LAKELAND -- Mr. Thomas C. Cerasoli of Lakeland died of heart failure Friday (Sept. 9, 2005) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He was 82.
Born June 24, 1923, in Huntington Park, Calif., Mr. Cerasoli moved to Lakeland from Burlington, Vt., three weeks ago. He served in the Army Air Corps. He owned Custom Memorial Drafting.
Mr. Cerasoli is survived by his wife, Tuggie Willis Cerasoli; daughter, Sharon Frattini, Burlington, Vt.; sisters, Helen Wald, Brewster, N.Y., Marion Griggs, Cabot, Vt.; three grandchildren.

WAYNESBORO, Tenn. -- Mr. John Wesley Craig of Waynesboro, Tenn., who has family in Lakeland, died of emphysema Wednesday (Aug. 17, 2005) in Waynesboro. He was 65.
He was born Feb. 13, 1940, in Ponchatoula, La. He was a maintenance worker at Quikrete. He attended Garret Baptist Church in Hohenwald, Tenn.
Mr. Craig is survived by his wife, Bonnie Craig; sons, Johnny Craig, Hohenwald, Tenn., Michael Craig, Lakeland, and Jeffrey Craig, Waynesboro, Tenn.; sisters, Arlene Caldwell, Dover, Jetta Davis, Plant City, and Doris Jeanfreau, Bush, La.; and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be today at 5 p.m. at McDonald Funeral Home, Hohenwald, Tenn. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel.

MULBERRY -- Mr. Gary A. Huntzinger of Mulberry died of cancer Friday (Aug. 5, 2005) at Good Shepherd Hospice. He was 62.
Born in Johnstown, Pa., on Nov. 25, 1942, he came to Polk County from Waverly, N.Y., in 1978. He retired from IMC after 18 years of service. He also worked as a mechanic at The Trailer Place. He was a Navy veteran, serving during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
Mr. Huntzinger is survived by his wife, Elizabeth "Beth" Huntzinger; sons, John Gary Huntzinger, Mulberry, Stephan Jenkins, Brandon, Scott Jenkins, Waverly, N.Y.; daughters, Christine Leary, Waverly, N.Y., Kathleen Norton, Lakeland; sister, Sandra Lathrop, Supply, N.C.; nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Lakeland Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice, 105 Arneson Ave., Auburndale.

ORLANDO -- Miss Kadrena Bowland of Lake Hamilton died Friday (July 22, 2005). She was an infant.
She was born July 22, 2005, in Orlando. Her cause of death is pending.
Miss Bowland is survived by her mother, Amanda Tyler, Lake Hamilton; father, Marquis Bowland, Lake Hamilton; sister, Kaliah Bowland, Lake Hamilton; grandparents, Lawrence Wade, Haines City, Antoinette Tyler, Thelma Wade, and James Wade of Lake Hamilton and Benjamin and Christine Bowland, Lake Wales.

LAKELAND -- Mr. Don Ellsworth Sype of Lakeland died of congestive heart failure Monday (June 27, 2005) at Lakeland Hills Center. He was 83.
Born in Los Angeles on Feb. 26, 1922, he came to Lakeland from Fort Lauderdale 25 years ago. He was a Christian minister and served on the Chaplaincy Commission of Christian Church of Churches of Christ. He was a retired lieutenant colonel in the Civil Air Patrol. He was a member of Lakeland Christian Church.
Mr. Sype is survived by his wife of 62 years, Alta M. Sype; son, Cory E. Sype, Lakeland; daughters, Gayle E. Moore, Sherry L. Schulz, both of Lakeland; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at a later date.

CONNERSVILLE, Ind. -- Ms. Delores Cunningham of Connersville Ind., died of respiratory distress syndrome Saturday (Aug. 20, 2005) at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Hospital in Carmel, Ind.
She was born June 6, 1935, in Camden, Ohio.
Ms. Cunningham was preceded in death by her husband, Benny Cunningham. She is survived by her mother; sons, Johnny Sorrell, Leroy Sorrell, and Kenny Sorrell of Lakeland, Phillip Sorrell, Georgia, and Leslie Sorrell, Rushville, Ind.; her former husband, Jesse Sorrell; step-sons, Michael Sorrell, Jesse Sorrell, Jr., and Scott Sorrell; sisters, Darlene Walton, and Maureen Hinshaw of Florida; 20 grandchildren; and 32 great-grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be conducted in Lakeland at the family's convenience.

KATHLEEN -- Mr. Benjamin Jackson "Jack" Eddins of Kathleen died of lung failure Saturday (Dec. 17, 2005) at Good Shepherd Hospice Residential Unit. He was 90.
Born in Nash County, N.C., on Dec. 5, 1915, he came to Kathleen from North Carolina in 1948. He was a carpenter in the construction industry. He was an Army veteran.
Mr. Eddins is survived by his wife, Bernice Faye Eddins; sons, Stan Eddins, Kathleen, David Eddins, Merritt Island; daughters, Faye Carroll, Merritt Island, Cheryl DeHaven, Winter Haven; six grandchildren.
Visitation will be at 6 this evening at Lanier Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Lakeland Memorial Gardens.
