David Hiscock
HISCOCK, David, of Zephyrhills, died Sunday, July 25, 2004 at Zephyhr Haven Nursing Home. Survivors include his wife, Lola; two sons, Todd Hiscock and Chad Hiscock, both of Zephyrhills; his mother, Lillian Nelson of Leesburg; two brothers, Daniel Hiscock of Zephyrhills and Eugene McGregor of Michigan; and four grandchildren.

Gladys Barnard
BARNARD, Gladys, 87, of Dade City, died Saturday, July 24, 2004 at home. She moved to this area in 1976 from her native New Jersey and was a homemaker.
Survivors include a son, Guy Barnard of Dade City; a daughter, Hope Barnard of Dade City; two siblings, Cliff Scheifele and Honey Williams, both of New Jersey; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Arthur R. Randall
RANDALL, Arthur R., 61, of Zephyrhills, died Saturday, July 24, 2004 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center in Dade City. He was born on July 24, 1943. He was the son of Richard Randall and Doris J. Waye and stepson of Ralph C. Waye. Arthur grew up in Skowhegan Maine, graduating for Bloomfield Academy in 1962. He was in the U.S. Navy, stationed in San Diego, California where he met and married his wife Gloria Downing. He returned to Maine and later moved to East Hartford, CT. where he worked for many years at Pratt & Whitney Aircraft both in East Hartford and Middletown. After his retirement from Pratt & Whitney, Arthur traveled to California and then to Florida. One of his most favorite working memories was of the time he spent in Belgium and the opportunity to travel in Europe.
People who knew and loved Arthur often knew him by different names, to his family he was Buddy, to his co-workers he was Art, to his immediate family he was Randy, and to his nieces he was the Budmyster. Whatever name he was called he was special and loved by many.
He is survived by his children, John R. Randall and Linda Stubbs, of Westerly, Rhode Island, a granddaughter, Kristy Stubbs, the light of his life. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters Norman and Martha Randall of California, Judith White of Connecticut, Constance and John Gordonof Florida, Janet Babash of Maine and James Waye of Michigan, numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews, his beloved aunts Thelma Jewell and Alice McIntyre, of Skowhegan Maine, and several cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and brother, Donald Waye.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Heart Association, the American Liver Foundation or the hospice of their choice. Memorial services will be held at a later date.

Shirley Allan
ALLAN, Shirley, 84, of Zephyrhills, died Friday, July 23, 2004 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center in Dade City. A native of Tingley Park, Illinois, she spent most of her life in Blue Island, Illinois where she retired in 1983 from the First National Bank of Blue Island. She was an active member if the Lioness Club in Blue Island and later in Zephyrhills, moving to this area in 1984. She was an Episcopalian.
Survivors include two daughters, Sherry Del Cotto and her husband, Pete, and Kimberly Polston, all of Zephyrhills; a son, Jeffrey T. Allan, and his wife, Judy, of Lockport, Illinois; two sisters, Maurine De Forte of Blue Island and Norma Jean Reuss of San Leandro, CA; seven grandchildren, Andrew Davidson of Chesterton, IN, Christopher Del Cotto of Zephyrhills, Matthew Davidson of Valparaiso,IN, Lindsay Davidson of Lake Station, IN, Heidi Davidson of Hebron, IN, and Jessica and Joseph Allan, both of Lockport, IL; two great grandchildren, Caleb Davidson of Portage, IN and Angelina Swefter of Hebron; a sister-in-law, Phyllis Schoeneck of Blue Island; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Arden Allan, a brother, Tom Schoeneck and a sister, Vernita Miller.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center, 37300 Royal Oaks Lane, Dade City, FL 33525.

Allison L. Stephenson
STEPHENSON, Allison L., 86, of Zephyrhills, died Wednesday, July 21, 2004 at East Pasco Medical Center. A native of Gouverneur, New York, she moved to this area 31 years ago from Staten Island, New York. She was a retired dietitian and was previously the Head Dietitian for Farm Colony Hospital in Staten Island.
Survivors include a son, Roy Stephenson of Zephyrhills; two grandchildren, Judy Padula and Laura Dolasco, both of Union, New Jersey; and a great grandson, Christopher.
Funeral services were held in the chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home in Zephyrhills at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 23, 2004 with Pastor Craig Ford officiating. The family received friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2004 at the funeral home and on Friday, one hour prior to service time. Burial followed at Chapel Hill Gardens in Dade City.

Tammi Donna Howell
HOWELL, Tammi D., 39, of San Antonio, died Saturday, July 17, 2004 at home. She moved to this area in 1990 from her native Connecticut. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Elementary Education and taught in Hillsborough County Schools. Currently, she was a homemaker and attended San Antonio Community Church.
Survivors include her husband, John Howell; a son, Michael Howell of San Antonio; her mother, Ruth Roden of Meriden, Conn.; two brothers, David Roden and his wife, Denise and Scott Roden, both of Meriden; and her mother and father-in-law, Don and Polly Howell of Branford, FL.
A memorial service was held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2004 at San Antonio Community Church with Pastor Brad Stevens officiating. There will also be a Memorial Service held on at 3:00 p.m. on August 8, 2004 at First United Methodist Church in E. Main Street, Meriden, Conn. with Pastor Eric Henderson officiating.

Clarence Donald Bingham
BINGHAM, Clarence D., 79, of Zephyrhills, died Saturday, July 17, 2004 at home. A native of Wisconsin, he moved here in 1982. He was a retired machinist and was a veteran of the US Army Air Corps during WWII.
Survivors include a son: Robert M. Bingham of Apex, NC; a daughter: Carolyn J. Broadway of Elkhart, IN; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanore Bingham and a daughter: Barbara A. Vranak.

Drenda Rodriguez
RODRIGUEZ, Drenda, 46, of San Antonio, died Saturday, July 17, 2004 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice House in Dade City. She was a long time resident of this area and was a homemaker.
Survivors include her mother, Betty Ann Gross of Greeley, CO; three brothers, Burney Mayo of San Antonio, and James and William Mayo, both of McDill, OK; two sisters, Laura Lee Mayo of McDill, OK and Mildred Mayo of Greeley, CO; and her step-mother, Laura Mae Pipkin of McDill, OK.

Gabriel Salazar
SALAZAR, Gabriel, 52, of Dade city, died Friday, July 16, 2004 at home. A native of Fort Lopton, Colorado, he moved to this area in 1986 from Eagle Pass, Texas. He was a retired laborer for Central Florida Native Floral. Survivors include six children, Gabriel Salazar, Jr., Alma Salazar, Heriberto Salazar, Sandra Salazar, Marisol Salazar and Eliazar Salazar, all of Galveston, TX; his mother, Leonor Reyes of Dade City; three brothers, Oscar Salazar and Gilbert Salazar, both of Dade City and Edgar Salazar of Austin, TX; three sisters, Amelia Cardenas, Elvira Sanchez and Sylvia Salazar, all of Dade City; and numerous grandchildren.
Funeral services were held in the chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home on Monday, July 19, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Juan Hernandez officiating. Burial followed at Dade City Cemetery. The family received friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 18, 2004 at the funeral home.

Mary L. "Molly" Runge
RUNGE, Mary L. "Molly", 62, of Zephyrhills, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at University Community Hospital in Tampa. A native of Columbus, Ohio, she moved to this area in 2001 from Coral Springs. Molly and her husband spent 18 years in Broward County where she worked as a teacher in both public and Catholic schools. Since moving to Zephyrhills, she had worked as a substitute teacher in Pasco County Schools and was currently employed at Wilson Elementary in Plant City. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zephyrhills.
Survivors include her husband of 40 years, Philip; four children, John Runge and his wife, Toni of Boca Raton, Laura Runge Gordon and her husband, Mark of Temple Terrace, Robert Runge of San Francisco and Brian Runge and his wife, Erin of Athens, GA; two grandchildren, Spencer Runge Gordon and Andrew Martin Gordon, both of Temple Terrace; her mother, Mary Louise Martin of Easton, Mass.; a brother, J. Michael Martin of Ellicot, MD; four sisters, Kathy Melli of Shrewsbury, NJ, Gerry Martin of Stockton, NJ, Terri White of Easton, Mass., and Maureen Martin of Waterford, Vermont; a sister-in-law, Janet Runge of Bronx, NY; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2004 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Zephyrhills. The family received friends at the funeral home on Friday evening from 5-8:00 p.m., July 16, 2004.
