AUBURNDALE -- Mr. Alan Clair Wadding of Auburndale died of complications of diabetes Saturday (Sept. 11, 2004) at home. He was 57.
Born in Kittanning, Pa., on May 3, 1947, he came to Auburndale from Titusville 15 years ago. He was a retired forklift driver for Scotty's. He was an Air Force veteran. He was an evangelist and a member of Word of Fire Ministry of Auburndale.
Mr. Wadding is survived by his wife, Cynthia Wadding; mother, Nell C. Wadding, Titusville; daughter, Penelope S. Quimby, Gainesville; brother, Gary L. Wadding, Titusville; stepdaughters, Diane Newman, Polk City, Joann Krus, Lakeland; seven grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Kersey Funeral Home, 108 E. Lake Stella Drive, Auburndale. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home chapel.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Word of Fire Ministries, 414 Old Dixie Highway, Auburndale, 33823.

FROSTPROOF -- Mr. Benton Eugene Wadding of Frostproof died of cancer Monday (Sept. 13, 2004) at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale. He was 76.
Born in New Bethleham, Pa., on March 22, 1928, he came to Frostproof from Ashland, Ohio, seven years ago. He was a retired self-employed farmer. He was a Protestant.
Mr. Wadding is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Wadding; daughter, Barbara Ann Bishop, Burbank, Ohio; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Born in Akron, Ohio, Mrs. Littlefield came here from Ohio in 1939. She was a Methodist.
Mrs. Littlefield is survived by her husband, Marion C. Littlefield, Lakeland; son, Charles E. Littlefield, Davie; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.

BRADLEY -- Mr. David Curtis Howell of Bradley died of heart failure Saturday (Dec. 4, 2004) at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He was 64.
Born March 16, 1940, in Brewster, Mr. Howell came here from Brewster 45 years ago. He was an electrician for Agrico. He was a member of Bradley Church of God.
Mr. Howell is survived by his son, David Curtis Howell Jr., Lakeland; daughter, Marilyn Denise Williams, Orlando; five grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at Seigler Funeral Home, Mulberry. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Olive Cemetery, Pierce.

LAKELAND -- Mr. Michael Thomas Harrell of Lakeland died of cancer Friday (Dec. 3, 2004) at Good Shepherd Hospice. He was 50.
Born July 10, 1954, in Augusta, Ga., Mr. Harrell came here from Augusta in 1955. He was self-employed in the water treatment industry. He was a member of Lake Gibson United Methodist Church.
Mr. Harrell is survived by his mother, Sue Harrell, Lakeland; son, Michael T. Harrell Jr., Lakeland; brother, Scott Harrell, Lakeland; sister, Jenny Polson, Tampa.

LOYAL FRISBIE, 89

BARTOW -- Mr. Loyal Frisbie of Bartow died from complications of pneumonia Sunday (Dec. 5, 2004) at Bartow Memorial Hospital. He was 89.
Born March 6, 1915, in Biloxi, Miss., Mr. Frisbie came to Bartow from Tampa 73 years ago. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in World War II. He was the editor and publisher of the Polk County Democrat and Fort Meade Leader. He was a member of First United Methodist Church, Bartow, and the 75th Infantry Division Veterans Association. He was president of the Bartow Rotary Club and Florida Press Association.
Mr. Frisbie was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Kelley Frisbie. He is survived by his son, S.L. Frisbie, Bartow; brother, Richard R. Frisbie, Bartow; three grandchildren; one great-grandson.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Whidden-McLean Funeral Home, Bartow. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church, Bartow.

LAKELAND -- Ms. Margaret J. Campbell of Lakeland died Thursday (Dec. 2, 2004) at Grace Health Care, Lakeland. She was 96.
Born in Staten Island, N.Y., Ms. Campbell came here from Staten Island in 1963. She was a teacher in Staten Island and Pinellas County and a nurse's aide at Bruce Manor, Seminole. She was a member of Garden Crest Presbyterian Church, St. Petersburg. She was president of the Staten Island Guardian's Association of Camp Fire Girls. She published the song, "Our Castle of Dreams" in 1929.
Ms. Campbell is survived by her daughters, Barbara Campbell, New Port Richey, Alice Burke, Plano, Texas, Marguerite Gerard, Manchester, Tenn., Laura Lindemann, Lakeland; eight grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.

Born March 12, 1940, in Lakeland, Mr. Avinger came here from Lake Alfred in 2000. He was a member of USGA. He was the owner of Avinger Radiator Shop and Dan's Appliance. He was a Methodist.
Mr. Avinger is survived by his companion, Barbara S. Cooper, Lake Wales; sons, Stephen M. Avinger, Winter Haven, David B. and Donna Avinger, Auburndale; one grandchild.
