Kenneth Diemeyer, 63, of Ridge Manor, died Wednesday, August 28, 2002 at Pasco Regional Medical Center. The family has elected to have no local services.
Rebecca Senn
SENN, Rebecca "Nonnie Becky", 75, of Tampa, died August 27, 2002 at Brandon Regional Hospital. A loving mother, grandmother and friend, she moved here in 1968 from Berkeley, California. She was a homemaker and a member of Bell Shoals Baptist Church.
Survivors include three daughters, Cindy O'Neal of California, Kathy Jones of Riverview and Karen Penton of Tampa; three sons, David Perez of California, Robert Senn of Tampa and Ron (Carrie) Crocker of California; Sons-in-Law, James O'Neal, Mike Jones and Manuel Penton; and eight grandchildren, Karla, Brad, Staci, Richard, Daniel, Manny (Trey), Corey and Morgan.
A Memorial Service will be held in her native California at a later date. The family wishes to thank all those who held them in their prayers.
Amelia M. Peyton
Peyton, Amelia M.,89, of Dade City, FL, passed away Sunday, August 25, 2002 at the Royal Oaks Hospice Care Center in Dade City. he was born August 12, 1913 in McKees Rocks, PA. She is survived by her husband: Thomas James Peyton, Dade City, FL; 2 sisters: Caroline Tessaro, Trenton, FL, Beatrice Phillips, Pittsburgh, PA; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held in Pittsburgh, PA, with Hodges Family Funeral Home handling local arrangements.
DJ Roberts
Roberts , DJ, 13, of Lacoochee, FL, passed away Wednesday, August 21, 2002 in Lacoochee.
He is survived by his parents: Donald & Terry Roberts; 1 brother: Daniel E. Roberts; 2 sisters: Tasina J. Roberts and Tabitha Garcia; 2 grandmothers: Evelena Roberts and Beatrice Goodwin; aunts & uncles: Danny & Janice Roberts, Richard & Linda Griffis Richard & Barbara McClure, Johanna & Cash Fugate, Chester Goodwin, Winston & Melinda Boyd, Hank Goodwin, Scott & Tina Hill; numerous great aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Funeral services were held 11am Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2002 at the Oak Ridge Missionary Baptist Church in Lacoochee. Friends called from 5-8pm Monday at Hodges Family Funeral Home.
Joel Mark Joffrion
Joel Mark Joffrion, 55, of Zephyrhills, died Sunday, August 18th, 2002 as a result of an automobile accident. A native of Houston, Texas, he moved to Zephyrhills in 1999 from Tampa. He was the Chief Flight Instructor for Jones Flying Service at the Sarasota/Bradenton Airport.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph Joffrion and his wife, Brenda of Wrightstown, WI and Jacque Joffrion and his wife, Brittany of Clovis, NM; his best friend, Theresa Ransbottom of Zephyrhills; two brothers, Renee Joffrion of San Diego and Gregg Joffrion of Germany; four sisters, Ruth Bosner of Loveland, CO, Carol Herbain of Roswell, NM, Marla Phillips and Yvonne Ormond, both of Hampton, VA; and two grandchildren, McKenzie Joffrion of Wrightstown and Julia Joffrion of Clovis.
A Memorial Service was held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 24th, 2002 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in San Antonio with Deacon R. Barry Wallace officiating.
Seth Sparkman
SPARKMAN, Seth, 84, of Dade City, died Monday, August 19, 2002 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center in Dade City. He moved here in 1926 from his native McShan, Alabama. He was retired from Evans Packing Company and had worked for Lykes-Pasco for 32 years previously. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Dade City, the Dade City Masonic Lodge #48 and the Shriner's.
Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Sadie; two daughters, Linda Stanley and her husband, Ronald of Wesley Chapel and Diane Sparkman of Wesley Chapel; four sisters, Frances Sparkman, Glenna Sparkman, Dorothy Reethof and Mary Elizabeth Fallin and her husband, Sam, all of Dade City; two nieces, Mary Epperson of Lutz and Lea Thomas of San Antonio; and a nephew, Evans Fallin of Fernandina Beach, FL.
The family received friends on Thursday, August 22, 2002 from 6-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside funeral services were held at Dade City Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 23, 2002 with Reverend Rainey Council officiating.

Arvie E. Stevens
STEVENS, Arvie E. 82, of Dade City, died Friday, April 11th, 2003 at Pasco Regional Medical Center. A winter visitor since 1989, he made Dade City his permanent home three years ago, coming from his native Rudyard, Michigan. A Merchant Marine during WWII serving in the European Theatre, he was a retired accountant for the Rudyard Area Schools. He was a member of both the Moose Lodge and the American Legion.
Survivors include his wife, Faye Stevens of Dade City; two sons, Brian Stevens of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Arvie Stevens, Jr. of Rudyard; two stepchildren, Louis Pesenski of Dade City and Susan Baker of Kinross, Michigan; two sisters, Sylvia Wiggins of St. Ignace, Michigan and Ellen Raskay of Manistee, Michigan; three grandchildren, Robert Baker, Jaime Quinn and Michael Baker, all of Kinross; and three great grandchildren, Trevor Quinn, Justin Quinn and Brooke Baker, all of Kinross.
George W. Arthur
ARTHUR, George W., 83, of Ridge Manor, FL, passed away April 9, 2003 at his home in Ridge Manor. He was born July 3, 1919 in Harco, IL, and was retired from General Motors in the Maintenance Division.
He is survived by his wife: Judy Arthur, Ridge Manor, FL; 2 sons: David Arthur, Philadelphia, PA, Daniel Arthur, Ridge Manor, FL; 1 sister: Wanda Saalfrank, Ft. Wayne, IN.
Graveside services will be held 1pm Saturday, April 12, 2003 at Williams Cemetery. Friends may call Friday, April 11, 2003 from 6-8pm at Hodges Family Funeral Home.

WONS, Lillian C., 84, of Springfield, IL, passed away Friday, April 4, 2003 in Tampa, FL. She is survived by 1 daughter & son-in-law: Janet & Harold Stogsdill, Boulder, CO; 1 son & daughter-in-law: Charles E. & Lutrelle Roberts, Springfield, IL; 2 brothers & sister-in-law: Clay & Ruth Spann, Springfield, IL, Herbert Spann, Toledo, OH; 2 sisters-in-law: Ethel Spann & Mary Spann, both of Springfield, IL; 6 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
She was born October 31, 1918 in Springfield, IL, to Marion & Cora Withers Spann, and was a retired Bookkeeper for the Illinois Government.
Robert W. Noble
NOBLE, Robert W., 48, of Zephyrhills, died Saturday, April 5th, 2003 at EastClick To Download Pasco Medical Center. A native of Iowa, he was raised and attended school in Michigan. He moved to this area in 2001 from Greencastle, PA, and was a truck driver for Claywell Trucking. He was a member of Gateway Ministries in Williamsport, Maryland and attended Victorious Life Church in Wesley Chapel. He was active in the choir at Victorious Life and his love of the Lord sent him on missions in San Salvador, India and Cuba.
Survivors include his wife, Anita; a daughter, Wendy Noble of Tarpon Springs; a son, Robert Roach of Port Richey; two step daughters, Jennifer Fisler of Waynesboro, PA and Annette Burleson of Zephyrhills; his mother and stepfather, Kathryn and Lester Robbins of Big Rapids, Michigan; two brothers, James and David Noble, both of Big Rapids; and four step grandchildren. He was predeceased by a brother, Edward and by his grandson, Shaun McCleaf.
The family received friends at the funeral home from 6-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8th, 2003. Funeral services were held in the chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 9th, 2003 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Ed Russo officiating. Burial followed at Oakside Cemetery in Zephyrhills.
