Pilkington, Florence Annetta, 78, Zephyrhills, Florida died Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center. She was born October 21, 1927 in Ypsilanti, Michigan the daughter of Oren and Dora Throop. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene in Zephyrhills and the Women’s Club of Zephyrhills. Florence loved singing, gospel and country music, her computer and traveling (especially cruises) and cooking. Her family was very important to her. She is survived by her loving family including her husband Albert Pilkington, married for 60 years, three sons; Albert (Sharon) Pilkington, Dennis (Song) Pilkington, and Phillip (Christine) Pilkington, one daughter, Faye (George) Jones, one adopted daughter, Wendy Cole and 7 grandchildren. A viewing will be held Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 9:00 AM at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 36327 SR 54 West in Zephyrhills. A service will follow at 11:00 AM. Pastor Tal Denny will officiate.
Haley Howard
Haley, Howard, 89, a winter resident of Dade City, FL, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2006 in Dade City. He was born May 4, 1916 in Melvin Village, NH, to Willis Haley and Bernice Dow. He was a retired house painter and attended the Congregational Church in Plainville, CT. He also enjoyed oil painting and water color. He is survived by his wife of 63 years: Dorothy M. Haley, Plainville, CT, and Dade City, FL; 5 daughters: Janet Heulitt, Joann Merris, Gloria Pennington, Jacqueline McNerney, Rhonda Haley; and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 son: James Goddard. Memorial services will be held 2pm, Thursday, March 2, 2006 at the Seven Acres RV Park in Dade City.
David Richard Fuller
Fuller, David Richard, 65, Zephyrhills, Florida died Sunday, February 26, 2006 at Hernando-Pasco Hospice Care Center. He was born October 19, 1940 in Dearborn Height, Michigan. He moved here in 1981 from Garden City. He was an orderly. He loved fishing and hunting. David is survived by his loving family including his wife, Cynthia Fuller, his cats (his little girls) Gizmo and Sugar Babe and one brother James Russell Fuller of Clair, Michigan. He will be greatly missed.
Christine Stockman
Stockman, Christine, 84, of Sun City, Florida, died February 23, 2006 after an extended illness. She was born April 10, 1921 in Birmingham, AL. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Zephyrhills. Christine enjoyed cake decorating and cooking. She was featured in the local newspaper for her recipes. She also enjoyed raising orchids, gospel music and gospel music concerts. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She will be missed by all especially her loving husband of 47 years, Lee “Hero”. She is survived by her loving family including her husband, Lee, two daughters, Erin (George) Bruch, and Sylvia (Rick) Gorbach, five grandchildren; Neill, and Bryon (Bea), Chad, Lesley, Jennifer, one adopted Granddaughter, Amy, 6 great grandchildren, Bryon “Joey”, Rachael, Madison, Jacob, Noah, Dylane, one sister Arlene (Clayton) Harris, and two nephews, LeBrone Ha, and Lyman She is preceded by her son O’Neill. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 on February 28, 2006 at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 36327 State Route 54, Zephyrhills, FL. Gordon S. Page, Jr.
PAGE, GORDON S., Jr, 74, of Zephyrhills, died Friday, February 24, 2006 at Zephyr Haven Nursing Home after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's disease. A native of St. Johnsbury, Vermont, he moved to this area in 1993 from Rochester, New York. He was a retired Photographic Engineering Supervisor for Kodak and retired in 1986. He was a US Army Veteran and was currently a member of the Golf Collector's Association. Survivors include his wife, Sheila; two sons, Gordon S. Page, III of Evergreen, Colorado and David Page of Rochester, New York; a daughter, Erin Meyers of Rochester, New York; two stepsons, Jeffrey Gans of Cleveland, Ohio and Mark Gans of Allentown, Pennsylvania; a brother, Charles Page of Shaker Pines, Connecticut; a sister, Patty Ricker of Naples, Florida; and six grandchildren. Creighton R. "Woody" Woodard
WOODARD, Creighton R, Sr., "Woody", 74, of Dade City, died Wednesday, February 22, 2006 at Florida Hospital Zephyrhills. A native of Tampa, he moved to Dade City in 1978 after a distinguished military career, including a tour of duty in Vietnam, in the US Air Force. He was a Munitions Specialist in the Air Force and received a Bronze Star for his service in Southeast Asia. Since his retirement, he was a member of the Dog Training Club of Tampa, the American Miniature Schnauzer Association, the Pasco County Computer Club, the VFW, the American Legion and the Vermilion's Club. Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Betty; five children, Kathleen (Paul) Hewitt of Tallahassee, Creighton Ray Woodard, Jr. of Tampa, Donald (Patty) Woodard of Tampa, Karen Woodard (Mike Blais) of Peoria, Arizona and Michael (MIssy) Woodard of Tampa; two brothers, Cecil Woodard of Texarkana, Arkansas and Carlton (Pam) Woodard of Haines City; two sisters, Sharon (Thomas) Valdez of Madison, Fla. and Linda (Cletus) Pirtle of Illinois; five grandchildren, Stacy Burch, Jason Burch, Ryan Woodard, Allison Leckey and Olivia Woodard; and six great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the 5th Street Chapel of Hodges Family Funeral Home on Sunday, February 26, 2006 from 5-7 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 27, 2006 with Pastor Bryan Wooley officiating. Burial will follow with military honors at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name should be made to the American Heart Association.

Ayers, Christine Ann, 56, Land O Lakes, Florida, passed away February 21, 2006 at University Community Hospital after an extended illness. She was born September 15, 1949 in Buffalo, New York. She moved here in 1976 from Buffalo and resided in the Tampa area for 30 years the last 11 in Land O Lakes. She loved and cared for her children and family as well as any stray little animal that came into her life. She is survived by her loving family including her husband, Kenneth Ayers, Land O Lakes, three sons, Brian Keith Riter, Kevin Bradley Riter and Jesse Lloyd Ayres all of Land O Lakes, Mother, Dorothy Hamilton, Brandon, Fl, one sister, Kathleen Emerson, Buffalo, NY and one brother, Pascal Monesi, Brandon, Fl. She is preceded by her Father, Elmer Hamilton. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, February 24, 2006 at 11:00 AM. at Hodges Family Funeral Home, 36327 State Route 54 in Zephyrhills. Richard Joseph Speciale
Speciale, Richard Joseph, 68, of Spring Hill, Florida, died unexpectedly at his residence. He was born April 9, 1937 in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to the area about 25 years ago. He was an Auto Body Repairman and a VFW member. He was a veteran and served in the U. S. Navy. Richard loved the water, fishing, boating and his peace and solitude. He is survived by his loving family including two sons, Sean Joseph Speciale, Palm Bay, FL and Richard Speciale, Pittsburg, PA, one grandson, Richard Special, Jr, also of Pittsburg, and one sister, Carol Borgo, Zephyrhills, Florida. He will be greatly missed by all.
