He is survived by his parents, George and Adel Ferrier, St. Augustine; sons, Jamie Ferrier, Jacksonville, Greg Ferrier, South Carolina; a daughter, Amber Ferrier, South Carolina; and sisters, Mary Dawn Ferrier, Kayla Lynn Chapman, Theresa Diane Ferrier, all of Irwin, Tenn.

Martin Foley
Martin Patrick Foley, 65, of St. Augustine and Michigan, died Dec. 11, 1997, at Flagler Hospital East. He was born in Fenton, Mich., and was a winter resident here for the past 10 years. He was a retired teacher and former basketball coach at Manistee High School, Manistee, Mich. He also owned and operated Pro Court, a tennis court resurfacing business. He was a member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church.
Memorial services will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. at St. Anastasia Catholic Church with the Rev. Seamus O'Flynn, pastor, officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined. Funeral services for Carolyn Jean Jones, 59, St. Augustine, who died Dec. 12, 1997, at Flagler Hospital East, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Craig Funeral Home, with Ann Shugart and members of the American Legion Auxiliary officiating. Agnes Kamphenkel
Agnes Kelly Kamphenkel, 91, Harvey, Ill., died Dec. 12, 1997, in Plaza Terrace Nursing Home, Midlothian, Ill. She was born in Hawesville, Ky., and had lived in Harvey since 1930. She was a retired sales clerk for Klines Department Store in Blue Island, Ill. She was a member of Maple Chapter No. 90, Order of the Eastern Star, and a member of White Shrine of Jerusalem.
Eastern Star services will be tonight at 8. Funeral services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. at Tews Funeral Home, Homewood, Ill., with the Rev. Darius Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Washington Memory Gardens, Homewood. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 2 to 9 p.m.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Kamphenkel, and 11 brothers and sisters.
She is survived by a daughter, Gloria (Mrs. Barry) Myers, St. Augustine; a son, William Kamphenkel, Harvey, Ill.; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Capt. Roy Creser
Capt. Roy D. Creser, 84, 111 Maple Road, died Dec. 14, 1997, at Flagler Hospital. He was born in Richmond, Surrey, England, and he came to St. Augustine from the Philippine Islands. He was a retired captain in the British Merchant Marines with 20 years of service. He was a member of the St. Augustine Shores Country Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Gay B. Creser, St. Augustine; one son, Christopher Creser, Australia; and one sister, Barbara Kingsley, St. Augustine.

Gilbert Charles Joudrey, 79, St. Augustine, died Dec. 12, 1997, at the Ponce de Leon Care Center. He was born in Panama, and he had lived in St. Augustine for the past 30 years. He was a retired delivery salesperson, and he was of the Catholic faith.

Joseph J. "Joey" Merritt III, 26, St. Augustine, died Dec. 12, 1997, in University Hospital, Jacksonville. He was born in St. Petersburg, and he had resided in St. Augustine since 1982. He was currently working for Raleigh Overhead Doors, Cary, N.C., as an installer.
He was a 1989 graduate of St. Augustine High School, lettering in baseball during his high school years. He attended Flagler College and Tallahassee Community College, playing baseball at both schools. He also played for several local softball leagues. He was of the Catholic faith.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Craig Funeral Home chapel, with the Rev. Rene Robert officiating. Burial will be in San Lorenzo Cemetery. Prayers will be said at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Craig chapel. Friends may call at Craig chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Nazareth John Cardella, 81, St. Augustine, died Dec. 15, 1997, at Flagler Hospital East. He was born in Jersey City, N.J., and he had resided here since 1978. He was a retired merchandising manager for the A&P Store, and he was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army. He was of the Catholic faith.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at St. Augustine Memorial Park, with the Rev. Jeremiah Lambe, Cathedral-Basilica of St. Augustine, officiating. Friends may call at Craig Funeral Home chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

Katherine Dolan
Katherine Sherman Dolan, 92, 205 W. King St., died Dec. 10, 1997, at Flagler Hospital. She was born in Detroit, Mich., and she came to St. Augustine in the late 1990s from Savannah, Ga. She was the daughter of the late Andrew and Grace Sherman, and her father headed the Sherman Laboratories, the laboratory which furnished the flu vaccine to the U.S. Military in the 1960s. She worked for the E.B.S. Management Consultants Inc., Washington, D.C., for many years. She was with the Pentagon and the U.S. War Department as a supply assistant stationed in Afghanistan from 1962-66, then with the government of the Virgin Islands in the 1970s.
Survivors include one grandson, Michael Dolan, Washington, D.C.-Baltimore, Md., area.

A. Jean McLeod, 73, St. Augustine, died Dec. 14, 1997, in Colquitt Regional Medical Center, Moultrie, Ga., following an extended illness. She was born in Terra Haute, Ind., and she was of the Methodist faith.

Diana Mirman
Diana M. Mirman, St. Augustine, died Dec. 13, 1997, at Flagler Hospital. She was born in Wales, Great Britain, and she moved to St. Augustine in 1986 from Maryland. She served in the WRENS during World War II.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph E. Mirman, St. Augustine; one daughter, Anne E. Jaques, Columbia, Md.; and two grandchildren.

Ruth Punto
Ruth Punto, 76, St. Augustine, died Dec. 14, 1997, at St. Luke's Hospital, Jacksonville. She was born in Berlin, Germany, and she moved to the United States in 1950. She was a longtime member of AARP, and she and her husband, Mario, spent winters in St. Augustine and summers in New Jersey.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Clay Funeral Home chapel, Green Cove Springs, with Rabbi Samuel Cywiak officiating.
Survivors, in addition to her husband of 46 years, include a son, David, St. Augustine; and one grandson.

Jennifer Sue Feutz, 25, St. Augustine, died Dec. 14, 1997, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born in Topeka, Kan., and she had resided in St. Augustine for the past 15 years. She as employed at Panama Hattie's.

Mary J. Murray, 85, Maitland, died Dec. 11, 1997. She was born in Newberry, and she was a retired nurse. She moved to Central Florida in 1989 from Ponte Vedra Beach. She was a member of the Jonesville Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Marlene Childers, St. Augustine, Margo Ray, Tennessee; one son, Gwinn Murray, M.D., Maitland; two sisters, Lucille Platt, Jacksonville, Dorothy Greenman, Gainesville; and three grandchildren.

Lois Carolyn Manucy, 75, St. Augustine, died Dec. 15, 1997, at Flagler Hospital East. She was born in East Palatka, and she had resided in St. Augustine for the past 57 years. She was retired from Whetstone's Chocolates, where she worked for 18 years. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

David Massey
David LaMarr Massey, 59, died Dec. 15, 1997. He was born and attended high school in Zephyrhills, was a resident of St. Augustine for a number of years and was a resident of Jacksonville for the past 20 years. He was a Real Estate educator in the Jacksonville area for the past 15 plus years, currently with Watson Realty.
He was formerly employed with Fairchild Hillier Corporation of St. Augustine.
Survivors include his mother, Leta Bennett; Betty Massey; daughters, Brenda Todd and Sheri Burns; brothers, Ralph Massey and Edward Massey; and four grandchildren, Justin, Chelsea, Abby and Russell.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 18, 1997, in the chapel of Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home, 5753 Blanding Blvd., Jacksonville, with the Rev. Armando Silverio and the Rev. Carl Franklin officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Lesa Michele Burroughs, 27, Palatka, died Dec. 15, 1997, at Shands Hospital, Gainesville, from injuries received in an automobile accident. She was born in St. Augustine, and she had resided in Palatka for the past two years, moving there from San Antonio, Texas. She was a member of the Southside Baptist Church, Palatka, and she worked as a constructor at Seminole Electric, and was named an Outstanding Employee for Watkins Contractors for the past year.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kelley Thomas Moore, Lena R. Moore and Kenneth Tomlinson.
