Robert G. "Bob" DiMuzio Sr.
DIMUZIO, Robert G, "Bob" Sr., 78, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2007, peacefully with his beloved wife, Margaret "Peggy," at his side. Bob was associated with Maas Brothers for 38 years. He was an avid golfer and many times club champion of Saddlebrook Country Club. He is also survived by his son, Bob Jr. his wife, Jean, Punta Gorda, Fla.; daughters, Christine, her husband, Mike, Raynor, Tallahassee, Fla., Phyllis and her husband, Mac, Carraway, Bradenton, Fla. He was a loving grandfather to Evie, Carrie, Melanie, David and Michael; great-grandfather to Sophie and Scout. Bob was a caring brother to Ann Dellamarine, Cape May, N.J. He was a devoted uncle and great-uncle to many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 9-10 a.m. Friday, May 4, 2007, at the Abbey of St. Leo, with a service to follow at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 37445 Clinton Ave., Dade City, FL 33525
Lester Chenoweth
CHENOWETH, Lester, 99, was born April 15,1908. He went to be with our Lord April 27, 2007, in Dade City. A brother, George (Rosellen) Chenoweth, Lynn, Ind.; children, Carol (John) Saltsman, Carrollton, Ohio, Roger (Joan) Chenoweth, Woodland Park, Colo., and Sue Chenoweth, Longmont, Colo., survive him. His wife, Ella Ruth, three sisters, one brother and one grandson preceded him in death. Lester worked for IBM for 40 years. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Zephyrhills, Fla. Memorials can be sent to Gulfside Regional Hospice, 37826 Skyridge Circle, Dade City, FL 33525.
Ray Armstrong
ARMSTRONG, Ray "Burt," 82, of Lakeland, Fla., and formerly of Zephyrhills, Fla., and Ortonville, Mich., went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 2, 2007. He was a World War II veteran. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving wife, Lottie Armstrong; two sons, Dennis (Sue) Armstrong and David Armstrong; four grand-children, Kimberly, Nichole, Tarra and Amy; his brothers, Dave and Don Armstrong; his sister, Eunice (John) Patton; and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves his second family, Jimmy (Nizka) Novak, Zephyrhills, and Linda (Henry) Mizga, Tevares. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Bea Beckman Armstrong, and a brother, Bob Armstrong. He retired from Autotransit after 30 years of service. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Ortonville, Mich. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. Friday at Sherman Wilks Funeral Home, Ortonville, Mich.
Helen Allen
ALLEN, Helen M., 91, Zephyrhills, Fla., passed away Friday, April 27, 2007. She was born October 29, 1915, in Pittsburgh, Pa., the daughter of Michael and Anna Kalisek Laslavic. She retired from Household Finance as office manager after more than 35 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Allen. She is survived by her son, Ronald (Vicki) W. Allen, Titusville, Fla.; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and a great-great granddaughter. Memorial services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 5, 2007, at St. Elizabeth Episcopal Church, 5855 16th St., Zephyrhills. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzhiemers Foundation, Florida Gulf Coast Chapter, 4108 Lamson Ave., Spring Hill, FL 34608 or St. Elizabeth Discretionary Fund.
Mae Emily Taylor
TAYLOR, Mae Emily, 86, Zephyrhills, passed away April 29, 2007. She was born March 25, 1921 in Avella, PA. She loved crafts, including knitting and sewing. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the Tourist Club and Sr. Club of Zephyrhills. She is survived by nieces, Christine Grady, Zephyrhills, Kathy O’ Higgins, New Concord, KY., Sharon Shannon and Pat Wilson both of PA. She is preceded by her husband George. Visitation will be held Sunday, May 6, 2007 at 1:30 PM at Hodges Family Funeral Home on Hwy 54 with a Service to follow at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Oakside Cemetery
Joe Lee Aughtman
Aughtman, Joe Lee, 89 of Dade Cit, FL, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2007 at his home. He was born and raised in Opp, AL. He moved to Dade City in the early 1950’s and worked and retired as a carpenter. He was predeceased by his daughter, Audria Stanley. Left to cherish his memories are Annie, his wife of
70 years, daughter, Dorothy, Dade City, son, David, Mableton, GA, 8 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He will be dearly missed, but time will never erase all the memories in our hearts that will make us smile. The family would like to express their Appreciation to Joe’s family physician Dr. Parag Pitroda for his care, kindness, and loyalty he gave at any given moment. We would also to thank Pasco-Hernando Hospice and to all the friends/ family for the food and support. Visitation and graveside memorial service will be at Hodges Family Funeral Home in Dade City, Florida on Wednesday, May 2, 2007 at 10:00 a.m.
Mark Randall III
RANDALL, Mark III, 68 of Poulsbo, WA passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at his home in Poulsbo, WA. He was born October 11, 1938 in Chicago, IL, son to the late Mark and Louise (Johnston) Randall. He married Carol Zeigler on August 19, 1963. She preceded him in death on May 27, 2004. Mark graduated from Defiance College in 1962 and remained an active alumni member throughout his life. He retired from Citicorp in 2003 and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren in retirement. He will be forever remembered by his family and friends as a life long "Die Hard" Cubs Fan. He is survived by his only daughter Ann (Randall) Rhoads, his son-in-law, Jason, and his grandchildren Ellen and Garrett of Poulsbo, WA. He is also survived by his brother Bruce Randall of Chicago, IL. Memorial services will be held at 11am, Monday, May 7, 2007 at Hodge's Family Funeral Home 11441 US Hwy 301, Dade City, Fl. Memorial donation can be made to the American Cancer Society
