Ada Beck Strunk, 91, Hastings, died Feb. 11, 1998, at Putnam Memorial Nursing Home, following a long illness. She was born in Hastings and she was a lifelong resident of St. Johns and Putnam counties. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hastings.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Oak Hill Cemetery, Palatka, with the Rev. Charles Johnson officiating. Friends may call at the Johnson-Overturf Funeral Home, Palatka, from 6 to 8 p.m. today.

Mrs. Strunk was preceded in death by two sons, David and Grady Strunk.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Strunk, Elkton, Fred Strunk, Palatka; two daughters, Louise Crown, Huntsville, Ala., Betty Strunk, Williston; a sister, Margaret Bailey, Vero Beach; five grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Lola Mae Lott
Lola Mae (Dottie) Lott, 66, St. Augustine, died Feb. 8, 1998, in Specialty Hospital, Jacksonville. She was a beautician, former owner of Davis Shores Beauty Salon, and, for the past few years had been providing hair care to residents of several nursing homes.

Survivors include her husband, James E. Lott, St. Augustine; one son, James E. Lott II, a daughter, Linda Yawn, St. Augustine; two brothers, Spencer Goad, Jonesboro, Ga., Julian Goad, St. Augustine; and five grandchildren.

A eucharistic requiem mass for Father Emilio Nebiolo, 72, St. Augustine, who died Jan. 30, 1998, at the Earl B. Hadlow Center, Jacksonville, will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, 2746 St. Johns Ave., Jacksonville.

Calvin Teel
Calvin Reed Teel, 73, Hastings, died Feb. 11, 1998, at his home. He was born in Sidney, Ill., and he moved to Hastings 14 years ago. He was a member of Christ United Methodist Church. He earned a B.A. degree in education at Illinois State, Normal, Ill.; a master's from the University of Illinois, Urbana; and a special education degree in counselor education from Georgia Southern. He retired as a school counselor from Chatham County Public Schools, Savannah, Dec. 31, 1984, after 23« years. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army Air Corps, having served in the 484th Bomb Group and 15th AFF in World War II, and he was a member of the Masonic Order, Roosevelt Lodge No. 626, Davenport, Iowa; and a member of ASTARA.
Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Watts Funeral Home, with the Rev. Joseph Sweeney officiating. Masonic rites will be provided by Masonic Lodge No. 183, Palatka.

He was preceded in death by a son Kit Carson, and a daughter, June Iris.

Anthony Ventura
Anthony E. "Tony" Ventura, 39, died Feb. 11, 1998, in the North Florida Regional Hospital, Gainesville. He was born in Chicago, Ill., and he moved to Putnam County in 1972. He was a 1977 graduate of Crescent City High School, and he was employed by Hamby Construction, Pomona Park.
Funeral services were to be held at 10 a.m. today at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, with Father Brian Eburn as celebrant.
Survivors include his daughter, Caitlin Ventura, St. Augustine; his parents, Peter Sr. and Patricia Ventura, Pomoan Park; his grandfather, Edward Szymanski, North Miami; a brother, Peter Ventura Jr., St. Augustine; sisters, Linda Rickmeyer, Ormond Beach, and Patti Ann Carico, Miami.

Willie Belle Williams
Willie Bell Williams, 81, Elkton, died Feb. 11, 1998, at Flagler Hospital West, following a long illness. She was a member of and Mother of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Spuds, and she also served as a past member of the Pallbearers Knights Lodge No. 7.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, Spuds, with the Rev. Jeremiah Steward officiating. Burial will be in Armstrong Cemetery. Friends may call at Coleman's Mortuary chapel from 5 to 8 p.m. today, and at the church from 10 a.m. Saturday until the hour of services.
Survivors include two daughters, Gloria B. (Mrs.Virgil) Jones, Elkton, Jaconica G. (Mrs. Murry) Barnes, Stuart; a brother, Joseph Johnson, Orange Mills; and five grandchildren.
Arthur Green
Arthur E. Green, 32, St. Augustine, died Feb. 12, 1998. He was a native of St. Augustine and a well driller for Matanzas Well Drilling.
Graveside services will be Monday at 2 p.m. at St. Augustine Memorial Park with the Rev. S. Dwight McQueen, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating.
He is survived by his mother, Fay Jones, St. Augustine; his father, Russell Green, and his wife, Lea, Titusville; two sisters, Deloris Holloway, Jacksonville, Cathy Rains, St. Augustine; paternal grandmother, Audrey Green, St. Augustine; and maternal grandmother, Eleanor Braddock, Georgia.

John Dewayne Walker, 26, The Colony, Texas, died Feb. 11, 1998, in Texas. He was born in Detroit, Mich.
Funeral services will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at Mulkey-Mason Funeral Home, Lewisville, Texas, with the Rev. Paul Sackett officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park, St. Petersburg, Fla.

Memorial services for Herbert Leigh Jr., 80, who died Feb. 13, 1998, at R.M. Campbell Veterans Nursing Home in Belton, S.C., will be held at 2 p.m. today at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel, Savannah, Ga.
Born in Savannah, he served in the United States Army Air Corps, was a member of the St. Augustine Presbyterian Church, and retired from Liberty Mutual Insurance Company as a district manager.
He is survived by his wife, Emily Gould Leigh, St. Augustine; two sons, Dr. H. David Leigh III, Clemson, S.C., Timothy G. Leigh, Atlanta, Ga.; one daughter, Jo Ellen Carnes, Cullman, Ala.; one brother, Walter Johnson, Savannah; one sister, Pauline Winn, Atlanta, Ga.; and four grandchildren.
Ida Sleet
Ida M. Sleet, 78, St. Augustine, died Feb. 14, 1998, at her home. She was born in Iowa and had lived in St. Augustine for more than 10 years. Before moving to St. Augustine, she owned and operated a dry cleaning business in California.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at San Lorenzo Cemetery with the Rev. S. Dwight McQueen, pastor of First United Methodist Church, officiating.
She is survived by her son, Louis "Mark" Morrison, St. Augustine; and five grandchildren.
