Anthony L. Hamacher
HAMACHER, Anthony L., 30, of Dade City, died Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at H. L. Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. A native of Pontiac, Michigan, he moved to this area in 1997 from Sarasota. He was a Manager for Mobil Lube Express in Tampa and a member of the Community United Methodist Church in San Antonio. He graduated from the Customer Service Academy at Learey Technical Center in Tampa.
Survivors include his wife, Paige; a daughter, Kylie Maerie of Dade City; his father, Stuart "Dale Hamacher of Dade City; his mother, Rhonda Fearns of Northport, FL; two brothers, Christian David Hamacher of Tampa and Benjamin Michael Caron of Englewood, FL; a sister, Melissa Sue Caron of Pontiac, MI; and one nephew.
The family received friends from 2-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2005 at the funeral home. Funeral services were held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 13, 2005 at the funeral home with Pastor Juan Garay of Trilby United Methodist Church & Community United Methodist Church officiating.

Victor "Vic" Smith
SMITH, Victor "Vic", 79, of Dade City, died Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at Sunbelt Health Care Center in Zephyrhills. Born July 22, 1925 in Clearwater, he was the son of Joseph Perkins Smith and Norma Devaneau Smith. He served in the military from 1943 until 1963 with the 8th Airforce Bomber Wing and participated in the D-Day invasion. After retiring from the military, he taught in the Pasco County School System from 1964 until 1980. He was a Dade City Citrus Grower from 1959 to the present. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Anson, Gregory, Clifford and Robert.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, Mary Young Smith; a daughter, Vicki Bucy and her husband, Rick of Auburndale; a sister-in-law, June Farmer and her husband, Ray of Dade City; a brother-in-law, HC Young, Jr. of Dade City; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family received friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2005 at the funeral home. Funeral services were held in the chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home on Friday, March 11, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor David West officiating. Burial followed at Dade City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 7066 Fort King Road, Zephyrhills, FL 33541.

Marilyn Susan Kelly
KELLY, Marilyn Susan, 55, of Dade City, died Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center. She was born on August 12, 1949 in Dade City and received her education in local schools. She graduated from Santa Fe Catholic High School in Lakeland. She received a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from Florida State University and a Masters degree in Vocational Administration from the University of South Florida. She worked in Public Health and later taught at Pasco High Schools for 25 years. Susan was very popular with her students and known for her wit and outgoing personality. A loving Mother, wife, sister, daughter, and friend, she will be truly missed by all who knew her.
Susan was a Roman Catholic and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in St. Joseph. Survivors include her husband, Michael Kelly of St. Joseph; a son, Charles Kelly of Tallahassee; a daughter, Shannon Fleming and her husband, Matthew of Land O' Lakes; her parents, Florian and Sylvia Gude of St. Joseph; her four siblings, Nancy Pumo and her husband, Bennet, Deborah Hawkins and her husband, Steven, Connie Parsons and her husband, Harry and Rebeccah Cardillo and her husband, Peter; brothers-in-law, Harry Kelly (Rosemary), Charles (Maryann), Pat (Betty Jo); sister-in-law, Carleen Shepp (Frank); and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Donna Gude.
The family received friends from 5-7:00 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2005. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2005. All services were held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in St. Joseph.

Hazel G. Noerr
Noerr, Hazel G., 84, of Zephyrhills, passed away Monday, March 7, in Lakeland. She was born June 13, 1920 in Jonesport, ME, to Clarence P. Garnett and Helen A. Smith Garnett. She was in the bookkeeping and customer service department of the electrical power industry. She moved to Zephyrhills in 1995 from Maine.
She is survived by her husband: John Noerr; 2 sisters: Greta Thedeau, Leona White; 5 brothers: Neil Garnett, Clarence Garnett, Merton Garnett, William Garnett, Robert Garnett; 5 stepdaughters: Kay Howard, Mary Crook, Jean Pasco, Theresa Boyer, and Grace Harris. She was preceded in death by her first husband: Harry Jedrey; and 1 sister: Fern Alley.
Funeral services were held 2pm Friday, March 11, 2005 at Hodges Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Zephyrhills. Interment will take place in Maine at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations in her memory to the Arthritis Foundation, Florida Chapter Gulfcoast Region, 3816 West Linebaugh Avenue, Tampa, FL 33618

Randall F. Cesaro
CESARO, Randall F., 52, of Dade City, died Sunday, March 6, 2005 at home. A native of West Virginia, he moved to this area in 1996. He was a retired coal miner and was Baptist by faith.
Survivors include his wife of 30 years, Susan; a son, Brian Cesaro of Dade City; a daughter, Melissa Chisenhall of Bushnell; three siblings, Jim Cesaro of Troy, NC, Mary Myers of Replete, WV and Lillie Allen of Canton, Ohio; and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ethel and Orlando Cesaro and two brothers, Harold "Snooks" Cesaro and Orlando "Buster" Cesaro.
The family received friends from 6-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 8, 2005 at the funeral home. Funeral services were held in the chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2005. Burial followed at Dade City Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Donor Services, P.O. Box 4261 Pittsfield, MA 01202.

Mark Borden Nagel
Nagel, Mark Borden, 69, of Land O’Lakes, FL, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2005 in Dade City under the care of Hernando-Pasco Hospice after a short illness. He was born February 8, 1936 in New Haven, CT, to Wayn Alton Nagel and Barbara Imogene Ulrich Nagel. He grew up in Milford, CT, graduating from Milford High School and 1954. He graduated from Millikin University in Decatur, IL, in 1958 and lived in Illinois for many years before he retired and settled to Florida where he spent his remaining years. He was a wonderful brother and friend, and will be missed by all.
He is survived by 5 children: Scott, Neal, Susan, Peter, Paul; 1 brother: Chris Nagel; 2 sisters: Leslie Ann Stalker and Esther Brasmer.

Frances Parker
Parker, Frances, 83, of Zephyrhills, FL, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2005 in Zephyrhills. She was born January 4, 1922 in Cohoes, NY, to Vincenzio Cuva and Margaret Leone Cuva. She was a Homemaker and was active in the Pentecostal church. She moved to Zephyrhills 3 years ago from Cottondale, FL.
She is survived by 2 sons: David Gerald Parker, Yuba City, CA, Dennis Parker, Cohoes, NY; 3 brothers: James V. Cuva, Zephyrhills, FL, Thomas Cuva, Cohoes, NY, Frederick Cuva, Clifton Park, NY; 2 sisters: Barbara Rock, Cohoes, NY, Sara Marton, Whiting, NJ; 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Friends called from 12 till 3pm on Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at Hodges Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Zephyrhills where a memorial service was held at 3pm. Flowers will be gratefully accepted, but those that wish may make donations in her name to First Assembly of God 36322 State Road 54 W., Zephyrhills, FL 33542.

Arcie Croft McKendree
MCKENDREE, Arcie Croft, 78, of Pasco Station, died Saturday, March 5, 2005 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center in Dade City. A native of Fort Meade, she moved to Pasco Station at an early age and has lived her entire life in Pasco Station. She retired from the Pasco County School System after serving as a school bus driver and cafeteria worker and volunteered at local hospitals to assist in the care of sick and injured children. She never met a stranger. She was a loving mother, wife and friend and will be truly missed by all who knew her.
Survivors include her three children, Johnny McKendree of San Antonio, Janet McKendree of Darby and Sherrie McKendree of San Antonio; five siblings, Edna McKendree of Darby, George Croft of St. Joseph, Edward Croft of Salisbury, TN, Raymond Mark Croft of Pasco Station and Samuel Croft of Vero Beach, FL; six grandchildren, James Byrd of Darby, Janet Korst of Darby, Bernie McKendree of San Antonio, Mark McKendree of San Antonio, Todd Diffenwierth of Dade City and Kelly McKendree of Swainsboro, GA; and eight great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Roland Edward "Snooks" McKendree, two sisters, Sherrod Croft and Margie Ann Linville, and by a great granddaughter, Maranda Diffenwierth.
The family received friends at the funeral home from 6-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 9, 2005. Graveside services were held 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 10, 2005 at Holton Cemetery with Reverend Eldridge Parrish officiating.

Donna Julane Cooke
Cooke, Donna Julane, 23, of Tampa, FL, was found February 25, 2005 at Lake Thonotosassa in Hillsborough County. She was born September 17, 1981 to Lewis Edgar Cooke and Ellen Raye Albaugh. She is survived by her son: Michael Cooke; 3 sisters: Tina Cooke, Mary Cooke, Gladys Cooke; and her mother: Ellen Raye Albaugh. A memorial gathering was held from 6-8pm Wednesday, March 9, 2005 at the Hodges Family Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Zephyrhills.
