James R. Seaman Sr., 61, Enterprise, died June 20, 1997, at his home. He was born in Ashland, Ky., and was a former resident of St. Augustine. He had lived in Houston, Texas, before moving to Enterprise in 1984.
A veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, he was a retired communications manager for Volusia County government. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Daytona.

Ollie Gentry
Ollie Pryor Gentry, 71, Hastings, died June 20, 1997, at Flagler Hospital East. He was born in Roxboro, N.C., and moved to St. Augustine in 1978. He later moved to Hastings. He was a member of Ancient City Baptist Church. A veteran of the U.S. Army and Merchant Marines, he served during World War II. After 38 years of service in the Florida National Guard, he retired in 1986 as command sergeant major. He was a member of the American Legion in Hastings.
