., two foster sons, Lyle Baxter of Oswego, N.Y., and Gary Dumas of Sarasota; a sister, Gabrielle, of Ogdensburg; a brother, Leo, of Tampa; and six grandchildren.

Henry W. Bailey, 87, of Holmes Beach, died Nov. 25, 2002, in Alterra Clare Bridge of Bradenton.

Born in Hyde Park, Mass., Mr. Bailey came to Manatee County from Appleton, Wis., in 1983. He retired from Fox Valley Corp. in 1980 as president and CEO in Appleton. He served on the boards of the Fox Valley Corp., the First National Bank of Appleton, and Microseal Corp. in Zion, Ill. He also served on the board of the American Paper Institute and as president of the Tissue Group. After his retirement, he served as president of the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and continued as a volunteer with the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce. He was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ, Appleton. He served as a master sergeant in the U.S. Army during World War II. He also served in the Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Donna R.; two daughters, Lesley, of Tucson, and Candis B. Hickey of Wilmette, Ill.; a sister, Ruth Hayward of Portland, Ore.; a brother, Howland, of Santa Monica, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
Edwana Mae Crane, Bradenton
Edwana Mae Crane, 79, of Bradenton, died Nov. 26, 2002, at Sunbridge Care and Rehabilitation, Bradenton.

Born in Hammond, Ind., Mrs. Crane came to Manatee County in 1967 from Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was a retired Salvation Army officer.
Survivors include her husband, Richard E.; two sons, Douglas, of Joplin, Mo., and Mark D., of Mans Harbor, N.C.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
