Albert G. Nemeth, 89, St. Augustine, died Oct. 13, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. He was born in Botragy, Hungary, and he had resided here for the past nine years. He was a punch press operator at a machine shop.
Survivors include his wife, Posch Lojza Nemeth, St. Augustine; one daughter, Susanna Horovitz, Dover, N.J.; one son, George Nemeth, Franklin, N.J.; and five grandchildren.

Jeanne Etheridge Rich-Doll, St. Augustine, died Oct. 14, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. She had resided in Florida for the past 19 years.
She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, one son and daughter-in-law, one brother and four grandchildren.

Marian Jean Cobb, 63, St. Augustine, died Oct. 15, 1998, at the Earl B. Hadlow Center, Jacksonville. She was born in East Hartford, Conn., and she was a member of the Anastasia Baptist Church and of Super Seniors at Anastasia.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Oct. 23 at Anastasia Baptist church, with the Rev. Ron Moore, pastor, officiating.

Pearl Ana Goolcharan, 63, St. Augustine, died Oct. 15, 1998 at Flagler Hospital. She was born in Trinidad, West Indies, and had resided in St. Augustine for the past year. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church.
Survivors include her husband, Harris; two sons, Lindsay M.H. and Leslie S.H. Goolcharan, both of St. Augustine; three sisters, Violet Lezama and Stella Anand, both of New York City, and Cynthia Manmohansingh, Montreal, Canada; and one brother, Winston Harradan, Trinidad.

Funeral services for James Horn Sr., 76, 87 Cerro St., who died Oct. 12, 1998, at Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville, will be held at noon today at St. Mary's Missionary Baptist Church, with the Rev. Edward Buckley
Edward Lawrence Buckley, 74, St. Augustine, died Oct. 16, 1998, at his home, he was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and had resided in St. Augustine since 1983. He was a retired civil engineer, having worked for the Board of Education, city of New York. He was chief specifications writer for the Port of New York and New Jersey and held many engineering positions internationally. He was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Corpus Christi Catholic Church with Rev. Father William Mooney, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in San Lorenzo Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 - 8p.m. Monday at Craig Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Alice, St. Augustine; two daughters, Alice DeLancey, Upper Montclair, N.J., and Rosemarie Weston, Pine Beach, N.J.; one brother, Frank Buckley, New City, N.Y., and four grandchildren.

Gary Levon Gibb III, 2, 17 Scott St., died Oct. 14, 1998, at Wolfson's Children's Hospital, Jacksonville. He was born in St. Augustine.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the E.A. Kelley Sr. Church of God in Christ, with Elder E.A. Keller Jr., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. There will be no calling hours.

Scottie Nelson
A memorial celebration of the life of Scottie Ann Nelson, 17, St. Augustine, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Frank B. Butler Park West, State Road A1A, Crescent Beach. Miss Nelson died early Saturday morning.

Joseph Thomas Brown, 37, Hastings, died Oct. 19, 1998, at Memorial Medical Center, Jacksonville. He was born in Birmingham, Ala., and he had resided here most of his life. He worked for Northrop-Grumman.
Survivors include his wife, Robin; two daughters, Josephine M. and Jessica Brown, all of Hastings; his parents, B.T. and Sara Brown, St. Augustine; one sister, Diana Fisher, Hueytown, Ala.; and a brother, Mark Brown, St. Augustine.

Fay Jean Fickes, 49, St. Augustine, died Oct. 19, 1998, at her home. She was born in Bart Township, Pa., and she had resided in St. Augustine since 1990. She was a member of Family Worship Center.

Faye Albin, 78, St. Augustine, died Oct. 6, 1998, at St. Vincent's Medical Center, Jacksonville. She was born in Athens, Tenn., and she had resided in St. Augustine since 1981. She was a member of Wards Creek Baptist Church.

Memorial services for Francis Albert Allison, 50, who died Oct. 1, 1998, at Flagler Hospital East, following a long illness, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the chapel of the Craig Funeral Home, with Don Britton, lay minister with the St. Augustine Assembly of God Church officiating.

Elijah W. Mann, 90, 109 DeHaven St., died Oct. 5, 1998, in Flagler Hospital West. He was born in Ocala, and he had resided here since early childhood. He was a veteran of World War II and was the recipient of the Victory Medal. He was of the Methodist faith, and he was a retired porter.

A service of remembrance will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the home of Audrey Jackson, 80 Water St., for Claudia Read Moffett, 96, St. Augustine, who died Oct. 2 in Jacksonville. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the St. Augustine Historical Society is suggested.
Edward Reed
Edward Duncan Reed, 55, Jacksonville, died Oct. 6, 1998, in Memorial Hospital, Jacksonville. He was born in Jasper, Tenn., and he had resided in Jacksonville for the past 20 years. He was a heavy equipment operator, and he was a member of Yukon Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Steve Reed.

Janie Daniels, 93, 130 DeHaven St., died Oct. 10, 1998, at Flagler Hospital West. She was a native of St. Augustine, and she was a member of St. Paul AME Church.

Neale Fifer
Neale B. Fifer, 70, a former resident of Palm Valley, died Aug. 5, 1998, in McNeal, Ariz., following a lengthy illness. He was born in San Diego, Calif., and during World War II, he served in the U.S. Navy as a frogman, later known as the Navy's Underwater Demolition Unit.
He was a power lineman by profession, and while living in Palm Valley he worked for the city of Jacksonville Beach in the electric department. He worked in many areas of the United States, and retired from Arizona Public Service in 1992.
Survivors include his wife, Edna Mickler Fifer, formerly of Palm Valley; two sons, John Fifer, Reno, Nev., Bruce Fifer, Evergreen, Col.; three daughters, Gail Broman, Spring Hill, Lorene Soulen, Flagstaff, Ariz., Lynn Crump, Cheswick, Pa.; one brother, Donald Fifer, Ridgecrest, Calif.; two sisters, Jeri Bonds, Napa, Calif., Beverly Davies, Petaluma, Calif.; and six grandchildren.
