Rosemary S. Somers, 71, St. Augustine, died Feb. 7, 1998, at her home. She was born in Syracuse, N.Y., and she had resided here since 1994.

Funeral services for Naomi Lee Washington, 34, 740 W. Lloyd Gray Sr.
Lloyd Abbott Gray Sr., 77, Jacksonville, died Feb. 8, 1998, at the University Medical Center, Jacksonville. He was born in Montague, Mass., and he had resided in St. Augustine for 22 years before moving to Jacksonville a year and a half ago. He was a retired cattle farmer, and he was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during World War II. He was a life member of the DAV, and he was the recipient of one of the first Silver Buffalo Awards. This honor is given for service as a Boy Scout leader, and Mr. Gray had served the BSA for 37 years. He was a member of New Life Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at Craig Funeral Home chapel, with Pastor John Fletcher, New Life Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park. Friends may call at Craig chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
Survivors include one stepdaughter, Star Goodwin, St. Augustine; two sons, Lloyd A. Gray Jr., Baldwin, Raymond A. Gray, Jacksonville; two stepsons, Chester Holston, St. Augustine, Douglas Holston, Shirley, Mass.; two stepbrothers, Clarence Gray, Deerfield, Mass., Ralph Gray, Northfield, Mass.; 15 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

John M. Monahan, St. Augustine Beach, died Feb. 7, 1998, in Flagler Hospital East. He was born in Chicago, Ill., and he retired from the Killian Corporation, Oakland Park, Ill., in 1981. He moved to St. Augustine after his retirement. He was a St. Johns County toll taker at Matanzas Inlet until 1994, and he was a member of St. Anastasia Catholic Church. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Navy.
Memorial services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, with the Rev. Seamus O'Flynn, pastor, officiating.

William Wells, 65, St. Augustine, died Feb. 6, 1998, in Los Mochis, Mexico. He was born in Vienna, Ga., and he was a farmer. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, and he was a consultant in Mexico for Frito Lay International. He was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church, and he also held membership in the St. Augustine Shrine Club, American Legion, Hastings Lodge; Hastings Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite Bodies and the Morocco Temple. He was a past director of ASCS and NFPGX.

Father Nebiolo
Father Emilio Nebiolo, 72, St. Augustine, died Jan. 30, 1998, at the Earl B. Hadlow Center, Jacksonville. He was born in New Rochelle, N.Y., and he had resided in St. Augustine since 1991. He was a chaplain in the U.S. Air Force, having retired with the rank of lieutenant colonel. He served as a line officer in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was a member of St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, and he was a member of American Legion Post No. 37 and the Retired Officers Association.
A eucharistic requiem mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, 2746 St. Johns Ave., Jacksonville.

Graveside services for Jordan Antonio Sparks, infant son of Frederick Sparrow and Melissa Sparks, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Evergreen Cemetery.
Survivors, in addition to his parents, include maternal grandparents, Mary and Tracy Sparks, St. Augustine; paternal grandfather, William Rivers, St. Augustine; maternal great-grandparents, Joseph and Patsy Hefferon, St. Augustine; paternal great-grandmother, Ruth Hill, St. Augustine; maternal great-grandfather, James Sparks, Huntington, Ind.; and maternal great-great-grandmother, Margaret Welker, Indiana.

Katie Wilson
Katie Wilson, Alachua, died Feb. 4, 1998, at her home. She was 16.
Miss Wilson, a Santa Fe High School junior, was an honor student and a member of the basketball, softball and cross country teams. Students and teachers remembered her as a dedicated, humorous and talented girl. ``This is a young lady who was vivacious, strong-willed and who ...had everything going for her - beautiful, very talented athletically, very intelligent," said Michelle Faulk, a Santa Fe High teacher and coach.
Ashley Grant, a softball teammate of Miss Wilson's, said students were extremely saddened.
"Katie was definitely the happiest person I knew. She was always upbeat about things. She was real excited about everything," Grant said. ``She was real determined at sports and always pumped up and ready to win. She had a wonderful heart."
Miss Wilson was born in Gainesville, and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a member of the LaCrosse Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Feb. 7.
Survivors include her parents, Virginia and Stephen Wilson, a brother, Jason Wilson, one sister, Corey Wilson Griner, all of Alachua; her maternal grandmother, Virginia Daughtery, Gainesville; and her paternal grandparents, Elmer and Mary Marcey, St. Augustine.
Rick Clemons
Rick Clemons, 57, St. Augustine, died Feb. 11, 1998, at Flagler Hospital West. He was born in Jacksonville, and he had resided here most of his life. He was retired from the Florida East Coast Railway as car supply manager.
Survivors include his wife, Melinda Clemons, two sons, Richard Allen Clemons, Jeffrey Neal Clemons, all of St. Augustine; four brothers, Donnie Clemons, North Carolina, Phillip and Mark Clemons, both of St. Augustine, Randall Clemons, Jacksonville; and one grandchild.
