LAKE WALES -- Mrs. Evelyn Marie Eddy of Lake Wales died of cancer Monday (Aug. 15, 2005) at her home.
She was born Sept. 18, 1921, in New Berlin, N.Y., and moved to Lake Wales 19 years ago from Oriskany Falls, N.Y. She was owner of The Falls Pharmacy for 30 years. She was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Augusta Chapter 850, the American Legion Kelley Phillips Post 549, the Neighborhood Club, Woman's Club and Garden Club, in Oriskany Falls. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Lake Wales.
Mrs. Eddy is survived by her husband of 58 years, Richard A. Eddy; daughters, Donna Carman, Middleburg, Karen Maine, West Columbia, S.C.; son, Michael Eddy, Lakeland; sisters, Mary Young, Rome, N.Y., and Edna Payputnewicz, Waterville, N.Y.; brothers, Andrew Pedersen, Brookfield, N.Y., Lee Pedersen, Little Falls, N.Y., Harold Pedersen, Waterville, N.Y., Frank Pedersen, San Jose, Calif., and Gerald Pedersen, Westmoreland, N.Y.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Memorials of remembrance may be made to the Trinity Baptist Church Building Fund, 2601 State Road 60 E., Lake Wales, 33898.
A memorial services will be on Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Trinity Baptist Church. Interment will be in Rogers Cemetery in Leonardsville, N.Y.

Western Gentleman Trailers
WINTER HAVEN -- Mr. Ronald "B" Beeson of Winter Haven died at home Sunday (Aug. 14, 2005) of cancer. He was 66.
He was born on June 3, 1939, in Muncie, Ind., and came here from Muncie in 1985. He was the owner and operator of Western Gentleman Trailers in Dundee. He was a member of the American Legion and the Moose Lodge.
Mr. Beeson is survived by his wife, Mildred Beeson, Winter Haven; sons, Philip Beeson, Winter Haven, and Richard L. Beeson, Statesville, N.C., daughter, Ronda L. Beeson, Irving, Texas; brother Richard Beeson, New Jersey; sister, Nadine Grubbs, Clearwater; and seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
A memorial service will be held Saturday from noon to 2 p.m. at the Moose Lodge at 2305 Havendale Blvd., Winter Haven.
JOSEPHINE MOORE, 78

LAKELAND -- Mrs. Josephine V. Moore of Lakeland died of cancer Saturday (Aug. 13, 2005) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. She was 78.
She was born on Jan. 17, 1927, in Lakeland and was a fifth-generation native of Polk County. She was a cafeteria worker in the Polk County school system, and worked at Dixieland Elementary School and Southwest Junior High School. She was a member of Edgewood Baptist Church.
Mrs. Moore is survived by her daughters, Donna Elliott, Lakeland, and Jeannie Cartwright, Brevard, N.C.; son, Bruce Edward Fagaly, Brevard, N.C.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at Gentry-Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 S. Bartow Road.
DONALD McCLOUD, 66
Citrus Enterprise Truck Driver
WINTER HAVEN -- Mr. Donald Gene McCloud of Davenport died of heart failure Monday (Aug. 15, 2005) in Winter Haven. He was 66.
Born Oct. 1, 1938, in Manilla, Ark., he came here from East Prairie, Mo., in 1959. He was a Citrus Enterprise truck driver. He was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church in Loughman.
Mr. McCloud is survived by his wife, Thelma McCloud; son, Donald Keith McCloud, Orlando; daughters, Marsha Elizabeth Rutledge, Davenport, and Pamela Irene McCloud, Haines City; sister, Patricia Catts, Davenport; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Oak Ridge Funeral Care. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home chapel.

WINTER HAVEN -- Mr. Steven Ray Edwards of Winter Haven died of a brain aneurysm Saturday (Aug. 13, 2005) at Winter Haven Hospital. He was 27.
Born Oct. 12, 1977, he was a lifelong resident of Winter Haven. He was a welder. He was a Baptist.
Mr. Edwards is survived by his father, Billy Ray Edwards; fiancee, Carrie Peterson, Winter Haven; sister, Lisa Diaz, Auburndale; brother, Joseph Edwards, Winter Haven; and maternal grandmother, Emma Bearden, Auburndale.
Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Thursday at Kersey Funeral Home, Auburndale. Services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.

LAKE WALES -- Mr. Richard J. Cupaiole of Lake Wales died Aug. 8, 2005, in Lake Wales of injuries suffered in an automobile accident. He was 31.
He was born on May 25, 1974, in Hollywood, Fla., and moved to Lake Wales four months ago from Key West. He was a server and bartender.
Mr. Cupaiole is survived by his mother, Doris Accardi, Lake Wales; father, Michael Cupaiole; sister, Kimberly Robling, Merritt Island; grandmother, Sara J. Aument; and four nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday at 4 p.m. at the family home in Lake Wales.
LARNEL GOLDEN, 61
Army
PLANT CITY -- Mr. Larnel "Bernard" Golden of Plant City died of cancer Friday (Aug. 12, 2005). He was 61.
Mr. Golden was born Oct. 23, 1943, in Jackson County. He served as an Army sergeant first class construction engineer during the Vietnam War and was a post commander in the Veterans of Foreign Wars. He attended Shiloh Baptist Church, Plant City.
Mr. Golden is survived by his wife of 40 years, June Golden; daughters, Mary Melitta Giquere and Robin Lynne Holt, both of Winter Haven, Daphne Glenn Merrin, Plant City; sister, Margo Alexionik, Tallahassee; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 this evening at Hopewell Funeral Home. Services will follow at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
