Ruth Fetzer Clark, 77, St. Augustine, died Nov. 23, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and she had resided in St. Augustine for the past 13 years. She was a member of Trinity Chapel Ministries.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Chapel, with the Rev. Donavan Tinsley, pastor, officiating.
Flowers are gratefully declined, and those wishing may make a contribution, in her memory, to WAYL Radio, c/o Trinity Chapel Ministries, POB 127, St. Augustine, 32085.
Survivors include her husband, Ross Clark; one daughter, Marcia Kelley; a son, Stephan Clark, all of St. Augustine; one sister, Martha Vunderink, San Diego, Calif.; a brother, Carl Fetzer Jr., Vero Beach; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Alma Graybill
E. Alma Funk Graybill, 104, died Nov. 23, 1998, at Indigo Manor, Daytona Beach. She was the wife of the late Henry J. Graybill. Prior to moving to St. Augustine in 1986, she had lived in New Rochelle, N.Y.
Graveside services will be held in New Rochelle, N.Y., at a later date.
Mrs. Graybill was the mother of the late Henry Marshall Graybill.
Survivors include two daughters, Arline G. Miller, St. Augustine, Valeria Rellstab, Daytona Beach; seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Croyle Funeral Home is in charge.

Rita Lauterbach
Rita Mae (Woolley) Lauterbach, 82, died Nov. 23, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. She was born in West Long Branch, N.J., Feb. 24, 1916, and she resided in Manasquan, N.J., before moving to St. Augustine in 1986. She held numerous leadership positions in the Woman's Club, including president of the Manasquan Club and secretary of the New Jersey State Federation, and earlier this year, the Lauterbachs celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary in St. Augustine.
Survivors include her husband, Robert J. Lauterbach, St. Augustine; a daughter, Mary Lou Elmore, Wethersfield, Conn.; one son, Bob, Columbus, Neb.; five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Those wishing may make a donation, in her memory, to a favorite charity.
National Cremation Society is in charge.

Scottie Nelson
Burial services for Scottie Ann Nelson, 17, St. Augustine, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Hope Cemetery, Double Springs, Ala. Scottie died Oct. 17, 1998, in a car crash in St. Augustine. Shane Eghbalpoor, her boyfriend, survived the crash.
Scottie was a student at the St. Augustine Technical Center, completing high school and studying medical careers. She was born May 13, 1981, in Jacksonville, and she had resided in the Jacksonville area until 1993.
Survivors include her parents, Anjr and Cliff Knight, St. Augustine, Bobby Nelson, Brooksville; sisters, Julie Hylton Cole, Fort Myers, Lisa Hylton, Los Angeles, Calif., Leslie Nelson, Deer Park, Texas; one brother, Chris Hylton, Jacksonville Beach; and her maternal grandmother, Ann Pritchard, Palatka.

Leonard Weaver
Leonard Weaver, 53, 692 W. King St., died Nov. 24, 1998, in Flagler Hospital. Arrangements will be announced by Chase and Son Funeral Home.

Roberta Wiedow
Roberta Kathleen ``Tiny'' Wiedow, 48, St. Augustine, died Nov. 20, 1998, at her home. She was born in Chicago, Ill., and she had resided in St. Augustine for a year and a half, moving here from Port St. Lucie. She was a riveter for Grumman Aircraft in Stuart and St. Augustine, for 10 years, and she was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10066, Jensen Beach; and Loyal Order of Eagles, St. Augustine.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Aycock Funeral Home, Jensen Beach, with the Rev. Donald Schneff, Skylake Baptist Church, Orlando, officiating.
Those wishing may make a contribution, in her memory, to the American Cancer Society, POB 5355, St. Augustine, 32085; or to Hospice, 1400 Old Dixie Hwy., Suite A, St. Augustine, 32086.
Survivors include one brother, Russell K. Wiedow, Lakeland; a sister, Ronnie K. Schommer, Jensen Beach; and three nephews.

Andre Williams
Funeral services for Andre Williams, Ormond Beach, who died Nov. 21, 1998, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at St. James Baptist Church, Bunnell, with the Rev. Willie Hymon, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery, Palm Coast. Friends may call at the church from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday.

Clifford Williams Jr.
Funeral services for Clifford C. Williams Jr., 708 Hensley St., Hastings, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Shiloh Baptist Church, with the Rev. A.L. Williams, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell. Friends may call at Chase and Son Funeral Home chapel from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday.

Annie Wilson
Funeral services for Annie Wilson, Green Cove Springs, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ, with the Rev. Ernest Squire, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Friends may call at the church from 11:30 a.m. Saturday until the hour of services.

Mozelle Cannon
Mozelle M. Cannon, 88, died Nov. 25, 1998, in St. Augustine. She had resided in St. Augustine for 24 years after moving here from Jacksonville. She was born in Spartenburg, S.C.
She was the wife of the late Guy A. Cannon.
Survivors include a son, James D. Cannon, and three grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday at Greenlawn Cemetery, Jacksonville. Friends may call from 10:30 a.m. until noon on Friday at Croyle Funeral Home, 209 S. Ponce de Leon Blvd., St. Augustine.

Matilda Johnson
Memorial services for Matilda Johnson, 82, Ocala, who died Oct. 23, 1998, in Munroe Regional Medical Center, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at New Life Baptist Church, 346 Varella Ave.
Flowers are gratefully declined, and those wishing may make a donation, in her memory, to New Life Baptist Church.

Wilbur Simmons
Wilber ``Bill'' Simmons, 81, St. Augustine Shores, died Nov. 24, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. He was born in New York City and had resided in St. Augustine since 1985. He was an alumnus of New York University and retired from Navy Resale System. He was an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church and the Republican Club.
Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Episcopal Church, with the Rev. Jeff Batkin, pastor, and the Rev. Deena Galantowicz, associate pastor, officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined, and those wishing may make a contribution in his memory to the Trinity Episcopal Church or a favorite cancer research fund.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Gilda; one son, Daniel W. Simmons, Greenbelt, Md.; one daughter, Laurie Boulos, Asheville, N.C.; and three grandchildren.

Edward Joseph France, 74, St. Augustine, died Nov. 25, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. He was born in Millvale, Pa., and had resided in St. Augustine for the past 15 years. He was retired from heavy equipment sales. He was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
Survivors include his wife, M. Patricia; one daughter, Deborah Bruner, St. Augustine; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Prince of Peace Catholic Church, with Rev. Rene Robert officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday at Craig Funeral Home, with prayers at 6:30 p.m. Burial will be in San Lorenzo Cemetery. Leonard Weaver
Leonard Benjamin Weaver, 53, of 692 W. King Street, St. Augustine, died Nov. 24, 1998, at Flagler Hospital East. He was a member of the Shiloh Baptist Church, the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Florida Education Association, Florida Teachers Association, Classroom Teachers Association. His last duty assignment was at Gamble Rogers Middle School.
Survivors include four daughters, Ella Johnson, Vickki Weaver, Quincy, Fla., Lettia Henry, Jacksonville; three sisters, Barbara Haynes, Vonnie Weaver, Brooklyn, N.Y., Jacqueline Harris, St. Augustine; three aunts, Catherine Harvey, Eva Lee Williams, Palmetto, Fla., Willie Mae Mitchell, Bradenton, Fla.; one granddaughter and many other relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at Shiloh Baptist Church, with Rev. Randy Hezekiah, Jr., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. today at Chase & Son Funeral Home, and from 3 p.m. until the hour of service on Saturday.

Eugene Buchanan
Eugene D. Buchanan, age 75, of Palatka, died Tuesday November 24, 1998 at Putnam Community Medical Center after a short illness. The Sumner, Washingtohn native had lived in Palatka since 1952, coming from Lakeland, Florida. He served in the Air Force during World War II in the Pacific theater of operations and in the Korean Conflict. He was a bomber pilot and received an honorable discharge as a captain in the Air Force. He was a member of the St. Anastasia Catholic Church in St. Augustine. He had been a member of the Palatka Housing Authority for 34 years, serving as Chairman of the board for 12 years. He was Chairman of the Putnam Community Blood Bank. He had served as Palatka Jaycees President and as State Vice-President for the Jaycees in the State of Florida. He was on the Board of Directors for the March of Dimes for over 45 years and was a member of the Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, American Legion Bert Hodge Post #45 and Veterans of Foreign Wars #3349 in Palatka. He was involved in and promoted numerous community projects beginning with Juvenile Counseling, Youth employment, Teenage Safe driving, Community Development, the United Fund, the American Cancer Society, Restoration of Ravine Gardens and the reestablishment of the Azalea Festival. He served as State Farm agent in Lakeland and Palatka for over 50 years and was recognized in March 1998 for this honor. He had been a member of the State Farm President's Club, the Legion of Honor and Agent of the Year and had owned and operated the State Farm Insurance Agency on 4th Street in Palatka for 46 years. He was preceded in death by 2 Brothers: Dallas Buchanan and Harold Buchanan.
He is survived by his wife of 43 years: Patricia P. Buchanan of Palatka; Daughter and Son-in-Law: Deborah and Larry Tomlinson of Hastings; Son: Daniel E. Buchanan of Daytona Beach; 2 Brothers, Ben Buchanan of Colville, Wa., and Jerry Buchanan of Seattle, Wa.; 3 Grandchildren: Rebekah and Blaine Buchanan of Daytona Beach and Catherine Tomlinson of Hastings; along with several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday November 28 at the Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka, with Father Seamus O'Flynn officiating. Burial with full Military honors bestowed by the U.S. Navy will follow at Palatka Memorial Gardens. Friends may call from Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. with a Vigil service at 7 P.M. at the Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to: St. Anastasia Catholic Church Building FUnd, 5205 A1A South, St. Augustine, Florida 32084. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home in Palatka.

Yvonne Banker
Yvonne Faith Banker, 58, St. Augustine, died Nov. 25, 1998, at her home. She was born in New York and had lived here for the past nine years.
She is survived by her husband, Sam Banker; five daughters, Pat, Pamela, Kathy, Yvonne and Julie; a stepdaughter, Robin Ann; a son, Sammy A.; three stepsons, Billy, Johnny and Sam J.; a sister, two brothers and several grandchildren.
Craig Funeral Home is in charge.

Denise Bowler
Denise Marie Bowler, 35, St. Augustine, died Nov. 26, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. She was born in Village of Cooperstown, N.Y., and had lived in St. Augustine for the past month. She worked for Wal-Mart in quality control.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Craig Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Friends may call at Craig Funeral Home Monday, 5-8 p.m.
She is survived by her husband, Edward A. Bowler, St. Augustine, two daughters, Ann VanAvery and Erica VanAvery, both of St. Johnsville, N.Y., a son, Joseph VanAvery, St. Augustine; her father, Roger Butler, Colorado; a sister, Bonnie Box, Colorado; a brother, Roger Butler, Richfield Springs, N.Y.; and one grandchild.
