Elizabeth Louise Taylor, 79, of Knoxville, Tenn., formerly of Bradenton, died June 19, 2001, in Fort Sanders Parkwest Medical Hospital in Knoxville.
Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Brown and Sons Funeral Home, 604 43rd St. W. Service will be 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with Joseph A. Joseph officiating. Burial will be in Ellenton. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Southwest Florida, 5955 Rand Blvd., Sarasota, Fla. 34238.
Born in Lockport, N.Y., Mrs. Taylor came to Manatee County from Buffalo, N.Y., in 1969. She was a former bank teller. She was Baptist. She was a volunteer for the Veterans Administration and for Persona Care; and a member of the Florida West Post No. 2, 29th Division Association Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include two daughters, Beverly J. Ritter of Knoxville, and Susan L. Adams of Hendersonville, N.C.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Richard R. Whitmore

Richard R. Whitmore, 93, of Bradenton, died June 22, 2001, at Freedom Village.
A private memorial service is planned.
Born in Steubenville, Ohio, Mr. Whitmore came to Manatee County from Gordonsville, Va., in 1971. He taught aviation at Roanoke College and was a designated maintenance inspector. He was a past president of the Orange County, Va., Rotary Club, a past commodore of the Bayshore Garden Yacht Club and a Boy Scout Leader. He was Methodist.
Survivors include his wife, Eleanor; a daughter, Laura W. Jacobs of Bradenton; two sons, Richard, of Stafford, Va., and Thomas, of Bradenton; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Leslie E. Edmonds

Leslie "Les" E. Edmonds, 90, of Bradenton died June 20, 2001, at Manatee Memorial Hospital.

Born in Alpena, Minn., Mr. Edmonds came to Manatee County from Ohio in 1981. He was a retired supervisor for the National Gypsum Co. He was a member of the Odd Fellows and a past member of BPOE Lodge 1511 in Bradenton. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Jean; a daughter, Betty Holt of Texas; two sons, Earl, of Bradenton, and James, of Ohio; two sisters, Dorothy Lacross and Marjorie Schupert, both of Michigan; 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Trumbull King, 94, of Bradenton, died June 22, 2001, at Blake Medical Center.

Mr. King was born in Rocky Hill, Conn. He moved to Manatee County from Stamford, Conn., in April 1973. A general accountant in private industry, Mr. King belonged to the F&AM Masonic Lodge 99 in Bradenton. He was Presbyterian.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma Christine; two sons, Jeffrey, of Bethel, Conn., and Trumbull Jr.; two stepsons, Charles Redfield of Monroe, Conn., and Robert Redfield of Stamford, Conn.; 10 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Gloria A. Glass

Gloria A. Glass, 59, of Palmetto, died June 21, 2001, at Mariner Health of Palmetto.

Born in Athens, Ga., Mrs. Glass came to Manatee County from Janesville, Wis., in 1991. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her husband, John; a daughter, Ann, of Dallas; two sons, Joseph, of Blackstone, Va., and Kirk, of Albuquerque, N.M.; and three grandchildren.

Born in New York City, Mrs. Ettell moved to Manatee County from Maywood, N.J. in 1985. She was a homemaker. She was Presbyterian.
Survivors include six daughters, Helen Holmes of Bradenton, Shirley Felter of Coronado, Calif., Edna Minutolo of Perkasie, Pa., Glendy Knapp of Wallkill, N.Y., Patricia Mason of Niceville, Penny Kniffen of Charlotte, N.C.; a, son, Edward, of Wallhill, N.Y.; 29 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

Ralph Wise, 99, of Bradenton, died June 21, 2001, at Greenbriar Nursing Center.

Born in Columbia, S.C., Mr. Wise came to Manatee County from Milwaukee in 1986. Mr. Wise worked for Iron Workers Local No. 8 in Milwaukee for more than 40 years.
Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Pamela Stubinger of Sycamore, Ill.; a son, Donald Wise of Collinsville, Ill.; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Arnold V. Mundy

Arnold V. Mundy, 84, of Palmetto, died June 22, 2001, at home.

Born in Syracuse, N.Y., Mr. Mundy came to Manatee County from Rochester, N.Y., in 1976. An aircraft mechanic, Mr. Mundy was a member of the Masonic Lodge and Shriners.
Survivors include a daughter, Jacqueline Stephens of Palmetto; a son, Philip, of Bellevue, Ohio; a brother, Edward, of Idaho; three grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.

Dorothy J. Brumwell, 83, of Bradenton died June 18, 2001, at Freedom Village.
A service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1106 63rd Ave. E. Toale Brothers is in charge of the arrangements.
Born in Memphis, Tenn., Mrs. Brumwell moved to Manatee County from Sarasota one year ago. She was a pastry chef. She was Jehovah's Witness.
Survivors include two daughters; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Schulte and Harry Schulte of El Paso, Dr. John Schulte of Salem, Ore., George Schulte of Las Vegas; and eight grandchildren.
