BARTOW -- Mr. Tommie Davis of Bartow died of complications following a stroke April 21, 2005, at home. He was 77.
Born in Bradley on June 10, 1927, he came to Bartow from New York 17 years ago. He was a retired entrepreneur in Queens, N.Y. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge, Royal Arch. He was a Baptist.
Mr. Davis is survived by his wife, Fannie Mae Davis; brother, James Davis, Paris; daughter, Lottie Funn, Tallahassee; one grandchild; one great-grandchild; and one greatgreat-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at Williams Funeral Home, Bartow. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home chapel.

ROSWELL, Ga. -- Mrs. Audrey Velma Dean of Roswell, Ga., formerly of Eagle Lake, died of cancer Monday (April 25, 2005) at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. She was 79.
Born in Geneva County, Ala., on Aug. 5, 1925, she moved to Roswell from Eagle Lake in 1990. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Mount Paran North Church of God in Marietta, Ga.
Mrs. Dean was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. W.H. Dean. She is survived by her sons, Jerry N. Dean, Roswell, W. Clifford Dean, Newark, Calif.; daughter, Seretha A. Dean, Roswell; brother, Louie Frank McIntosh, Lakeland; sister, Frances Mott, Eagle; one granddaughter.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven. Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Park, Winter Haven.
HAZEL FLUKER, 84

WINTER HAVEN -- Mrs. Hazel M. Fluker of Winter Haven died of lung failure Monday (April 25, 2005) at Winter Haven Hospital. She was 84.
Born in Fancy Farm, Ky., on Sept. 14, 1920, she came to Winter Haven from Akron, Ohio, 54 years ago. She worked for the American Red Cross. She was a member of St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Winter Haven.
Mrs. Fluker was preceded in death by her husband, George Fluker. She is survived by her son, Gary M. Stotz, New Smyrna Beach; daughter, Cheryl M. Tillman, Sebring; two grandchildren.
Funeral Mass will be at 3 p.m. Friday at St. Matthew's Catholic Church in Winter Haven. Burial will be in Lakeside Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Red Cross.

LAKELAND -- Mrs. Virginia M. Garton of Lakeland died of lung failure Sunday (April 24, 2005) at Palm Terrace of Lakeland. She was 80.
Born in Grand Rapids, Mich., on Feb. 26, 1925, she came to Lakeland from Fremont, Mich., 23 years ago. She was a nurse's aide. She attended North Lakeland Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Garton is survived by her husband, Leo C. Garton; daughters, Millie Meunier, Chicago, Janis Carr, Chelsea, Mich.; brothers, Ed Wynsma, Hesperia, Mich., Ken Wynsma, St. Petersburg; one grandson.
Services will be held later at Reform Church in Fremont, Mich.

GIUSEPPE GIBIINO, 84

LAKELAND -- Mr. Giuseppe "Joe" Gibiino of Lakeland died of pneumonia Tuesday (April 26, 2005) at Bartow Regional Medical Center. He was 84.
Born in Naro, Italy, on March 18, 1921, he came to Lakeland from Brooklyn, N.Y., in 1989. He worked in maintenance for Consolidated Edison where he retired after 17 years. He was an Italian Army veteran of World War II. He was a member of St. John Neuman Catholic Church in Lakeland.
Mr. Gibiino is survived by his wife, Frances Gibiino, and brother, Vincent Gibiino, East Meadow, N.Y.
Visitation will be from 8 to 10 this evening with a wake service at 7 p.m., and from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Friday, at Lakeland Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John Neuman Catholic Church, 501 Carter Road E., Lakeland.

LAKE WALES -- Mrs. Mary Alice Hall of Lake Wales died of heart failure Wednesday (April 27, 2005) at Lake Wales Medical Center. She was 81.
Born in Pinetta on Dec. 5, 1923, she came to Lake Wales from Cross City in 1961. She was a homemaker. She was a member of Central Church of Christ in Winter Haven.
Mrs. Hall is survived by her sons, Elijah Gillis, Brunswick, Ga., Major Willie Hall, and Thomas Hall, both of Lake Wales, Donald Hall, Quatara, Issac Hall, Lake Alfred; daughters, Ethel Irving, Haines City, Mamie Hall, Winter Haven; 20 grandchildren; a host of great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Epps Mortuary, Lake Wales. Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Central Church of Christ in Winter Haven.

PLANT CITY -- Mrs. Virginia Ann Kimball of Plant City died of lung failure Sunday (April 24, 2005) at home. She was 74.
Born in Cape Cod, Mass., on Nov. 9, 1930, she came to Plant City from New York in 1953. She worked in data processing for the Hillsborough Sheriff's Office. She was a Protestant.
Mrs. Kimball was preceded in death by her husband, Clell Kimball. She is survived by her brother, Richard Kahelin, Plant City; stepmother, Mary Kahelin, New Port Richey; stepsister, Janet Anderson, New Port Richey.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Born in Elkhart, Ind., on Aug. 26, 1968, he came to Winter Haven from there in 1988. He was a supervisor at Sea World of Orlando.
