He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Janice Edwards; his daughter, Natalie (Daniel Beringhele) Edwards of Chicago; his father and stepmother, Harold and Sue Edwards, Franklin, NC; his siblings, Theresa (Michael) Millsap, and William Edwards, both of Tampa; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Edwards. Graveside services will be 2 pm Thursday, April 3 at Myrtle Hill Cemetery, Tampa
Kathryn Clela Foxworth
Foxworth, Clela Kathryn, 86, a lifelong Dade City resident, past away Sunday, March 30, 2008 in Zephyrhills. She was born February 9, 1922 in Dade City to William Ben & Clela Agner Stone. She worked as a teacher at the First Baptist Church school program and a Certified Nursing Assistant at Royal Oaks Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband: William Arthur Foxworth, and her son: William Arthur Foxworth II. She is survived by 2 daughters: Margie Jane & Luther Goodwin, Dade City, Betty C. & Johnny Bryan, Tampa; 5 grandchildren: L. Wayne Goodwin II, Lakeland, Randall Lee Goodwin, Dade City, Richard & Connie Moore Jr., Tallahassee, Michael Moore, Tampa, Christopher Foxworth, Homosassa, Christy & Chris Heaverin, Tampa; 9 great grandchildren: Ashlie Goodwin, Jennifer & Matt Rosario, Jordan Chambers, Rose Barber, Jessica Barber, Allen Barber, Jim & Alicia Winters, Jeff Winters, Abigail Heaverin; and 1 great great granddaughter: Jordan Marie Rosario. Funeral services will be held 11am Wednesday, April 2, 2008 at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Floral Memory Gardens. Friends may call from 6-8pm Tuesday evening at the funeral home. Flowers will be gratefully accepted or those that wish may make donations in her memory to Hernando-Pasco Hospice.

Hancock, Esther D., 87, Dade City, passed away Friday, March 28, 2008. She was born August 1, 1920 in Tampa, FL to Daniel and Janie Wiggins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard J. Hancock. She is survived by her son, Barry (Sandy) Hancock, Tampa; two grandchildren, Kelly and Kevin Hancock. Graveside services will be 9 am Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at Townsend House Cemetery, Dade City.
Thomasina “Tommie” Kleppinger
Kleppinger, Thomasina “Tommie” G., 73, Zephyrhills, passed away March 28, 2008 of lung cancer. She was born June 29, 1934 to Samuel Magro & Katherine O’Brien Magro in Philadelphia, PA the 3rd of 10 children. On January 28, 1950 she married John L. Kleppinger & raised 8 children. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Frank & sister Dolores. She is survived by her husband, 4 sons, John (Ray Leiker) Kleppinger, Jr. Palm Springs, CA, Tom (Lorrie) Kleppinger, Doylestown, PA, Jim (Barbara) Kleppinger, Lancaster, PA, Dan Kleppinger, Philadelphia, 4 daughters, Diane (John) Surra, Deming, NM, Janice Blewitt, Pinehill, NJ, Joyce (Billy) Filing, Burlington, NJ & Bev (Tim) Hutchins, Philadelphia. She is also survived by her brothers, Sam (Patte) Magro, NJ, Bucky (June) Magro, PA & FL and Charlie (Patsy) Magro, NC; sisters, Kate Signore, FL, Barbara Yorgan, FL, Patricia Jacker, PA and Bev (Joe) McCormick, PA and 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren & many nieces & nephews, also 2 angels, Valerie Nagy and Susie Hicks. Thomasina was a loving wife, mother, grandmother & great-grandmother as well as a dear sister & friend to many. She devoted herself to caring for her husband & all others she loved. Her passion in life was children; both her own & any that had the pleasure of meeting her. She was happiest when holding a baby & how her eyes would sparkle when playing with them. She retired to Zephyrhills with John where they redid their wedding vows twice in the last few years. She was a devout Roman Catholic who cherished her faith & was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers or gifts, please send donations to Hernando Pasco Hospice, 37445 Clinton Ave., Dade City, Florida in her name. Visitation will be held Monday, March 31, 2008 from 10:00 – 11:00 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 54 Chapel with a service to follow at 11:00.

Miklas, Bonnie L., 44, Zephyrhills, passed away Monday, March 24, 2008 at her home under the care of Hernando Pasco Hospice. She was born October 18, 1963 in Utica, NY. She was an electrician and member of IBEW Local #915. She is survived by her husband, Allen Miklas; her children: Jennifer Solano and husband Arron, Seffner and Daniel Stone, Zephyrhills; her parents, Yvonne and Clifford Swanson, Zephyrhills; her siblings, Carol Bascom, Southwick, MA, Donald Cook, Santa Fe, TN, Robert Cook, Santa Fe, TN’ grandchildren: Connor and Cadance Levesque; many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held from 5 to 6 pm Thursday, March 27, 2008 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, Zephyrhills with a service to follow at 6 pm.

Bretch, Roger J., 82, of ridge Manor, passed away on March 24, 2008 at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills. A native of New York, he moved to this area in 1987 after his retirement from the Sylvania Company. He was a member of the VFW, the American Legion, the RSES in Syracuse and was Methodist by faith. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Joan; a son, James Bretch of Syracuse; 3 stepchildren, Carol Ferrell of Liverpool, NY, John Zello of Syracuse and Theresa Kowalczuk of Mattydale, NY; a brother, Lester Bretch of Waterville, NY ; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at Graveside at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Florida National Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Charles Cook; her children: Glenn (Loretta) Cook, Lacoochee, Melvin (Christy) Cook, Dade City, Percilla (David) Whiddon, Dade City, Carlena Wright, Dade City and Katrena Cook, Timmonsville, SC; 11 grandchildren: her siblings, Ray (Darlene) Reynolds, Effingham, SC, Roberta Reynolds, Effingham, SC and Harrell Reynolds, Timmonsville, SC; many other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 1-2 pm Thursday, at the 301 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home, Dade City. Service will follow at 2 pm with Rev. Randall Belcher officiating.

Semian, Paul A., 65, Grand Horizons, Zephyrhills, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2008. He was born Dec. 21, 1942 in Bridgeport, CT to Andrew and Jule Semian. He retired from Northwest Airlines after 37 years. He served in the US Air Force during Viet Nam conflict. He loved to travel, huge NASCAR fan and working on his computer. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Rosemary Semian; his brother, Michael (Gail) Semian, Syracuse, NY; his sister, Marion Krawczyszyn, Cleveland, OH; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be 10-11 am Friday at the 54 Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home, Zephyrhills. Service will follow at 11 am.
