NANIAN, Martin John, 74, of Dade City, passed away Thursday, September 9, 2004 at home. He was born on October 5, 1929 in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Jackson, Michigan where he opened an accounting practice and raised six children. Later on, he and a few friends developed Country-Aire Mobile Home Parks in both Dade City and Zephyrhills. In 1976, he moved to Florida and continued to expand the development of the parks. He was a member of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Masonic Lodge for over 50 years. He was preceded in death by his youngest son, Gary Nanian.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Anna; children, Marjorie Nanian of Novi, MI, Debi Welch and her husband, George, Cory Cook and her husband, Ted of Columbia, SC, Liz Mitchell and her husband, Michael of Dade City, Arthur Nanian of Whitelakes, MI and Tobias Timm of East Lansing, MI; and his grandchildren, Maryann and George Mugerian of Novi, MI, Andrew and Tyler Welch of Dade City, Gary, Robbie, Teddy, and JoJo Cook, all of Columbia, SC, and Correen, Thomas and Alexander Mitchell of Dade City.
Mark Jason Reedy
REEDY, Mark, 20, of Dade City, died Wednesday morning, February 2, 2005 at Tampa General Hospital. A native and lifelong area resident, he graduated from Pasco High School in 2002 and was employed at BG Grace Construction Company as a finished carpenter. A devoted husband and father he was courageous even until the end.
Survivors include his step-daughter, Hope Lodge of Dade City; his father, David Reedy of Dade City; his mother, Cherie Reedy of Covina, California; a brother, Tyson Keech of Tampa; a sister, Jill Patterson of Zephyrhills; his maternal grandparents, Irvin and Shirley Moritz of Zephyrhills; his paternal grandparents, Harold and Judy Reedy of Dade City; a great grandmother, Annis Reedy of Dade City; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2005. Burial will follow at Floral Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday evening. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at Wachovia Bank to the Reedy and Lodge Benefit Fund.
Tricia Southern Reedy
REEDY, Tricia Southern, 30, of Dade City, died Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at home. A native and lifelong Dade City resident, she was a Dental Assistant for Dental Health Group in Tampa and Wesley Chapel and had previously attended Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Dade City. She was a devoted mother who loved her children, was a good provider and had a beautiful personality.
Survivors include a daughter, Hope Lodge of Dade City; her parents, Clyde and Catherine Southern of Dade City; two step sisters, Janice Roy of Brooksville and Sherrie Haygood of Palatka; a stepbrother Billie Haygood of Palatka; and her grandmother, Sybil Beall of Dade City.
Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 5, 2005. Burial will follow at Floral Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8:00 p.m. on Friday evening. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made at Wachovia Bank to the Reedy and Lodge Benefit Fund.
Hunter "Bubba" Lodge
LODGE, Hunter "Bubba", 9, of Dade City, died Tuesday, February 1, 2005 at home. Bubba had lived his entire life in Dade City and was a third grade student at San Antonio Elementary School. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, riding his dirt bike and soccer. A fun loving child, he touched everyone that knew him.
Survivors include his father, Dana Lodge of Zephyrhills; his sister and best friend, Hope of Dade City; paternal grandparents Bruce and Betty Lodge of Amelia Island, Fl and Claudia and Ron Vachon of New Durham, NH; his maternal grandparents, Clyde and Catherine Southern of Dade City; his maternal great grandmother, Sybil Mozelle Beall of Dade City; his great grandmother, Beatrice Roers of Spring Hill, Florida; three uncles, Eric Lodge and his wife, Jána of Atlanta, GA, Billie Haygood of Palatka and Keith Marshall of Atlanta; four aunts, Tara Drafton and her husband, Cedrick of Brandon, Gloria Gullen of Dade City, Sherrie Haygood of Palatka and Janice Roy of Brooksville; and a great uncle, Maurice Beall and his wife, Donna of San Antonio.

Anna Marie Bankman
BANKMAN, Anna Marie, 86, of Dade City, died Wednesday, February 2, 2005 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center in Dade City. She had been a winter visitor from Benton Harbor, Michigan since 1985 and was a homemaker.
Survivors include a daughter, Sue Morgan of Dade City; five grandchildren, Carla Galbraeth of Benton Harbor, Tina Saunders of Colma, MI, Colleen Cannington of Dade City, Rickie Sue Pedroza of Benton Harbor and Richard Young of Dade City; sixteen grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in Benton Harbor at a later date.
Hazel Masters Davis Imlay
Imlay, Hazel Masters Davis, Age 77, passed away January 30, 2005, at the home of her beloved granddaughter, Wendy C. Pombo of Zephyrhills, Fl. Hazel was born in Clifton Forge, Va. She spent most of her adult life in Richmond and Lottsburg, Va.
Survivors include one sister, Helen M. Owens of Richmond, two children, Patricia Davis Creed and Joseph M. Davis of Richmond, three grandchildren, Wendy C. Pombo of Zephyrhills, Fl, Joseph M. Curtis of Highland Springs, Va., Dillon Z. Davis of Deltaville, Va., and a host of nieces and nephews.
Burial will be a later date at Sunset Memorial Park in Richmond. Va.
Janet Smoot
SMOOT, Janet, 71, of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away Friday, January 28, 2005 at Heritage Park Specialty Care. She was born December 29, 1933 in Peoria, IL and moved to Zephyrhills 30 years ago.
She is survived by her three children: Cindi March and her husband, Paul March, M.D. of Dade City; Donna Anthony and her husband, Mike Anthony of Hickory, N.C.; and David Smoot and his wife, Charlene of Glenview, IL.; 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was preceded in death by his parents, Charles R. and Bertha O. Withee, Peoria, IL.
Memorial services were held Monday, January 31, 2005 at 7:00p.m. at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 14046 5th Street, Dade City. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Tytoo Gardens Haitian Mission, 38819 Otis Allen Road, Zephyrhills, FL 33540.

EASTIN, Margaret, 74, of Dade city, died Thursday, January 27, 2005 at Heritage Park Nursing Care Center in Dade City. Funeral services will be held in Brownstown, Indiana.
Marilyn Jane Bonney
Bonney, Marilyn Jane, 84, of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2005 in Dade City under the care of Hernando-Pasco Hospice. She was born January 14, 1921 in Syracuse, NY, to Peter VanOrden Barkelew and Norma Burdick Barkelew. She was a retired Teacher in the New York State public school system and retired in 1977 as the Chairman of the Liberal Arts Division of Jefferson Community College, having been a faculty member since it’s inception in 1963. She moved to Zephyrhills 7 years ago from Watertown, NY, and was of the Episcopal faith.
She is survived by her husband: George E. Bonney, Zephyrhills, FL; 1 son: Russell D. Bonney, Watertown, NY; 1 grandchild; 6 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Interment will take place in New York at a later date.
Dale L. Kizer
Kizer, Dale L., 79, of Moline, IL, passed away Tuesday, January 25, 2005 at his winter residence in Zephyrhills. He was born December 27, 1925 in Moline, IL, to Arthur E. Kizer and Ethel Lyon Kizer. He retired from Preister Construction Company in Davenport, IA, and was a WW II Navy Veteran. He was an active member of the Valley Masonic Lodge #547 in Coal Valley, IL, the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, Lodge Council Chapter Consistory in Valley of Moline, the KAABA Shriners, A.A.O.N.M.S. of Davenport, IA, the Order of the Grand Cross of Color of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, and the Zal Grotto in Moline, IL.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years: Jacqueline L. Kizer, Moline, IL; 5 children: Jennifer DeLisle, Jacksonville, FL, Robin Kizer, Moline, IL, Ardith Dunn, Port Byron, IL, Ginger Kester, East Moline, IL, Rhonda Garlock, Rossville, KS; 1 nephew: David Kizer, Moline, IL; 6 grandchildren: Erik Kizer, Barbara Kizer, Rebecca Nandell, Cassandra Dunn, Kyle Garlock, Stephanie Garlock; 3 great grandchildren: Emily Kizer, Megan Kizer, and Owen Kizer. He was preceded in death by his brother: Ronald Kizer.
Interment will take place at the Riverside Cemetery in Moline, IL, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in his name to the KAABA Temple Children’s Transportation Fund P.O. Box 3627, Davenport, IA 52808-3627
