Lowe, Betty J, 79, Zephyrhills, Florida died March 10, 2006. She was born October 9, 1926 in Nashville, Indiana. She lived in Indianapolis, Indiana until she moved to Florida in 1993. She is survived by her loving family, including her husband, George Lowe and six children; Linda Hayden, Susan Holloway, Penny Grady, George Lowe, Jr. Pamela Lane and Marty Lowe. She was loved and will be greatly missed by all.
Tina Allison McCrimmon
McCrimmon, Tina Allison, 35 years, of Pasco County, passed away Saturday, March 04, 2006. She was born Feb. 8, 1971 the daughter of Thomas and Frances McCrimmon. She is survived by her parents and by two brothers: Thomas L. McCrimmon IV and Matthew Allen McCrimmon; Grandparents Thomas and Wanna McCrimmon; a special friend, Bill Jenson and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. She graduated from Land O’Lakes High School and received her Associates degree from Pasco Hernando Community College. She sold real estate and was a very loving, caring person and never met a stranger. Memorial Service 5 pm., March 8, 2005 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, West Hwy 54 Chapel, Zephyrhills with Rev. James Samuel Atteberry
Atteberry, James Samuel, 79, Zephyrhills, FL. died Saturday, March 11, 2006 after an extended illness. He was born May 30, 1926 in Munfordville, KY. He graduated from Frankfort High School in 1944 and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He attended Georgetown College & Univ. of KY. He was Manager of The Grand Theatre, retired from U.S. Post Office, was in customer service at Frankfort Honda/Toyota and Doorman at KY House of Representatives. He belonged to American Legion Post #7, American Red Cross 8 Gallon Blood Donor, Order of the Eastern Star, Grand Lodge of KY, F & AM, Hiram Lodge #4, Oleika Temple A.A.O.N.M.S. of Lexington, KY, Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Capital Lodge #6 and Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels all in Kentucky. In Florida, the Elks Lodge #2731, Loyal Order of Moose Lodge #2276 and Order of the Eagles, Lodge #3752. He is survived by his wife Norma Wenger Atteberry, Zephyrhills, his first wife, Joan Moss Case, Frankfort, KY one daughter, Marquerite (James) Atteberry Emmons, Raleigh, N.C. two sons, James Foster (Judy Gale) Atteberry and Bruce Clifton (Grace Gayhart) Atteberry both of Wesley Chapel, a brother, William Henry Atteberry, Jr. of Masonic Home, KY; a sister, Ethel Langley Storey of Owensboro, KY; five grandchildren, Helen Emmons Kelly, Lexington, KY, Stephen Emmons, Raleigh, N.C., Melissa Rae Atteberry, Angela Katherine Atteberry and Samuel Scott Atteberry all of Wesley Chapel, two great grandchildren, Kenneth William Kelly and John Patrick Kelly, and six nieces & nephews. He is preceded by his parents William Henry and Dora Beatrice Atteberry, his wife of 40 years Doris Sudduth Atteberry, one son, David Lindsey Atteberry and two sisters, Mildred Gardenhire & Jane Upchurch. He will be loved and missed by all. A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, March 18, 2006 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 5221 8th St. in Zephyrhills. A service to celebrate his life will be held mid-summer in Frankfort, KY and followed by burial in Frankfort Cemetery.
Mary F. Danker
Mary F. Danker, of Brooksville, was born on September 22, 1917 and passed away, Wednesday, March 8, 2006. Preceded in death by her mother Eva Fekanitch and father John Fekanitch A bank executive of 37 years, she was a formidable woman of strength and discipline. She was always exacting in task and appearance. Both she and her husband Henry, worked tirelessly to raise and educate their son John. Now she is at rest at 88 with her dear mother, leaving behind those of us who will miss her terribly. Mary is survived by her husband, Henry of 57 years, their son, John daughter-in-law Mary Genevieve, granddaughter Lauren Genevieve age 10 and grandson Alexander John age 2 1/2. In addition Mary is survived by her sisters Anne Bruggis of Red Bank, New Jersey and Tere Burke of Lavallette, New Jersey along with a niece, 3 nephews and many great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Cathryne Virginia Causey
CAUSEY, Cathryne Virginia, 73, of Trilacoochee, passed away March 8, 2006 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center in Dade City. She was born July 14, 1932 in Sardis, Alabama. She moved to Florida in 1942 and lived in Lacoochee and Trilacoochee. She attended Oak Ridge Missionary Baptist Church in Lacoochee. She was a loving mother, grandmother and will be missed by all. She is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Laroy Causey and her parents, George and Claudia Owens. She is survived by her two children, Duane Causey (Joy) of Dade City and Joyce Breeden (Garry) of Bushnell; six grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. on Sunday, March 12, 2006 at the funeral home, Hwy 301 Chapel. The funeral will be a graveside service at Clay Sink Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 13, 2006 with Pastor Marvin Strickland officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 37441 Clinton Ave. Dade City, FL 33525. The family wishes to thank Hospice for all they did for our Mother, Virginia. William Malcolm King
King, William Malcolm, of Pencoed, South Wales, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, March 3, 2006. Bill, as he liked to be called, was a loving husband of Patti King of Zephyrhills. He is also survived by daughter Robin McIsaac and son Brian King of Baltimore, MD; sons Michael and Daniel Russo of New York, Anthony Russo of California; daughters Carol Waterman and Pattie Pusater, of New York; his sisters Valerie Smith of Tampa, Vivien Herron of Kin’s Mt., NC and brother Davis King of Easley SC; his step mom Jean King of Zephyrhills. Bill was preceded in death by father and mother, William and Gwendolin King. Bill had 19 grandchildren. He was a member of Dade City Bible Fellowship. Bill was a retired train engineer from the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad. He served in the US Air Force. Service will be 1 P.M., Monday, March 6 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 5th St. Chapel, Dade City. Visitation 7 to 8: P.M., Sunday. Interment in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell.
Kathleen "Kay" Lockard
Lockard, Kathleen “Kay” M., 89 years, of Zephyrhills, passed away Thursday, March 02, 2006 at Zephyr Haven. She was born and raised in Hastings, Pennsylvania. She moved to Florida in the early 1970’s from New York and worked at the Veterans Administration Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Lockard; eight siblings: Velma Somerville, Edna Rupe, Olive Adams, Ernest Somerville, Mary Jane Somerville, Florence Brennan, Ben Somerville and Harry Somerville. She is survived by her sister, Helen Yobbagy, of Zephyrhills and Pennsylvania and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Cleveland Jessie Green, 71 years, of Dade City, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2006. He was born March 14, 1934 in McKenzie, Alabama, the son of Willis and Bertha Barnes Green.He has resided in Florida for most of his life. He was a Christian, was an air conditioner technician and loved to garden. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Nancy Hooper Green; his daughter, Karen Green of Dade City; his sisters, Annette Bryum, of Dade City and Merle Tindell of Wesley Chapel; a brother, Robert Green of Dade City; 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A memorial gathering and refreshments at 2 pm., Saturday, March 11 at the Harmony Heights Club House, Dade City.
Richard John LaBarge
Richard John LaBarge, 66 years, of Dade City, Florida and formerly of Chase Mills, NY. Mr. LaBarge died unexpectedly Monday, February 13, 2006 at this home in Many Mansions RV Park, Dade City, where they had resided for the winter months. He was born Feb. 26, 1939 in Potsdam, NY. Mr. LaBarge was a member of Teamsters Local #687, Potsdam. The things he loved the most were the Gulf of Mexico, setting and relaxing with his wife and family and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Elaine Ann LaBarge and three stepchildren and their families:Betty Jo Jenkin of Massena, NY, Douglas Goad of Winthrop, NY and Gerald Cootward, Jr., of Winthrop, NY; eight daughters and many grandchildren and their families. He was preceded in death by two daughters, Mary Ellen and Catherine LaBarge, his parents Joseph and Mary Cotter LaBarge. A small family memorial service was held by his wife and family at Hodges Family Funeral Home, Dade City.

GIDDENS, Eleanor E. “Lee”, 79, of Dade City, died Wednesday, March 8, 2006 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center. A native of Garfield, New Jersey, she moved to this area in 1991 from Miami after her husband’s retirement. A loving wife, mother, grandmother “Nana”, and friend, she will be missed by all those who knew her. Survivors include her husband of 61 years, William “Bill” Giddens; a daughter, Peggy Capps and her husband, Vann of Ridge Manor; and two grandchildren, Kimberly Capps of Ridge Manor and Jeffrey Capps and his wife, Susie of St. Cloud. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 p.m. on March 9, 2006 (Today) at the funeral home, 5th Street Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, March 10, 2006 with her grandson, Jeffrey officiating. Burial will follow at Florida Nation Cemetery. Pedro Torres. Jr.
Torres, Pedro, Jr, Wesley Chapel, Florida, passed away March 2, 2006. He was the youngest child born to Pedro and Betsaida Torres and brother to Nancy, Samuel, Gabriel, David and Damaris. He was born March 28, 1977 in Lares, Puerto Rico. The family moved to Miami, Florida in 1977 where he graduated from Miami Jackson Sr. High in 1996. Pedro was a devoted son and brother. He gave his heart and soul for those he loved.
