Robert "Little Robert" Britton, III
Britton III, Robert Orillion, “Little Robert”, born July 23, 1999 went to be with Jesus on March 14, 2007. Robert loved Jesus and accepted him as his Lord and Savior at the age of 6. He was baptized July 16, 2006 and he was so excited that day. He was such a happy little boy, always smiling, laughing and brightening our day. He had a very kind and sweet heart, and a day didn’t go by that he didn’t hug his Daddy, Mommy, and sisters, and tell them that he loved them. He loved playing with his sisters and always wanted to sleep in their room. He was a good singer and dancer and loved to entertain the family. He loved all the things that little boys love: playing baseball, basketball, football, playing with his toys, monster trucks, hanging out with his buddies and his daddy; but most of all he loved riding and racing his dirt bike and participating in beginners motocross. His daddy was his hero, but little Robert was our hero. He taught us so much. We are so very thankful for the 7 years we had with this wonderful little boy. He was a light and will continue to be one for his family and all the lives he touched. Our family is so grateful for the outpouring of love, support and prayers of our friends, church, and community. He is survived by his loving mother and father: Robert & Theresa Britton; 4 sisters: Heather, Samantha, Kaylee, and Gracie; his grandparents: Betty & Dennis Buchanan; and his aunt: Joy Britton. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather and grandmother: Robert Britton Sr. & Dorothy Britton; and his maternal great grandparents: George & Angelina Walker. Funeral services will be held 2pm Sunday, March 18, 2007 at the First Baptist Church in Dade City.
