Everett Mansell
Everett Mansell, 59, 100 Julia St., St. Augustine, died March 14, 1998, at his home. He was born in Brandon, Fla., and came to St. Augustine in 1973 from Tampa. He was retired from the St. Johns County Sanitation Department. He was a member of the Eagles Club of St. Augustine.
He is survivied by two sons, Carl Mansell, St. Augustine, Walter Mansell, Jacksonvville; two sisters, Shirley Anderson, Grove Town, Ga., and Susan Benitoa, Tampa; one stepsister, Norma Burnworth, Union Town, Pa.; and two grandchildren.

Clinton B. Terry
Clinton B. Terry, 54, St. Augustine, died March 12, 1998, at Flagler Hospital East.He was born in Normangee, Texas, and head resided here for the past seven months. He had worked for the government in the telecommunications field, was a committee chairman for the Cub Scouts and assisted day students at the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. He was of the Methodist faith.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. S. Dwight McQueen, pastor, and Chaplain Stan Garthwait, officiating. Flowers are gratefully declined.
He is survived by Sandy Terry, his wife of 20 years; his father, Guy Terry; two daughters, Rebecca and Phoebe Terry, all of St. Augustine; two sons, Joel Miller and Nathanial Howe, both of Fort Myers; and one brother Joe Miller.

Florence Ruth Johnson, 82, St. Augustine, died March 15, 1998, at Flagler Hospital West. She was born in Merritt Island, and she had resided here for more than 70 years. She was a retired hairdresser and formerly owned Magic Mirror, and she was of the Baptist faith.

Winifred Rose Leonardi, 86, St. Augustine, died March 14, 1998, at Flagler Hospital East. She was a lifelong resident of St. Augustine, and she formerly owned and operated the Carousel Shop on St. George Street. She was a member of Cathedral Parish.

Lawrence Lewis Luby Jr., 73, Coquina Crossing, St. Augustine, died March 13, 1998, at Flagler Hospital East. He was born in Oregon City, Ore., and he had resided here for the past 8« months. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army, and he was a member of Anastasia Baptist Church, where he sang in the Classics Choir. He was a life member of the DAV.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Anastasia Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ron Moore, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in St. Augustine Memorial Park. Friends may call at the church from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the hour of services.
He was preceded in death by one son, Lawrence L. Luby III and by a brother, John Luby.

She had worked as a cook at Flagler College for a number of years and also at the former McCartney's Drug Store. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.

Francis H. "Hank" Kaminski, 74, St. Augustine, died March 13, 1998, at St. Johns Health Care. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and he had resided here for the past 20 years. He was a retired steel worker, and he was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Army. He was a member of the VFW and the Elks Club, Rochester, Mich.; and he was a member of Memorial Lutheran Church. Having served as a cook in the Army, he was a cook for special dinners at Memorial Lutheran Church and at Elks Lodge No. 829.
Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Memorial Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Dr. Kerry Hinkley, pastor, officiating.

Lillie Pearl Randell, 81, Hastings, died March 13, 1998, at Flagler Hospital West, following a long illness. She was a native of Cuthbert, Ga., but was reared and attended school in Hastings, later moving back to Hastings in 1984 from Vero Beach. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist church, where she served on the deaconess board.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church, with the Rev. James Golden Jr., pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery, San Mateo. James "Uncle Pop" Varnes Sr., 80, died March 15, 1998, at the Ponce de Leon Care Center, following a long illness. He attended school in Orange Park, and he worked at Gustafson's Dairy Farm, Green Cove Springs, before moving to St. Johns County. He was a member of Mt. Zion AME Church.
