He was a retired power equipment salesman, having worked with International Harvester, as well as Toro. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during the Korean conflict. He was a member of Nassau Lodge No. 1016, F&AM, Flora Park, N.Y.; he was a semi-professional musician, and he was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include his wife, Anita Judd, St. Augustine; his mother, Helen Judd, New Hyde Park, N.Y.; one daughter, Lisa McPhillips, St. Augustine; two sons, Christopher Judd, Long Island, N.Y., Stephen Judd, Hornsby, Tenn.; one sister, Linda Judd, New Hyde Park; and grandchildren, Kimberly, Shannon, Christopher and Sabrina.
He was preceded in death by a son, David Judd, and a grandson, David Judd.

Lewis P. Hamlett Jr.
Lewis Phillip Hamlett Jr., 67, of St. Augustine died Dec. 18, 1998, at Flagler Hospital. He was born in Richmond, Va., and has resided in St. Augustine since 1987. He was a retired engineer with General Electric and was a member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at St. Anastasia with the Rev. Seamus O'Flynn officiating.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; four sons, Timothy Hamlett, Jacksonville, Jeffrey Hamlett, Methuen, Mass., the Rev. Chris Michael Hamlett, Erie, Pa., Robin Hamlett, Fort Myers; and five grandchildren.

Agnes Allen
Agnes C. Allen, 77, St. Augustine Shores, died Dec. 18, 1998. She was born in Weymouth, Mass., and she was a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, having served during World War II. She had resided in St. Augustine for the past 25 years, moving here from Shrewsbury, Mass.
She was predeceased by her husband, Frank L. Allen Jr. He died in 1985.
Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. today at Croyle Funeral Home, with the Rev. John Fletcher officiating.
Survivors include one son, Frank L. Allen III; her father, Arthur A. Collier; and three sisters, Eleanor Mae Morton, Margaret J. Lawrence, Jean A. Erickson.
Helen Braddock
Helen Juanita Braddock, 79, St. Augustine, died Dec. 19, 1998, at St. Luke's Hospital, Jacksonville. She was born in Moultrie, Ga., and had resided here for the past 59 years. She was a retired hostess, having served at the former Eddy's Caravan Restaurant.

Rosan Masters, 90, Elkton, died Dec. 20, 1998, at her home. She was born in Hastings, and she was a lifelong resident of St. Johns County. She was retired from the farming industry.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery.
Survivors include one daughter, Phyllis Thigpen, a son, Wilford Masters, both of Elkton; one sister, Bessie Wilson, St. Augustine; seven grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Betty Nadine Sampson, 74, Everett, Wash., died Dec. 19, 1998, in Flagler Hospital. She was visiting her daughter, Francey Hurst, at the time of her death.
Mrs. Sampson was born in Neodasha, Kan.

Randall Allen Beverly, 51, St. Augustine, died early today at Flagler Hospital. He was born in Wise, Va., and he had resided here most of his life. He was owner of the Palm Coast Car Wash, and he was a member of Good Shepherd Ministries.

Peter Charles Buttacci, 79, of St. Augustine, died Dec. 19, 1998. He was born in Pennsylvania, and he was a retired machinist. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and he received both the Bronze Star and the Good Conduct Medal for service during World War II. He had resided in St. Augustine for the past 11 years, moving here from Leesburg. He was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
Funeral services are planned in Pennsylvania, with burial in Blakeley Borough, Pa.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth ``Betty'' M. Buttacci, St. Augustine; one daughter, Cheryl Buttacci, Pennsylvania; a brother, Dominick Buttacci; a sister, Frances Picharella; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Thomas Stillman, 80, Jacksonville, died Dec. 19, 1998, at the Samantha Wilson Care Center at BayView. He was born in San Mateo, and he was a lifelong resident of this area. He was a member of the Holiness church, and he volunteered at various nursing homes.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at North City Baptist Church, with the Rev. Emanuel Oliver, pastor, and the Rev. Jimmie Rogers, eulogist.

James Bare
James F. ``Jim'' Bare, 76, Heath, Ohio, died Dec. 19, 1998, at Licking Memorial Hospital. He was born near Somerset, Ohio, and he was a member of Cathedral Parish of St. Augustine, and of St. Leonard's Catholic Church, Heath. He was also a member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a retired corrections officer, retiring from the State of Florida, after 15 years of service, and he was a self-employed truck driver, having worked for several different companies.
A memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Somerset, with Father Adrian Dionne as celebrant. Burial will be in Holy Trinity Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
Those wishing may make a contribution, in his memory, to Licking County Hospice or to the St. Augustine Humane Society, Old Moultrie Road, St. Augustine, 32086.
